Excellent delivery good after sales service
Excellent free next day delivery. Power on/off switch found to be broken but quickly sent a replacement for me to fit, although sadly without promised instructions. However quickly emailed them to me after my follow up call. Machine now working fine and would happily use company again. In my experience you just need to hang on for about 15 minutes when calling customer services.

Shaking all over
Just received vibration plate very happy up to now ..wife has trouble exercising due to arthritis but she has used this as recomended. Upto now she love it. She is feeling better already ,, fingers crossed were onto a winner .so simple 10mins and your done.

dishonest unpolite waste of space customer service
disappointed from start to finish , two full day wasted from work waiting from delivery no-one wanted to phone me back , item turned up RUSTY brand new , asked to speak to MANAGER was told they did not want to speak to me too busy .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS WITH GOODS , AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY HAVE YOU MONEY THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Newbie well looked after

Poor but...
The delivery was fast, however the box was ripped and tatty... When I opened, all the 'nuts and bolts' were loose inside, which kinda worried me... Because the box was ripped and tatty!
I fully expected some missing parts and I wasn't disappointed!
2 screws were missing, some of the paint work was scratch and, to be fair, looked like all the components had been chucked in the box before sent.
It is virtually impossible to use the bench press AND have the butterfly attachment in situ as the weights collide when you lower the bar in a bench press... This forced me to remove the butterfly bar completely, which freed up a few extra nuts and bolts so I could complete the construction!
The entire bench could be 6" longer so I can fully fit on it and more care given when packaging it up. All in all, I wish i'd picked a different weights bench, ideally without the butterfly bar attachment... My wife told me to return it, but after constructing it for 2 hours (using the worst assembly instructions EVER) I concluded that it was fit for purpose once i'd made the alterations.

Lack / incorrect information and poor customer service
Do not clearly advertise shipping costs on product page. Emailed the company about this still waiting a reply 2 weeks later. Product that came was the wrong colour promised a call back the same day its now night and no call back. Customer reps do not know where their Headquarters are so I was unable to complain direct. Although it is a good product they lack of interest from several staff i spoke to was apparent.

Excellent exercise bike with fast delivery.
I wanted an exercise bike which could take a heavier user but wasn't expensive. This bike was just want I wanted. It arrived quickly and the courier was great too. My only criticism was that I didn't receive an email acknowledgement of my order which I did expect.

Awful
Ordered the item from website and received the item but in a different colour scheme. Contacted the customer services department for the company and was told that the website states that "colour may vary from that ordered". I checked the website and found no such warning. I was asked to take photos and email them as if I could not tell the difference between red and cream. I was then told that they had contacted the warehouse who had checked that a replacement item was the correct colour and would be dispatched and the wrong colour item collected. I then took delivery of the new item and guess what? the new item was the wrong colour as before! At this point I realised that the company probably does not have the item as displayed on its website. I told them that I am withdrawing payment for the item and was informed that this could result in a bad debt recorded against my name. My credit card company has now withdrawn payment and i've ordered the item from a different company which has arrived all as ordered no problems. Still not out of the woods yet as the 2nd item needs to be collected. Stayed at home (again) all day yesterday (the promised collection day) and no one called. Just got an email from the company claiming city link called at 5.15pm yesterday got no reply so I owe them £9! I was at home waiting all day. 3 days spent at home so far in total for deliveries and collections for nothing, still, have plenty of time to write this review

Dreadful delivery! Good value machine.
Well, all was well until they failed to deliver at all and did not even have the decency to ring. We had to ring them and while they apologised, l had wasted a full afternoon at the weekend.
When they said they'd deliver for a second time l was sceptical, howver they were true to their word and two very smart and friendly men delivered on time and could not have been more helpful.
So, overall, a good treadmill for a fair price but they do need to improve communication.

Highly recommended
Never used this website before but found a fantastic indian head massage chair, and I can't fault them, payment when through very smooth, and they had free delivery (which is very rare as most site collour you on postage) and my time arrived in 2 days.
I will certain ally be using this site again, trust it 1000% and I have recommended it to several friends

Very happy with my massage chair
Received a fast and efficient service from Sports & Leisure and I am delighted with my purchase. I was worried that like other models being sold at a similar price to the chair I purchased, that it would not be of great quality. When I bought this product one part was missing which I was not aware as the Instruction Leaflet was extremely unsatisfactory. However I was pleased that I was able to assemble the product without much difficulties. When I reported the Tredmill was not working. I was very satisfied the prompt action by your Technician by sending the missing part. I am enjoying doing my exercise on the Tredmill.

High Quality Massage Chair very impressed
I Needed a chair for my Husband who has to have a eye Operation the aftercare means leaning forward for many hours in a Day, so I was looking for a chair for support and comfort. I looked at your site (Sportsandleisure ) on line and found a massage Chair which will be just what he needs.
The service I had was great orderd on Sunday Night arrived on Tuesday.
Very good value for the Money easy to put together Stong but Comfortable.

Quick delivery, good quality product and good price
I recently bought a BodyTrain G8SP Racing Exercise Bike. It came really quickly and the delivery was free even to North East Scotland which isn't always the case when ordering online. I am really happy with the exercise bike. It is really sturdy and heavy and not moved easily so I feel secure on it. The only problem with it is the seat. It was a bit narrow and too hard at the front if you know what I mean! I swapped it for the big comfy seat on my old bicycle and I find that much better but that might not be the same for other people. This is my second purchase from Sport and Leisure UK and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Love it
My item was ordered on the Friday and delivered on the Monday, I was very impressed with the service . The only down side was the currier didn't phone with a arrival time so I missed him but he did redeliver the next day after we arranged a time. The parcel was in good order and my item is great I love it....

Fabulous service and product
The 8ft trampoline is brilliant quality and fabulous fun for my 2 kids 7 yrs and 5 yrs. We paid extra for a trampoline which could take extra weight - many state max weight of 50kg - this trampoline is approx 140Kg - I can happily have a bounce. Trampoline came next day - which was such an amazing treat for the kids who expected to have to wait ages.
It took a couple of hours to assemble but fairly straightforward - need 2 people and some muscle power.

Excellent trampoline with good delivery service
I ordered this trampoline on-line and it was significantly cheaper than equivalents elsewhere. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days despite the product offering 24 hour delivery however this was all made clear after a quick phonecall. I would have given a higher star rating if I hadn't of needed to chase up the item myself. Delivery date was confirmed with me, and a quick call on the morning of the delivery date confirmed a PM delivery - ideal. The trampoline itself is excellent, it was relatively straightforward to assemble and is very, very sturdy. The permitted weight limit is very heavy so even us adults have enjoyed bouncing - fab!

It does what it says on the tin!
Purchased Tahiti massage table. Ordered Wednesday after 1pm and received email to confirm delivery agent and delivery date of Friday. Product delivered on the expected date and am delighted with the table. It was well packed and easy to unpack and unfold and was ready to use in minutes. The massage table is sturdy and comfortable (both myself and my little boy have tried it out!) and it is easily height adjustable. All in all very pleased with the purchase.
