Was going to buy a more expensive one but I ve done right on getting this one. The price is really good and no nasty surprises. Delivery was very quick. Thank you for making a good product, affordable.
I ordered an item with the promise that it would be delivered the day after. I thought perfect and when I got the email confirmation of what time this delivery would be - between 9-5pm, I communicated that I am currently in full time employment so would only be in after 4.30pm. They advised that city-link don't actually give a time slot ( which I completely understand) but asked me to call that afternoon to find out how far the driver was. I did so after I finished work and it so happens that I missed the driver by a mere 10minutes. I was advised that an automatic second delivery would be made the next day, around the same time span. I explained that this wouldn't make any difference as I am in full time, all my neighbours are and so are my family. What I don't understand is why I am offered a service that completely doesn't make any difference to me? Surely as a company I would imagine that sending out drivers after people have atleast got back home from work would work out more cost effectively instead of sending out a driver when it has been communicated that no body will be in? Anyway I had to take a day off work to receive the delivery. I wouldn't shop with the company again as I would need to take a day off work every time I had a delivery. Asos have deliveries after 5pm. Maybe that would be something the company would consider?

You need to specify only next day delivery only if ordered Monday to Thursday and you forgot to put the power plate's mains lead in with the order, but I have used one from my computer. The staff were more than helpful and made up for the small errors
When I phoned as a confused person who wanted to buy a weights bench but wasn't really sure what / how / anything at all, the guy on the phone could not have been more helpful! He talked me through every step of the order and did it all over the phone. The product was delivered the next day as promised and was absolutely perfect for what I needed. Ordered online and paid with no problems. Delivery was a joke. The only delivery option was between 9 and 5 during week days only. No option for Saturday delivery or out of hours. They wanted £50 to change address to my work address or a sacrifice of £108 to return the goods as I could not pick them up.
If you are a working individual - ordering from this company is a complete waste of time.
I ended up picking up the multigym myself in the evening from Citylink. 6 Massive boxes and two trips due to the size of the item.
I will never use this company again and will go out of my way to let other people know not to use them too.

Ordered the BodyTrain vibraton plate Friday am and it was delivered Monday pm. Received excellant e-mail comminucations from Sport and Leisure along the way. My only complaint is no Saturday delivery option or AM/PM choice of delivery slot.

From start to finish ( that being cancellation of order) this company's customer service has been poor. Written on front page of website in big letters 'Fast Delivery service' maybe but if you purchase a tent you won’t be informed until a week later and only when you contact them first 'Fast Delivery Service' could be 10 working days. The small print on their website states items over 35kg will be anything from 1-7 workings, also mentions something about in most cases will be delivered within 2 working days!!!. I explained that I need this item as soon as possible but was met with a response of we will be scheduling in our delivery team for your area tomorrow. We were then told (again after having called them first) that the tent would arrive tomorrow that being Wednesday 21st. We waited in for this delivery to then see that the email stated Wednesday 28th even though telephone conversation said otherwise. We called the company to find out what was going on to be told that they would play the telephone conversation recording back. They then contacted us to say 'Yes you are correct and we have made a mistake' but guess what, we are not going to do anything about trying to rectify our mistake.What was the point in listening to tape recording!.This company needs 2 whole weeks to organise delivery with their 'own inhouse delivery team' just to deliver a tent from the West Midlands to West Yorkshire. Most other camping sites (and oh boy I wish I had used them instead of these) can either deliver next day or within 2-3 working days. All we got back as a response was there is nothing we can do. Does this sound like a company that wants to provide good customer service. They don't care about trying to rectify their mistake. This company could have quite easily pulled out the stops and rearranged their delivery team to transport a tent from the West Midlands to West Yorkshire.
I bought a vibration plate exercise machine. It chose it because it was powerful, had all the necessary features and the price was very low.
It arrived, was assembled easily enough and performs solidly and quietly.
I am delighted and have shown friends. One intends to buy one from the company as a result.
Good service with fast free delivery (and the driver even found our difficult to find house!). Only down side was the weather cover advertised as coming free with all trampolines was not provided - so I will call up to try and sort this.
I FOUND THE TAHITI MASSAGE TABLE VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. IT IS VERY STABLE AND COMFORTABLE. THE SUPPORT WIRES BEING A BONUS. MY CLIENTS ALSO LIKE THE WIDTH AS THEY FEEL MORE SECURE. I HAVE FOUND SPORT AND LEISURE UK VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING THE ORDERS OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER. Hi there. The product is fine but the systems in place beforehand were extremely poor. Because I had a few queries about the delivery of the product, I firstly tried calling several times and although each time, I was informed repeatedly that I was 'number one' in the queue, no-one picked up the call. This happened several times. I then resorted to the website and ordered my product at about 3pm on a Thursday. At the point of sale, the shopping cart declares 'free next day delivery!' (I knew that this was if you ordered before noon and so I accepted that I wouldn't receive the product by Friday but still this encouraged me to continue with my purchase as on other sites such as Amazon, next day delivery includes Saturdays. However, If you were to navigate away from the shopping cart at this point to the website, which I didn't do, you would discover that 'next day delivery' only means 'working day delivery'. If I had been able to speak to a customer services advisor at this point, I would NOT have proceeded with the purchase. I proceeded to check out and ordered the item and then tried to call again, again no reply. I emailed the customer services team and asked about when the product would be dispatched. I offered to pay extra for delivery on a saturday. When I discovered that this was not possible either, I emailed again and asked to cancel my order. There is no facility to do this either. I received another email to say that the item had already been dispatched even though it was early Friday morning and I wouldn't receive the product until Monday. I eventually spoke several times on Friday to a polite customer services representative - who although polite, seemed very young and inexperienced and I asked several times for him to escalate this upwards in order for me to speak to someone with the authority to be able to help. By this time, I was faced with an impossible scenario - a) unable to cancel the order and go elsewhere b) unable to pay extra for saturday delivery c) unable to receive the product in time for an event where I needed the product. All of this occurred due to lack of staff to answer calls and lack of flexibility to accept extra payment for a Saturday delivery. There was absolutely no way to reverse this purchase once it had been accepted, even though as a person who believes in a 'win win' philosophy, I tried everything I could to receive the product on time by making valuable suggestions about ways to achieve this. I was faced with an incomprehensibly inflexible system and a young person who just kept saying, 'We're very sorry but there is nothing we can do'. I will NOT be using your company again and unfortunately for you, have to inform you that you have failed to compare with other companies such as Amazon, where I will be shopping in future, even though I originally came to as you were a local company to me. As a newly qualified massage therapist, it was my intention to spend hundreds of £s on equipment and I will do so with another company now.
Bought a 12 foot trampoline, although I had to wait longer than hoped for delivery, the courier service was impeccable. The trampoline was up an ready within half an hour. Great product, great company would definitely recommend. Plus went through topcashback and earned money back! Result all round.
a good product so far - delivered within 1 week of purchase/order (not as quick as expected considering the promise of 24 hour dispatch) but still very reasonable.
Proof of product will be in the continual use and enjoyment by many kids and adults.
Pop up tent does exactly as described, out the bag and up! The only criticism of this product is the instructions to take it down are not clear enough and we ended up having to go on you tube to watch a demonstration, despite this the product is good.
Took two week to arrive but once it did there were no issues. All bits present and everything in perfect working order.
Delivery driver was super helpful and did not require my help irrespective of the size of the item and so I would think twice about agreeing to pay for the additional transportation assistance - maybe it's an odds game.
The vibration plate we ordered was a great price, good quality and the delivery was extremely quick. I can't fault them, I even phoned a couple of times regarding the delivery and the gentleman on the phone was really helpful.
I bought a massage table from Sport and Leisure UK found the perfect bed on their website at a fabulous price. Next day free delivery meant I had it set up and in use the following afternoon. Couldn't ask for more, excellent quality didn't go for the cheapest option but the price meant I could afford a real quality table much cheaper than everything on other websites. I guarantee if you do your homework you'll end up coming back to Sport and Leisure for your purchase..
I had several questions about a product which were answered by email and the customer services team also offered to call me to discuss the product further if I wished to. They called within 24 hours and were very helpful.
Delivery was next day (I ordered on Sunday so it got here Tuesday) and the delivery man put the product inside the house for me when I asked him.
The Tahiti Reef was a bit heavier than expected but is manageable.
I was given a 8ft trampoline for my grandchildren to use when visiting but it came without a safety enclosure, I started trawling the web for one and almost gave up as the enclosures were nearly as much as buying the whole lot (trampoline etc.) then I found this company could not believe how cheap it was, more than half the price of all the others I'd found so although a little sceptical I ordered it on the Sunday it arrived the following Tuesday, absolutely perfect.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.
Ordered a cycling machine, a few days later I receive an email to confirm delivery will be on Friday 13th Aug. During the few days a family friend has died. When i see the delivery date I email them 3 minutes after getting their email to ask for an alternative date, the response is it will arrive on Friday the driver will call you one hour before, perhaps a misunderstanding as i have just told them i wont be in. so same email same response, after the third time its sort of lost the faulty towers humor. So i call them to explain, first response the driver has it, interesting wonder where he stores all his delivery's. I then explain that I wont be in and I cant ask for it to go to my neighbors as they are in their 70's. Call center agent responds don't worry he will try to deliver and if it fails it will come back to us and you will have to pay for the delivery. What!!!!! just don't put it on the Van! Anyway he then advises me he will need to check with someone (??) and after a few minutes the line goes dead.
So I leave it a bit and try again, same thing can your neighbors sign for it then driver has it so we will need to deliver it. But when we get it back (probably will in their warehouse at the moment) you can £40 to get it.
The agent then let me know that there T&Cs advise that you must advise of any date that you cant collect, if only i had know a friend was dying.
this is one of the few sites I would highly recommend checking the T&C before buying. Would i buy again form them probably not, you buy from Amazon and its next day and they are flexible with delivery, this reminds me of when you shopped online 10 years ago.
Looking forward to getting the machine, guess i have to wait until they come to my house then drive back and then come back and delivery it.
