Waste of Time and money
This company is a con, didn't even get to fly. They don't deliver on what they promise. The weather has been terrible, so the flights were constantly cancelled, which is fair enough, but once 9 months are up (after the initial ticket purchase) they couldn't care less.

Thank you for your post. We are disappointed that you felt it necessary to take this step, as prior to your post we had emailed you alerting you to the fact that your voucher was about to expire on the 23rd April and urging you to book a flight, or offering you the option to extend you voucher.
Since the purchase of your voucher there have been 171 flights scheduled which your voucher was eligible for and which you could access and book onto, plus we have emailed and text you on numerous occasions urging you to book a flight. Of those 171 flights you have booked just 2.
Your voucher is valid until the 23rd April and between now and the 23rd there are a choice of a further 7 flights you could book onto, however you have not done so. The offer to extend your voucher is also still available.

Amazing Experience
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Enjoyed helping inflate the balloon ready for launch and the flight was better than I expected - stunning views and the pilot pointed out all the local landmarks. Ground crew were also very polite and explained everything clearly. I have told all my friends about it and I can't wait to fly again soon!
