Average airline friendly service
Better then a lot of other U.S ailines but then U.S airlines are generally awful, rude and unhelpful I regularly use Virgin America that are the way all airlines should operate.
New planes fantastic crew, Free Drinks and comfort as well as good service

THE BEST AIRLINE EVER
I really think is the best company I have ever flown in the USA. Very nice flight attendants, very good flights, never had any delays and amazingly good fares! Keep up the good job!!

The Best
Love the company, its policies and its employees. Wish more companies would be run this way. I have spoken to various employees on flights, etc. and they love working for the company. How often do you hear that? AND they have a wonderful sense of humor. I share my love of Southwest whenever I can.
I am lucky to be with a company that rates in the same category -- they also truly do care about their customers AND their employees and it shows --- it also shows in the steady annual growth of our company every year for nearly 27 years. So these types of policies do pay off for everyone.

Easy to use and great value
Everything about the flight worked well. Was able to find a reasonably priced flight even within 2 weeks of my flight.

Good rates
found some of the best rates on a last minute flight to Florida. Only downfall is that I had to drive to Manchester for the flight, but well worth it.
