Very quick service and good value

I surfed, I caught the wave and it delivered a safe ride.
Having been involved in entertainment for over forty years using PA equipment and using my equipment to provide amplification for numerous events. I required a stand alone rechargeable system for quick and easy deployment with facility to play backing tracks and a guitar plug-in. The QR12PA Active ABS PA 12in x 1 c/w with 2 x Radio mics was ordered and delivered in 2 working days and used for an outdoor's Easter event with exceptional quality and simplicity. An excellent piece of kit for average outdoor venues where no electricity is available. Several organisations are considering investment for their own use. Soundsavers will certainly be 1st choice for any re-orders.

Great advice, great service.
I stumbled onto Soundsavers on the web, and thought I had found the lights I was after but needed to clarify details. When I phoned up, I was listened to and given really good advice recommending I do not get the lights I was planning on, but rather something different. I am SO Pleased they did. What I bought are fantastic and I will definetely be looking to Soundsavers again as and when we extend the system.

service was good but could do with more details about deliverys
i ordered speakers and cables and the speakers turned up next day but i am still waiting on speakers with the easter holidays i did not relise the speakers were not in the uk and had to be shipped from europe i only found this out when i called soundsavers

As a complete novice to DJ equipment ( i am the head of a school PTA and we now need to run our own discos as our DJ has retired), I am extremely grateful to the staff at soundsavers for their guidance, advice and recommendations. Speedy and efficient service from Soundsavers - I ordered a PA system at about midnight on Wednesday night and it was delivered to Cornwall on the Friday afternoon!
I thought - "this will never be delivered in time for the gig on Saturday", but it was!

Great all round experience
I ordered a pa system from Soundsavers on Thursday 28th Feb and it was delivered without hassle on Monday 3rd March. I am happy with the system and finding it easy to use as I haven't used this type before.

A good company woth dealing with.
My recent order for a desk top DT50PA was dispatched the same day as promised.
When the DT50 was delivered I checked the unit over and discovered that one of the radio mikes would not work. I reported the problem to Soundsavers and their response was good, I returned the faulty mike as requested, entirely at Soundsavers expense, and a replacement was delivered with in a couple of days and all now works well.

Outstanding Customer Care
I was recommended to soundsavers by an audio professional and having taken his advice and some of his product ideas I started to looks through the soundsavers web site. This in itself was a pleasant and painless exercise, both easy to use and seach with up to date detail on product stock availabilty. Having chosen my products, the completion was an easy process and from that stage delivery was exceptionally fast next day. One item was not delivered so on checking I was found it had gone out of stock. I emailed sound savers and my query was immediately answered by Kris who confirmed there was a stock shortage on the item. I phoned sound savers and Kris answered the phone. When Kris realised my need for urgent delivery he immediately apologised for the stock issue and offered the next model up (a mixer with more channels and £20 higher price tag) for the same price as the original selection. It was shipped instantly and arrived next working day. I emailed Kris to thank him and with true professionalism he just said if there any problems with the equipment to get back to him. All the equipment worked perfectly and it is all now installed and performing well. I could not recommend Soundsavers any higher.

HASSLE-FREE SERVICE
I was looking for a particular gold plated audio connector and did the usual search on ebay and after narrowing down my requirements I came across the correct one at the right price and the right country. Delivery wasnt an issue as the connector was for a home audio project,so didnt even look at the delivery times. I paid with paypal and the item(s) arrived very quickly. Packaging was second to none on my last order but was still a sign of quality towards the company's shipping procedures!
Keep up the good works guys! I know where I will be coming when I need anymore audio connectors!

Fastest delivery ever
My Megamouth PA system was ordered late afternoon on a Wednesday and arrived by UPS at 08.00 on the Friday morning.
Everything appears to be working as expected so, so far so good.
I have not yet tested the system at a meeting but it looks as if it will fit the bill.

Now everyone can hear what I'm saying
The portable PA system works very well where we are using it. We do tours of churches, and the lecturer has much more freedom of movement with your system; he can move about the building and still be heard by his audience sitting in the nave of the church. Well done

WOW excellent PRODUCTS
Hi purchased a portable PA system from Soundsavers and its the biz, charged up the unit and and plugged in a usb stick with music on, and we just left it and it played all day. Rang them up and regarding wireless microphones and now we've got a fantastic set up for most occasion, very freindly people to deal with, with fast delivery times - Thanks

Super Brilliant and Helpful
I was setting up my own Mobile Disco and requested some help from this company to reccommend what equipment i should be looking at.
The response was efficient, friendly and useful.
At no point was i pushed into a sale and felt comfortable and at ease with the service i recieved.
I purchased some of the equipment from the company and couldnt believe the speed of the service. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged too.

I purchased the sound system for the East Grinstead District Scouts so that when we have award ceremonies, conferences, training courses all our hard of hearing members are not left out.
The service was quick, fast and easy to use the web site.
