Shockingly bad!
I purchased 2 showers (worth £700) which were to be delivered to a 3rd party address. After accepting payment, splash direct then decided they would not deliver to the address given.
Upon contacting them and asking to cancel the order, they stated that they could not cancel the order & refund my money (even though the order had not yet been dispatched). After a few days of tolerating their abysmal excuses & awful customer service (which included 'we can't refund your money because the bank won't let us'), I finally got my money back 2 weeks after I placed the original order as I informed them I was about to initiate legal proceedings.
As far as I'm concerned, they tried to steal my money so please do yourself a favour an stay far away from splash direct!

£10.00 DELIVERY FOR A PACKET OF HINGES, YOU MUST BE JOKING
I ordered 2 packets of hinge pack and to my amazement they were trying to charge me £10.00 to deliver to Ireland. Rather than agree the delivery charges were excessive they did the cowardly thing of refunding my money and leaving it at that. I offered to send my pigeon over to collect this light parcel.
Avoid this company.

good customer service
The shower riser kit arrived day after ordered. When i contacted them to advise of a missing bracket they despatched a replacement. Again arrived within 24 hours of email being sent. Very good customer service and i was very happy with the product. Would highly recommend this company

Helpful online catalogue
I was looking for a replacement wash basin for my bathroom. Unlike other bathroom furniture sites, Splashdirect had pop-ups with the exact dimensions of each basin. It made choosing the right basin so much easier. More confident that the item I had chosen would fit in the tight space available. Splashdirect seems to understand that the customer needs detailed specifications and measurements, not just sexy (?) photographs. Helpful side links to suggested taps and waste fittings too. Highly recommended.
