I was unsure whether it would be possible to have my purchase delivered to a different address to the one where my debit card is registered so I made a call rather than complete an online purchase. The phone did take a long time to be answered but it was at least a pleasant experience. However i was asked for plenty of details in case a problem arose so i supplied my work phone number, my mobile and my email. i was told that as it was now Sturday the item would be delivered on the Tuesday. The item was arranged to be delivered to my son who is in his twenties and has Aspergers Syndrome which is a form of autism plus epilepsy and the combination can cause anxiety. When the item was not delivered during Tuesday it did cause concern. I attempted to discuss the delivery problem but waited so long on the phone that I was cut off and never made the conversation. I emailed my concern and asked in the email for someone to phone me as soon as possible knowing that i would be at work and making calls is quite difficult. No call was made and so I risked phoning during work time to find out what had happened. When i eventually spoke to the delivery team I was told there was a flag against my order. naturally i questioned the flag and why no person had contacted me to let me know and sort out the problem. A whole day of fiasco followed and eventually the item was re ordered. It has been the most dreadful experience for myself and my son and would suggest steering clear of this organisation(or disorganisation)
