Excellent product - nice, thick paper, solid base, intuitive mechanical design & solid construction.
Solopress claim they pride themselves on their delivery, and they fully lived up to their 2-day-outside-London promise - I got my product on the morning of the 2nd day in Wales!
Really easy to use the site and prices were great. Turn around and delivery were very fast. Hight recommended.
I think that the only thing that would have made the experience easier is more information on the specifications for artwork. As I am a designer it was ok as I could guess but others may need more direction.

I searched the internet for a reputable company who could do my colour leaflets. I used Solopress for the first time and was truly amazed how reasonably priced and swiftly the service was provided. My leaflets came through within 24 hours and I was not disappointed. The only issue/concern I had was the option for page length/width was not clearly displayed and spend time trying to resize my document for Solopress to use for printing.
However, I will use Solopress again.
I found the service quick - people got back to me quickly when I emailed queries, I was pleased with the turnaround time, I liked the fact that I was aware when the delivery was going to be and the standard of work was impressive. I was very happy with the result.
We used Solopress to have compliments slips printed. Desgined ourselves, we just wanted the printing done and found Solopress to offer a good price. They do excellent sample packs too so you can see all the different papers and finishes which is a great idea. All was printed and delivered on time to a good quality.
One small thing. It would have been nice to have been sent a free proof to make sure our InDesign file had been exported with the correct images in the correct places but they said there was a charge of £10 for this. They offered to proof it themselves if we sent a PDF copy of the design, but for peace of mind to just send an email with a copy of the final file going to print would have been nice. It's not like we would be asking them to do any design changes/amendments, so £10 was a bit much.
Aside from that, everything else was fine.
The website had some issues when I bought my 1000 premium business cards from these guys, but they were incredibly helpful over the phone and put my order through manually through email. Easy peasy!
The print quality is amazing, the colours are vibrant and exactly how I wanted them. Matte lamination over the 400GSM card has the nicest feel to it.
I was very happy with all aspects of the service, especially the response to an issue from my side with the artwork supplied.
The customer service over the phone was excellent however the online service was poor, kept getting passed person to person, print and delivery was great & quick!
Excellent service, good communication, speedy artwork checking, any minor artwork problems are caught at this stage. Very pleased with the stock and print quality of the premium business cards. Delivery is promptly and efficiently handled.
Ordered and received advertising leaflets within 3 days, received exactly what I wanted and I 'm very impressed by the high quality of the goods. The only printer I will use and I highly recommend this company
Good quality printing. Pretty good delivery, I will always use them but the 24 hour turnaround is not consistent

I started with a very good sense and impression from the company on all levels. The website was excellent their flexibility better than I had seen elsewhere. I first had problems with the upload programme - it just wouldn't work even when it seemed to be small enough files. So I sent my stuff by email and it got lost and forgotten about. I received half my order and have been waiting since for the other half. There was no follow through (apart from this review!) So I have decided to make my comments known this way and hope it helps to act as a learning experience for someone in their team.

We have been using Solopress for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
We ordered leaflets and business cards to be delivered and were told they would come on a specific day. When that day arrived the courier never came to our building but we were told that the products had not been delivered as there was no one at the address - there was! We then had to reschedule redelivery.
When the products did arrive the next day they were not our products but belonged to a company based in London - we are based in Northampton! I called Solopress to try and find out what had happened and was told that someone would get back to me. I then called the company whose leaflets we had and found that they had ours. The other company and I liaised to organise a courier for the collection of their leaflets which I facilitated.I then called Solopress to clarify that they would cover the redelivery cost and was abrupt;y told that the manager who could authorise this was in a meeting and that I would have to wait. i did not have time to wait so organised collection.
Solopress did call back a hour or so later and were apologetic and offered to take the cost off of our next order! I declined and they said that they would cover the courier cost. The other company also told me that this was the 3rd time that they had had an issue with Solopress and that they would not be using them again.
We do want to use the company again as when it works they offer a good service and we hope that they will use this review to help them to improve their function.
I found the cards were very good quality however I found the process a little confusing as the images I sent I got told were not enough quality. I didn't know how to make them a better quality and this delayed me putting my order in for my business cards. It would be good if I had some advice or a programme that I could have improved my images on.
You dealt with my request very efficiently and recommended the best quality card for my business and my requirements. Excellent value and really pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use again.

Solopress always reliable for great printing results, perfectly trimmed and great colours even delivery is great. Only setback was we are a charity so ive not had much success in setting up a charity account with them despite mentioning a few times and also the prices on some things are hard to beat however on others things its definetly very dear...

One thing - Initially when I ordered for the cards I received next day this was few months back when I recently ordered cards got delivered in 2 days (Still impressed) I was under the impression it will be delivered in 1 day. however they changed the terms I should I have read it before ordering. Overall very good service!!
