A trusted company
i have used this company since 2007 they are FANTASTIC,
i have never exprienced any problems, all ordered recieved within time and the prices are just excellent.
Customer serivices are friendly and helpfull i would reccomend to any techhead :3

Cant get any better than this
Great advice, great customer feedback, they will recommend a cheaper product if its in your interest.
Items arrive on time, cant fault them.

Perhaps the best water cooling store I have used yet
Through the years, I have used a number of online stores to purchase water cooling parts, including watercoolinguk, aquatuning and caseking, and Specialtech is probably my favourite store yet. They have good selection of items with most in stock and a truthful indication of whether an item is in stock or not (which I have learned, is not to be taken for granted).
Whenever I have ordered, they have packed and shipped the parcel the same day. No problems whatsoever.

Great service and handling!
I'm currently working on my PC and had a big order in the mill from another distributor of computer parts, but unfortunately the weren't able to help me with a specific item. So I went ahead and googled my way to Specialtech.co.uk. Since I needed a specific number of that exact item I wrote an inquiry to get information of how many they had in stock. I received an answer no more than 5 minutes later!
I went on and placed my order Wednesday and received it Saturday which is really great for an order coming from the UK to Denmark.
The packaging was pretty ghetto but worked great for it's purpose, so no complaints there either!
The shipping was a bit pricey for the amount of items I bought, but I got a tracking number and the delivery was fast, so it's alright.
If a cheaper option was available it wouldn't hurt though.
Overall I've had a great experience shopping at Specialtech and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I have bought a few things from them, items as described. They have been first rate, also no hassle with returning unwanted items.

One of the better companies
With the credit crunch and hard times for online sellers, Specialtech kept there heads up and are growing verry fast. When i ever i need a watercooling part they have it in stock and 9/10 i get it delivered next day while i do not add extra delevery cost. Good support and i feel they are normal like the customer.

Slow shipping
One of the worse online companys I have used. takes forever for them to actually ship an order and when you email customer services they NEVER reply. Useless aviod at all cost.
