Excellent customer services
I rang up on the Friday to say my gig was on Thursday and they made sure the Microphone I had ordered arrived on the Wednesday. I was very impressed. The person I dealt with, Mark, I think was his name was very good.

Great service and good range of products
The item I ordered arrived very quickly.. the team in customer services are extremely helpful and couldn't do more to assist with a variety of post-sales and pre-sales questions. This to me is very important.
They tested the gear I ordered before it was sent to me, as I had requested.. Basically, they offer a great service and I would go to them again (in fact I already have plans to.. )

Excellent Company
I was searching for not so common place audio adaptors (I needed 4), they only had 3 in stock (3 more than everyone else!) and at a highly competitive price. They got these out to me and then completed the order a few days later at no extra change.
Okay, this doesn't sound groundbreaking but their emails explaining the situation were prompt and very courteous. I felt I could trust this company, and on the internet how often can you say that? I will most definately be using them again.

also my first dealing with these guys, cant fault their attention to detail, and keeping me abreast of delivery times. got my items in time for a gig i was doing. superb service, highly recommended. might have to spend some more cash here! i can honestly say i'm not really bothered if one company is slightly cheaper than another, i go for good service and quality goods, and these guys have that in spades.

Totally excellent customer services!!!
My first experience with soundexposure.com can be described as a drastic one yet memorable! I ordered a pair of Sennheiser IE8s, and even though the order got delayed for quite a bit of time ( for which I believe the fault lied in the supply side which is Sennheiser themselves and not sound exposure.com), it was soundexposure.com's excellent communication (thanks to Mark) which helped me keep my patience. Also, even though Sennheiser has cut off the production for the IE8s, soundexposure.com managed to capture a bargain for me with a pair of IE80s (a newly released, improved version of the IE8s) at no extra cost whatsoever, which got delivered to me straight from Sennheiser per se 2 days later. As I am having my IE80s in my ears with a big grin on my face, all I feel like saying is: Thank you, guys, especially Mark, for the unique online buying experience. I'll definitely have my order with you again should I have the chance.

Great service and speedy delivery
After buying a new Fostex solid state recorder from Sound Exposure I was so impressed with their friendly customer service over phone and email that I came back to them to purchase a microphone the same week. They gave me useful, non-pushy advice and the goods I ordered arrived next day each time.

Great Service and Really Helpful
I bought a DPA headset mic from Sound Exposure as the one we currently had, had just died, it arrived very promptly.
We then realised the mic seemed a lot quieter than the previous one. Soundexposure were very helpful and organised a quick replacement to this one. All worked perfectly.

Lapel microphones and all that goes with them
First of all i recieved great help and advice on which kit to buy. Got free 24hr delivery. Excellent after sales service on how to get the best out of the kit.Would highly recomend. Will be getting more gear next year.

My New Favourite online shop
I purchased a stereo pair of AKG 414's from the guys at SoundExposure. Not only we're they the cheapest retailer I could find on the net, they we're also the most helpful when I spoke to them over the phone and helped me with all my enquiries without adopting the all to common 'I know everything, your a student and probably can't afford this anyway' attitude which retailers such as Gak and DV247 often take.

A good ally when trouble strikes
Adding to my earlier review for everyone at Sound Exposure, a second more recent order contained a mic that was dead on arrival. Without fuss or bother a second was shipped quickly and, (as previously) immaculately packaged.
Sound Exposure are a brilliant attentive concern who are supportive and efficient. They're also quite a nice crowd to talk to.

Total 5 star order experience with SoundExposure.com
Last Monday morning 9th May, I ordered from SoundExposure.com a Marantz PMD560 Compact Flash Card Pro Audio Recorder (as used by bands, audio engineers and radio stations) .. I had looked on Amazon initially, and they pointed me to a few websites, but ALLl but SoundExposure.com showed 'a page that could not be displayed' error.
So after phoning Mark at SoundExposure.com (who rung me back within minutes - a rare treat these days with other companies), he assured me that the item was in stock and would in fact be with me the next day.
So I ordered on line at SoundExposure.com (the only website that worked) and the website was so easy to navigate at each stage to the payment stage.
Can I add that ordering is also possible using their 0800 number, but ordering on line is more fun (dont ask me why!!) .. Once ordered, there were those immediate emails to assure me that the item was ordered and on its way. Later that day, I even received a tracking number etc from the courier, and more re-assurance from SoundExposure again, and would you believe it, the next day (just 24 hours later at 10am) the item arrived, perfect packing, and free postage and packing too, on account of the order being at a certain value. I am made up with the item, and the customer service just makes me want to order more and more gear from them when and where needed. I totally recommend soundexposure.com, they really have gone out their way to make me feel so special. Thanks again to Mark and the crew at the company. Being a keen ebayer which I am, I also have plenty of re-useable packing material from soundexposure as a bonus.
