spot on, goods better than discribed
Purchased Ex display TC electronics Nova system, goods arrived promptly and well packed, the only thing to differentiate my purchase from a new unit was the fact the box did not have any selephane on it! The actual unit itself was still vacume packed inside the box with all the manuals etc. A great buy for me!

Happy with Soundslive - Not so much with UK Mail
Soundslive were very communicative and personable. I got phonecalls to tell me that my amp was on order from the suppliers and they kept me informed and delivered to the timescales they gave me.
I was less happy however with UK Mail who left my parcel on a neighbour's doorstep (for some unknown reason) for a whole day. And but for the honesty of a neighbour i'd never met before, who stumbled across the correctly addressed parceI, I may never have seen my amp. In future I would ask for an alternative delivery firm.

the only place in the uk..
tried over 20 different retailers to find the acoustasonic 15 in stock,had to cancel twice from well-known outlets that kept changing the delivery dates,.

Good communication and updates on progress of order
Although the guitar was out of stock they did there best to get it to me as soon as poss. The guitar was perfect when I got it couldn't be happier with it, got it for a good price too.

Finally a company that could supply what I needed
Very helpful and willing to solve a slightly trick present idea. I needed a birthday present of a piano delivered to surprise a son for his birthday. Ordered with some required instructions and delivered on the day to a very happy man. Thank you for making the effort.

Easiest instrument purchase i have ever made
Soundslive were helpful and informative from the moment I first contacted them. They were prepared to look up any info that they didn't know and when they said they would call back, they did, and quickly.
Delivery was also very quick, actually sooner than they expected.
The equipment bought does everything they promised it would. Very pleased.

Brilliant product (Signma gig bag) and fast delivery
I was looking for a quality lightweight gig bag for my acoustic guitar. The Sigma gig bag is superb, very high quality, loads of padding and looks great. It costs a bit more than some other (inferior) products out there, but this is real quality with great protection. Your guitar is worth it! The gig bag came with lightening quick delivery in a very sturdy large protective box that did not fold the gig bag. I'm very happy.

Superb and highly recommended!
I can't fault the service I got from the keyboards team at Sounds Live. Their price on a pretty expensive piece of kit was way below what anybody else could match. Not only that it was in stock and delivered the next day for free. Friendly and helpful service too. A real example of how simple good customer service is.

VERY VERY HELPFULL
I ORDERED MY JACKSON SDX ADRIAN SMITH SIGNATURE OF THERE WEBSITE. WITHIN TWO DAYS IT ARRIVED, BRILLIANT. BUT WHEN I CAME TO TRY IT ON A AMP THE NECK PICK-UP HAD NO OUTPUT I WAS GUTTED, THE FOLLOWING DAY I CALLED THEM EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM, THEY APOLOGISED AND SENT A CARRIER OUT TO COLLECT THE ITEM. Great personal service from PA Dept - Gareth Elwell
I would happily recommend Sounds Live to my friends as a direct result of the service provided by Gareth Elwell. The true test of a company is how they handle exceptions, and in this instance the support provided by Gareth on a product issue, and advice on prospective products, directly led to me buying other items from Sounds Live.
I cannot provide any better recommendation than that, and even though there was an issue with a supplier, I had full visibility and transparancy in the resolution which is fantastic to see.

Good prices but order was out of stock then dispatched wrong item!
Soundslive has really good prices and the customer service is very friendly, unfortunately i had a bit of an issue with receiving the wrong item after having my order amended as an item that was showing up as between 1-10 days delivery, was actually just out of stock. This meant i had to return the item, repackage, trip to post office etc etc that i could have done without but they were very nice about it all. I'd probably use them again.

Free shipping option was super-quick
Item was as cheap as anywhere else I've seen it, (including Amazon, but I hate using them), so went with Soundsliveshop.
Chose free shipping, which I think was estimated up to 4 days. Actually arrived the very next day - had an email to say it had been dispatched within an hour of ordering.
