Spectronics provides our Boston office with telephone connectivity to the UK which we use to speak to clients over there. The service has been really good and I've been very happy with everything. We're currently in talks with them about expanding the system to cover our South Africa and Middle East offices.
Having been let down by one VoIP service I had to get another installed as a matter of urgency for my business. I did some research and found SpecTronicsUK. I chose them because it was a fairly local firm, UK-based and it seemed to have some good reviews. I had my new VoIP service set up in a matter of hours. The guys were incredibly helpful, discussed the various options with me and weren't interested in selling me the most expensive package. I run a small business and SpecTronicsUK had a great package available which was very cost-effective. They walked me through the set-up whilst I was on the telephone and followed up with several emails afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service and that it was running well. Highly recommended.
We required hosting for an event's page, as well as a suite of email accounts and advice on a e-commerce system to sell tickets. SpecTronics were excited and enthusiastic as well as informed and prompt with their support. One thing about SpecTronics is that we ended up only paying for exactly the services we needed, which is a refreshing alternative to usual package deals.
I used Spectronics to help me find a suitable pc. They helped guide me towards the best one for me suited to my work and social needs. They helped make the complex things understandable and the end product i received was spectacular. I ordered a mac which was quick to arrive and I got the best value for my money. I would recommend using spectronics for all your computing needs and issues.
I messaged Spectronics using their live support chat on their website. The employee (not during normal working hours!) walked me through the package builder which was very helpful.
The online control panel is a little on the complex side and the range of services are in excess of what I need, although I guess this means it has the necessary flexibility for larger companies/ more complicated set ups.
At all points during the set-up process my account manager was happy to take calls and clarify various bits of jargon - if this is the normal level of customer support then it's fantastic.
All in all a very good value product, especially considering the support I received. Would recommend.
Customer care has been good, ported my existing numbers from Virgin and have been happy with quality. The setup was a bit fiddly because the control panel is quite comprehensive. All in all very happy but even 2 months down the line I'm still tweaking things to get it perfect.
