Great site, fast free delivery.
After being sent the wrong product by another online retailer I decided to look elsewhere and came across Sport and Speed online. I was slightly wary as I hadn't heard of or used them before, but the site was easy to use and my products arrived (with free delivery) within 2 days of placing the order. I would definitely use Sport and Speed again next time I'm looking for road cycling kit. Thanks!

Great site, great shades
Not sure which model of Rudys would best suit my requirements so called and spoke to Gila, she was really helpful and knew all about the differant models. Gila directed me to the Genetyk as best suited for me. The sunglasses arrived and have been used, they are superb. I would highly reccommend Rudy Project glasses and Sport and Speed to anyone. Extremely Efficient
I saw that this firm was one of the ones listed on the internet selling the product that i wanted (a Rudy Project cycling helmet) at a very good price. I deceide to ask a few questions so i rang them the following day and then placed an order. That was Thursday and the helmet arrived on the Saturday. Prertty impressive!

Great customer service
Excellent service ordered the Rudy Project cycling helmet and it arrived within 48 hours - thats what I call customer service. The helmet is a very cormfortable fit and very easy to adjust even whilst out on the bike. I like the additional padding underneath the chin strap that is a very good feature as is the built in insect protective net . Finally the cost was the best I could find on the net, better than all the big cycling kit suppliers.

Great service and product
Rudy Sterling cycle helmet was delivered promptly,well packaged and with instruction manual and alternative/extra padding,including bug mesh. So far this helmet (small/medium 54cm - 58cm) fits me perfectly and looks to be of good quality.I am pleased overall with the product and the service from sportandspeed.co.uk Thank you.

True customer service isnt necessarily getting the goods perfect from the off, it's also when there's a problem, the firm make sure that either the goods are replaced or you get a refund( and in the quickest possible turn-around time with no quibbling). Sport & Speed were offering a cycle helmet I fancied & also the best deal. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that part of the decals were pealing away. A quick telephone call saw both my return postage refunded and a replacement item sent onto me. I returned it on a Thursday & received the replacement item on the Monday -excellent service in my book. Would definately use them again.

A quick hassle free purchase
2 working days for delivery. The packaging was good so the item arrived in good condition. What more could I ask for. My only small critique would be no free return postage. This would be the deciding factor if I was to buy from this seller or not.

Quality Goods Equalled By Quality Service & Competitive Price
I'd bought an expensive pair of cycling sunglasses last summer and lost them on a recent ride. Gutted having to pay out on another pair so I shopped around for the best deal as I didn't want to get an inferior pair and regret it. Sport & Speed offered the best price, website indicated goods were in stock so I placed an order and they were delivered within a couple of days. I usually buy all my cycling related gear from cycling specific shops but not this time. Although these shops had the glasses I wanted the price was not as good as Sport & Speed.
