Metal tracks not cut to your size

OK, when you submit your order online, you need to give them very specific measurement. This is a made to measure product so you expect that everything is cut to the required size/length. But no. When the product arrive, you still need to cut, using a hand saw, 2 steel tracks and a few quasi-wood boards. This means you need to have a good saw and some experience cutting metal, a complete nightmaire. Also, although you are supposed to get a kit, there is no screw, so you need to go to a hardware store and work out what screws you need.

If you want to have them installed by them, the price is £300 plus.

The internal shelf system is not of top quality but very expensive. There are bits cracked in the kit. And it's quite expensive, definitely not value for money.

Phoning the customer service helpline, no one ever anwswers it. There's no one replying the email either.

Not a very good experience generally.

Trustworthy and good quality

I ordered a sliding door system in January and was kept informed initially of rough delivery date, subsequently of exact date and then a phone call on the day from the driver with an (almost) exact time.
I won't go into the detail of a problem I had with one of the items, suffice to say that it was dealt with without too much fuss and the problem resolved pretty quickly despite Spaceslide's right to point to their terms and conditions to which I hadn't precisely adhered.
The quality is good - exceptional for the price - and my doors look great.
Special mention for Charlotte who I dealt with from the beginning - helpful and understanding, a credit to the company (and no, I don't know her.!).

Terrible customer service

Still waiting for my wardrobe doors, customer services do not answer the phones or answer emails - I can only imagine the nightmare of sending things back to Spaceslide (if they ever arrive)
