Very fast delivery.
Helpful advice, fast delivery and a great product. That's describes perfectly this company.
Bought a photographic bag and then I wasn't sure about the colour. Called them and had a friendly chat with a gentlemen, who assured me that I can return the bag if I still don't like it once it arrived.
Well I got it now and actually like the colur a lot, the pictures of it on their website don't do justice to it. The ThinkTank Retrospective 7 Blue Slate is a cool photo bag that looks great in this colour.

Nice item, good price, fast delivery.
I've used Speed Graphic for this kind of item before. They sell dome really useful stuff that is not always easy to find. It is good quality and at a good price. The web site is easy to use. The goods arrived the next day. It was perfect, just as you'd hope it would be.

gitzo tripod strap not recommended
I have a series 5 Gitzo tripod with systematic head. According to the instructions the loop at the top of the strap fits over the head but it to small to fit the systematic head. There is a hole at the top of the tripod so I fitted it there.The bottom straps work very well and all three legs could be secured. I tried to hang the tripod on my shoulder but it kept slipping off. I tried wearing different coats and jumpers but it still slipped off. I would not recommend this item, but I will use Speed graphic again

Delivered Late
The post office informed me that the package was not addressed properly. The street name was omitted. I paid for next day delivery last Sunday and finally took delivery this Saturday. When I called I was informed that the courier had tried to deliver but couldn't I am not interested in these differing opinions. I didn't get what I paid for in terms of delivery. Help desk person not really that sympathetic - ie. I was not there when it was supposed to have been delivered - my problem. I had to call Post Office to find out what had happened.
Otherwise product as described. I have used Speedgraphic before but would hesitate in the future.

Fast dispatch and well packaged.
I was looking for a spare storage/carrying case for my Lee Big Stopper and noticed Speed Graphic had them in stock. I ordered the item on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday. You can't get better than that. Recommended.

the service was very efficient,when there was only 1 item left when my order asked for 2 they were on to me the following day asking if I wanted to proceed with my order which I did all my items arrived in good time and the delivery man came back to my house at 6:45pm on the day of delivery as I was not in that morning .I am very happy with this company and will continue to use their service.

Great service and competitive prices equals customer satisfaction
Speedgraphic have a good catalogue providing lots of information about a wide range of photography related products. Ordering on line is easy and you get a confirmatory email. Prices are competitive if not always the cheapest, but then you are not getting cheap i.e. inferior service. I had to wait a few days for my last order but I was aware that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock but expected soon; and I was happy for all items to be sent as one delivery. All items were present, well packed and in excellent condition. I have no reservations in recommending Speedgraphic.

Always reliable.
I bought a set of Lee filters from Speed Graphic. The filters are often on back order at various retailers but Speed Graphic show the due date for the next delivery. Sure enough they dispatched the filters on the promised date and they arrived the next day. Sped Graphic's prices are a little higher than elsewhere but they always give excellent service so i think it's well worth it.

Who put the speed into Speed Graphic
Small lens hood needed in a hurry. Could be obtained cheaper of course - everything can be obtained cheaper if your life means so little that you have an hour or two to waste trolling the web. Ordered from SG mid afternoon - arrived through my letterbox next morning. That's service and seems to be standard from SG
