I ordered Chelsea Doll pink bag, the delivery was fine, although it took them a while to dispatch it.
The bag's colour was pink with pastel-like light blue colour of dots, however, the bag turned out to be just white and pink.
The quality wasn't amazing either.
Overall, it is a nice bag, but i would expect a better quality for £21, and the colour to be as on the picture.
I ordered the batman dress they have available it says it was dispatched on the 23 of dec. yet there is no tracking information available and there were no holidays that could have possibly slowed down the arrival of my package. I've ordered from the UK plenty of times and it never takes this long its been two weeks. I've emailed twice and i just want a response as to wear my package is?

I just want to say a huge thank you for getting my dress to me in time for my 21st birthday. I have to say that this is the best online shopping experience I've ever had and that is purely down to the personal approach by the staff. My order was received on time and just as pictured on the website. Lovely quality. I returned one item that didn't fit, called to make sure it could be refunded and got answered immediately by a real (and nice) person and refunded quickly. Great clothes, great price, great service.
Well where do I start!! I placed an order for next day delivery on Saturday 1st December 2012 for a d ress in 2 different sizes. The dresses cost £99.99 each but I knew I would be able to get one refunded. I paid just short of £10.00 for next day delivery as I needed the dress for a party on 7th December. Tuesday came and went and no dresses delivered. I tried to trace my order via the website but there was no trace of any order for me. I had to email customer services 3 times before I got any response and by that time I was worrying about what had happened to my money. I was told that the dress was coming direct from the manufacturer& they would try and find out what was happening. Next day delivery shouldn't be available if the order CANNOT be delivered on next day. I received the dress on the Thursday - too late to sort out shoes/bag etc. However, I kept one and returned the one that was too big. There was a delivery note in the box asking me to return the dress to a different address than spoiled brat.So then I had to contact spoiled brat to check this out. Turns out that was the wrong information & needed to return it to them. Their site advertises that they use click and collect which is a free returns traceable service. When I questioned how to use this service as I couldn't print off a label they advised that they do not yet offer this service. It then cost me another £7.00 to return the dress so that I could track it. Lastly - just to add insult to injury my dress was received back by them on 14.12.12 and I have only received my refund today the 2nd January after a couple of emails to them. I know their site says a refund can take up to 30 days but come on - sites like ASOS refund within a week.
So no - never ever ever ever ever again would I use this site.
I thought one of the Lucy bella bags would make a brilliant Xmas gift for my sister, I placed a order on the 15th November 2012 and by the begining of December was concerned that I had not received this. I email customer services who said that I was not to worry as the bags were taking about 21 days to go out. So I waited until the date that took us to mid December when I chased the item again and was told I would receive this for Xmas and not too worry ! The week before Xmas still no bag so I asked for a estimated arrival date and was told that it would be with me on Friday 21st or sat 22nd at the very latest. STILL nothing arrived in the post, i realised at this point that the bag was not going to arrive for Xmas and had to buy my sister another present.
After xmas i emailed customer services for a refund, and voiced how angry I was that I had been lied to numerous times when chasing this item. The email response states that Lucy bella is one woman that makes all the bags and had too many to make for Xmas, I replied saying that she then should not have taken the money or the order. Customer services which again is one woman offered me a voucher to give to the person for whom the bag was meant for , which I said was useless to me and i want my money back, I am now trying to get a full refund and don't ever want to shop with this company EVER AGAIN! Don't do it's too stressful!
ordered an item on the 20th December, the website stated that the item was on a pre oI rder status apart from a few remaining in the size I required. As this was to be a gift for the end of the month I decided to order from Spoiled Brat rather than the manufacturer (the manufacturer had free delivery and a 10% off first order) as I did not want to wait until the 3rd January which was the date given if I bought direct. I received no dispatch information so wrote to Spoiled Brat to query the delay. They advised that they would not be dispatching this until the 3rd January, the same date as the manufacturer. The email received from customer services seems to imply that the fault was somehow mine for not reading the product description. The item concerned is still showing as in stock despite my complaint and the response to my complaint on the length of time it has taken for customer service to address my concerns was "As you are aware our offices were closed from Friday the 21st of December for Christmas and reopened today, this is the reason your emails were no responded to earlier" How I was supposed to have known that they decided to close the office 3 days before Christmas, this was not mentioned in any correspondence to me. I have written again to ask them to review the way this has been dealt with and am awaiting hopefully a more reasonable response to the error.
6th Jan, As yet I have still not received any response to my complaint. I did however receive an email on the 3rd of January to state that my order had been dispatched. This was followed by an email on the 4th January stating that an error had been made and the order had not been dispatched and was now again out of stock. The customer service department is unhelpful, inept and incompetent and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest that if you want a particular item from this store, bypass them and go direct to the manufacturer or use a different stockist to avoid stress and disappointment. If I could I would give this site a minus star rating.

Wow, what a response. I suggest you check your emails before you come on this site and declare that no error has been made. Yes an error has been made and in case you did not understand I will clarify the situation once again. Yes this item was available on a pre order status APART from 3 IN STOCK in a size Large and this is what I ordered. I never once requested this for a Christmas delivery in fact my email quite clearly states that it was a gift for the end of the month. Your emails also quite clearly state that you were closed from the 21st until the 27th. You have also failed to address the fact that the you emailed me the article had been dispatched on the 3rd of January and then a follow up email on the 4th to say an error had been made and it had not been sent and was again out of stock. I am quite happy to copy and paste all emails sent and received on this site, including a screen print that clearly shows said item was in stock. I am amazed that you somehow found the time to respond to this review but as yet had not had time to email me directly with a response to my complaint. I stand by my initial review and will have no hesitation in taking this matter further.
Futher to the 2nd response from this company, I would ask any other poster to read my review here or my emails and point out any rude or aggressive language. Yet again they have swiftly side stepped the issue and tried to revert the blame on the customer. I have made no threats other than to state if they made any further libellous comments against me on this site that I would take legal advice and I will also ask for your response to be amended. I resent the accusation that I have been rude, abusive and have threatened you. I have posted a fair an accurate review and you have not answered my complaint apart from to post untruths.
I placed my order on or about the 9 December and have still not received it.
On 12 December I had an email from Spioltbrat to say that my order had been dispatched to the Royal Mail. A week later I tried tracing it but the Royal mail message said 'come back later'. Eventually the item was received in Glasgow Mail Center on 21 December (why Galsgow? I live in Birmingham) and it has been received at the Birmingham Mail Center today. In fairness I don't know whether the problem lies with spoiltbrat or Royal Mail
I've used spoiled brat pretty regularly since discovering it last year - I loved the selection, the prices and the super service. However, I have made an effort recently to look elsewhere for items I've seen on the site (not always successfully unfortunately!) - this was prompted by the recent heavy promotion of their "real fur" section. Why sell real fur??? In this day and age faux fur is a viable more humane alternative. A real shame - I had expected better of what I had thought of as one of the best sites out there.
I have used Spoiled Brat on and off over the years for those "must have" items and I've never had a problem with their service. I have found them to always dispatch my order quickly and I've not ever been disappointed with the items. The only thing that puts me off ordering more from them over recent years is the cost - unless there is a sale on I find a lot of the dresses and tops (in particular) to be dearer than other websites who offer similar clothes. There is fierce competition amongst women's clothing sites these days. Again, this would be my only critical remark about SpoiledBrat.co.uk and once again they have made me a satisfied customer with my most recent purchase, a sale item.

i like the clothes and the sales and offers are really good but in the future i might think again about ordering lots of things as the refunds take so long. other online clothes shops don't take so long....? im still waiting for a refund right now....
Spoiled Brat is a web-site l visit on a pretty regular basis as they carry lines that are not available anywhere else in the UK.
My particular favourites are the US brands Lamis Khamis and Lauren Moshi. The web-site sales are always looking out for as they really do cut prices. On top of that the delivery is quick, returns easy and customer service is great. Top marks from me.

Such a great service and lovely little touches like a couple of mini lollies and all my items were nicely wrapped in tissue paper. Never received such high standard of service from an on-line store. I love Spoiled Brat. Used them for years & never had a problem. Items are always sent out very quickly and always arrive within a few days. When I ordered something once they e-mailed me to say sorry, that it was out of stock and I got a refund the same day. Brilliant customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever received! After I returned an item to the company, I politely pointed out that the Distance Selling Regulations state that I am entitled to a refund of postage. This was their response:
"No refund on postage
Don't waste our time again ordering - we are not a charity!"
Don't worry, I won't and I recommend that no one else does!
