Excellent fast delivery
Only problem was one 9v battery which was dead on delivery. Have attempted to let them know but heard nothing yet. Excellent product and delivery otherwise

Very prompt delivery
Easy to use website with prompt delivery the next day which considering delivery is included in the price is excellent. The only niggle was that the vat receipt used a font my adobe reader didn't recognise so was unreadable. I didn't chase this up as the email had all the necessary info for me in the body of the email.

Great service - friendly, helpful people.
When I saw that Soundsavers were quite local, I thought I'd drive over to see the portable PA system I intended to buy (for local Village Hall). I'm glad I did - the system we saw online (QTX-QR 15PA) was too big for our needs, and the friendly people at Soundsavers suggested the next model down - smaller size, same power, lower cost. Just right for us. Deal was done on the spot, and they even helped me to the car.
I know you won't get that personal service when you buy online, but it's an indication that they are there to help, not just to take your money. I ordered an extra beltpack/handsfree VHF microphone two days later, and it arrived by Parcelforce next working day, so delivery speed is excellent too. No hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service and fanastic product too!
I was really pleased with the easy to use website. So much more user friendly than so many others I have struggled to use.
Very impressed by the speed of delivery of the item too.
The P.A. System was used within 2 days of arrival for an AGM and proved to be perfect for the size of the room.
A great product that is also great value for money!

thanknyou soundsavers , i was glad to have dealt with your company. as i am not good with laptop never ordered befor so kris helped me all thru the purchase by way of cheqe. slowly but surly, so must learn to do it myself now, laptops are just not my era. however system is now up and running fine you kris have been very understanding and patient towards me THANK YOU SO MUCH KRIS, many thanks to you alldavid.

See if you can find a better deal
I got very good advice about the set up I needed. I compared prices with two other potential suppliers and could not beat Soundsavers on advice, quality of products or delivery. Communication waas very good and nothing appeared to be too much for them in terms of the advice I got. I have no hesitation in recommending Sounsavers and I'd have no hesitation in going to them for any future needs

I am pleased with purchase
PA system is first class only reservation I have is the manufacturers instructions are a bit unclear for someone with limited experience with such things.
However Soundsavers have been first class with on the phone support, and so far have not had any major problems

Very good to speak with for the uninformed
Spoke with the staff prior to online ordering and they were very helpful with someone who was not sure what they required. Gave good advice and the products were of very good quality. One item had been damaged and was also found not to fit my requirements. After a further talk, the more appropriate item was ordered and the damaged item returned and refunded with good speed.

Fantastic Service
I ordered a portable PA which was delivered very quickly but was faulty (I think it was to do with the large dent in the side of the packaging indicating it had been dropped in transit.) I contacted them via email and said I needed an urgent replacement. I received it the very next day and the replacement was in perfect working order. They then arranged to collect the old unit separately. Their service was prompt, courteous, and I was treated extremely well. Absolutely first class. Thank you.

Very helpful even when problems with courier delivery
FedEx were messing me around saying they had tried to deliver when they clearly hadn't and even lied to my face saying he was getting a parking ticket off a warden when he parked on my street when it is a private road with no parking restrictions!!
Soundsavers were really helpful and helped me sort out the problem, and in fairness FedEx are normally a good company so maybe its just one driver they need to get rid of!

This is the best company I've ever dealt with!
I used their "ask professor PA" option which is for advice about amps/speakers etc. and they recommended me the perfect PA for the job. I ordered it (at much cheaper than competitors) and it arrived within 2 working days. I couldn't be happier. It does the job, arrived fast and was a reasonable price. Cheers soundsavers!

PA value
I needed to buy a PA system for talks to small groups of up to 60. I got this company's name via Google and they were perfect for my needs. Their website was user friendly and arranged logically. There were at least 2 systems which would have suited but chose the Pulse because the scope of supply was exactly what I needed (wanted a lapel mic and a hand held mic and a bonus was the inclusion of a headset mic). The system arrived on time and in perfect condition. When I tested it it worked perfectly. The price was excellent (£199) and ordering and payment were easy. Altogether a pleasure dealing with Soundsavers.

Excellent, efficient and helpful - at great price
Bought three systems of Soundsavers. The price was the most competitive around, and before the purchase, their online help was really good.

I surfed, I caught the wave and it delivered a safe ride.
Having been involved in entertainment for over forty years using PA equipment and using my equipment to provide amplification for numerous events. I required a stand alone rechargeable system for quick and easy deployment with facility to play backing tracks and a guitar plug-in. The QR12PA Active ABS PA 12in x 1 c/w with 2 x Radio mics was ordered and delivered in 2 working days and used for an outdoor's Easter event with exceptional quality and simplicity. An excellent piece of kit for average outdoor venues where no electricity is available. Several organisations are considering investment for their own use. Soundsavers will certainly be 1st choice for any re-orders.

Great advice, great service.
I stumbled onto Soundsavers on the web, and thought I had found the lights I was after but needed to clarify details. When I phoned up, I was listened to and given really good advice recommending I do not get the lights I was planning on, but rather something different. I am SO Pleased they did. What I bought are fantastic and I will definetely be looking to Soundsavers again as and when we extend the system.

service was good but could do with more details about deliverys
i ordered speakers and cables and the speakers turned up next day but i am still waiting on speakers with the easter holidays i did not relise the speakers were not in the uk and had to be shipped from europe i only found this out when i called soundsavers
