I'm sorry you've found a 1 star review fitting for your order, however, as per our email correspondance, this item was dispatched to you 7 days ago.
With you residing in Italy, and our offices being in the UK, this wait is expected for delivery.
I have tracked the package with Royal Mail, who have confirmed it is currently in Italy and is being processed for delivery.
I hope once you recieve your glasses, you find our product, and services fitting for a higher review.

Good specs at reasonable prices
I purchased the glasses through the office in Hoylake. Although the office was a mess, due to upgrade, the staff were extremely helpful.

Thank you for leaving feedback for us, we take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our levels of customer service and the products available online.
Currently, Spex4Less is primarily an internet company, with no public trade and we operate out of our offices in Hoylake.
Over the next four weeks, we're in the process of having our entire office ripped out and rebuilt as an office/showroom which will allow members of the public to visit us, and recieve the same service at a fraction of the highstreet.
Due to this, admittedly, our offices are currently half refurbished, with completion set for the end of December.
I hope you find the local service we'll be able to offer good enough to warrant a five star review next time.

Used your company before will use it again and again
My order went through on the internet without any problems. You were not sure my prescription was right so sent an e mail asking me to contact you to confirm the details, a lot of companies having received my money would not have bothered, that impressed me. I asked my optician for the cost of reglazing my existing glasses and they said £106 your charge was just £38, and were returned promptly, and I can see just as well having spent £38.

Quality service at affordable prices
An informative website gives good guidance on choosing the glasses to suit you. Speedy delivery and a quality product belie the very reasonable price tags. I've used Spex4Less several times and been well satisfied.

Had three seperate orders from them, each time i found them honest, helpful and quick.
I would recommend them to anyone. One pair i chose was unfortunately discontinued by the frame suppliers and Spex4Less sent me a small assortment of alternative frames to select from, they were extremely helpful. I have have placed three orders with them over the last 18 months and will cetainly continue to use them as my supplier for varifocal lense specs.

I was pleased with all apects of your service
I had been messed around by another online glasses company, and waited weeks for delivery, even though my credit card was debited immediately.
With your company, my order was processed quickly and efficiently, and the glasses were perfect. It took no time to adjust to the new varifocals, well done.
My only comment would be that you send various emails offering discounts, money off etc., which did not seem to be applied to my order. You discounted the exact frames I had ordered before despatch, but no discount was applied to my final price.
I would otherwise recommend you thoroughly to anyone looking for glasses.

Just excellent!
I used Spex4Less after being let down by another on-line glasses provider. I was not disappointed - after a few days my glasses arrived.
I was so pleased I ordered a second pair - this time there was a slight problem but it was dealt with immediately and my glasses arrived promptly again. Excellent service.

Fast, friendly professional service, highly recommended!
I needed two pairs of frames reglazed, obtained a new prescription, ordered on line and mailed the frames as per the instructions on the web site.
I received e-mails confirming my order, receipt of the frames, an ETA on when they would be completed and confirmation that they had shipped. Four days door-to-door!
I am delighted with the lenses and the service is superb. I am happy to recommend Spex4Less to anyone.

A fast, efficient and courteous service.
I requested new distance glasses hoping to get them back before Christmas and lo and behold, they were posted back to me within two days of my online order. How is that for service!

Straightforward purchase through website but needed to be returned as lenses were not suitable.
I found the set up very good and easy to use. The replies were quick and questions answered. I received the frames and took the photos as requested and feel sure I did this correctly. When the varifocal glasses arrived, much quicker than expected, they looked fine but unfortunately the reading lens was much too low, in fact I had to raise the frames by 10-15cm to see through them.
I returned the glasses together with my old lenses so they could make comparisons and they have acknowledged receipt and are dealing with the problem at the moment. Hopefully the new lenses will be satisfactory.

A first class service with a wide range of glasses at very competitive prices.
A refreshingly simple way of obtaining spectacles without the need to leave the house. Since I seem to possess an all too ready facility for misplacing my prescription glasses I thought it would be a sensible idea to purchase a second pair. These I ordered through Spex4Less and was delighted with the ease of ordering and the speed with which they were dispatched. If I have one regret it is that I only wish that I had ordered my first pair through them and saved myself both time and money.

Great old fashioned customer service using the most up to date techniques.
I have used Spex4Less on a number of occasions and the only time I had a problem (which was caused by an incorrect prescription supplied by a well known high street optician) Spex4Less sorted it out with patience and understanding and in a very professional manner.

Wonderful people
I had experience buying online glasses before so I thought I'd give Spex4less a try. Especially since they were offering free high visibility MAR coatings. I ordered them on 22nd Nov and, to my surprise, they arrived on 25th Nov (yes the same year). I was a bit suspicious since they were a strong prescription with correction for astigmatism and, with the MAR coatings, I had expected them to take a lot longer than that.
I chose cheap frames but even so they were of good quality and the lenses were excellent. I didn't opt for thin lenses since these where for computer use only. Although the lenses were thick they were firmly seated in the frames. If I hold the lenses at an angle so they catch the light there is a faint greenish tint that is the tell tale sign of an anti-reflective coating.
Altogether I paid £23 including p&p. Since many people need three pairs of glasses these days for normal, reading and computer use it is frightening how expensive it is just to be able to see. Not with Spex4less.

Fantastic service, price and delivery.
I was looking at the same skiing goggles and inserts at a competitors site at first but at finding spex4less I immediately switched to using them. There was no hassle getting the inserts as I already knew the strengths I needed in them and they were £50 quid cheaper.
