Very quick customer service as I wanted to find a product that wasn't on there and Katherine (help adviser) and the team quickly found the product I wanted. She was a great customer service representative and I recommend anyone to this website in general, due to its pricing and shipping!
Bought a pair of running shoes the same as my current pair for about two thirds the price and some nutrition for about half price. You have to wait till the sale ends so no good if you are in a hurry. Once I got the email saying the order had shipped I expected it to be about three days before it arrived but it was waiting for me when I got home the same day.
Awesome first experience and will definitely use again. Worth saying Sportpursuit were recommended to me by three other happy customers I met on holiday so clearly not a fluke.
I shop a fair amount on the web and their offers are genuinely good, some better than others if you do look around, but the things (or my friends) have chosen to buy have all been a great price. I've had to speak a couple of times with the online support chat and always found them to be excellent at resolving matters and helping out. I will definitely use them again and continue to recommend them.
I've been using sport pursuit for over a year and they have been very reliable. The goods arrive generally when they say they will but there is a timelag of a few weeks but the EDD on the website are accurate.
No problems with any products but needed to change sizes and returns refunds were quick.
Live chat was very helpful to cancel (straight of way) a duplicate order made by me in error.

Sportpursuit prices are very very competitive but sometimes this can be to the expense of good service, not the case at sportpursuit not only was the price the best I found but they were great communicators always keeping me informed of status of order. Don't expect your goods to be delivered the next day there pricing is competitive due to the way they order there goods themselves. If you plan and can be patient to wait 2 to 4 weeks for order then these are the people to shop with. If you want it tomorrow be prepared to pay 50% more and order it somewhere else. In short buy here with confidence and get a great price with great service which I think your agree is rare these days. Try sports pursuit you will no longer be in pursuit of happiness you would of found it.
I loved my new jacket that I got for a bargain price then the zip broke. Contacted the SP team and after some clarification they sorted the issue in 48 hours - sorted. Discounted prices does not mean compromised customer service.
Very good company to deal with - friendly and efficient, lots of new sales to keep you interested. Purchases arrived promptly and Returns was a pain free process.
My only gripe is, that if you want to exchange something for a different size, chances are that you won't be able to, as it appears no extra stock is carried, only that which is ordered ......... so perhaps best to order two in different sizes to be on the safe side!
I've purchased from Sportpursuit a number of times now. Each time it has been a joy to buy from them. They have loads of good quality sporting goods ranging from running and cycling apparel to bike equipment, hiking jackets etc.. They stock good quality brands and the products available are constantly changing week to week. Some of the products they have are perhaps from last season or out of date stock, but that's not a bad thing, cause they then cost a lot less ;-)
My recent purchase was for a GoPro 2 camera, which arrived about 2-3 weeks after making the order, but your are told this up front. Sportpursuit kind of does baulk ordering, which again keeps the cost down. The service is great and I've never had any problems with postage, I'm sure if I did, they would be quick to rectify it.

First of all: if you are looking for good brands cheaply and are not in a rush to get your purchases - go ahead and buy from SP. However I normally shop for stuff that I need now and hence the delivery times on this site are just not acceptable for me. Ordered a running top and a couple of training t-shirts on the 4th of April and the delivery is scheduled for the 7th of MAY! I can understand 1-2 weeks, but this is completely OTT. There are other sites that offer quality sports kit cheaply and with quick delivery (sportsshoes is one of them) and SportPursuit just cannot compete with them.
I have found Sportpursuit to be an excellent site that offers a great range of high quality brands. When I have had cause to contact customer service their response has been both courteous and efficient. A great sports site
I signed up in January and started to see the first few offers come through - I couldnt believe how many top quality sports products were available on the timed offers. I've been a regular purchaser for both cycling and running. All products/sizing are clearly described and matched my expectations.
The customer service has been fantastic when an item had an early fault -the replacement was quicker than I could have hoped and the friendly support team couldnt have been better
I have bought several items from sport pursuit and each and everyone of them has been far cheaper than anywhere else. I am currently a student with a tight budget but thanks to sport pursuit I am able to get a lot better gear for my money. Their customer service is second to none and they are happy to help with any issues or queries. I am very pleased so far and I hope they continue to bring great brands at great prices.
I have been endlessly impressed with SportPursuit - they sell things that I actually want at very decent prices, and in all communication I have had with them they've been very helpful. That, and the reward scheme, means that I have signed up most of my friends too!
Ordered some gear on the 30 Jan, Delivery date was quoted as 14 Feb, Got a email on the 12th feb saying my order was being shipped, on the 18th i contacted them saying it had not arrived, apparently the order came back to the depot as it was unable to be delivered, my father is the local postman so delivery is not the issue, got an other email saying it was reshipped on the 23 feb. Still no package, i've sent an email requesting for somebody to call me back, still no reply either by email or call, My friend who ordered the same gear is in the exact same position as me, he has now been told he has to wait until the 10 march before package is declared missing, were going skiing on the 9th march. wheres the order and why won't anyone call me back ??
Great service, easy to use website, Great price (2 x Spyder beanies at less than half price). Delivered 4 days earlier than quoted delivery date, item depatched email sent to help keep track. Excellent service all round. Will definitely use again and recommend.
Sports pursuit is a good website, if you are not in a rush. They have an array of items for sale, with top brands at low prices.
The only gripe is that sometimes if you purchase at the start of the sale you may have to wait a good few weeks to receive your purchase.
Have ordered multiple times from Sports Pursuit. Only had one hiccup, which was due to a fault developing with one product. The customer services department sorted out a replacement which was delivered within days. Very pain free, very speedy, very nice! I'll be back.
Considering that all correspondence is conducted via e-mail the level of customer service provided is outstanding, quick responses and a simple help-desk function. There was a slight issue with being sent the wrong product but I would not hesitate to suggest this company to other sports enthusiasts.
Okay you have to wait a while to be sent your product but when you’re getting top brand specialist products I can't see why anyone would complain.
After logging my question about broken lace loops on my Inov8 Roclite 315 trail shoes, Katherine quickly contacted me asking for photographs of the damage. Once she received this, she contacted INOV8 and, in super fast time, arranged that a replacement pair be sent to me.

I was sceptical about this company after seeing an ad on facebook for heavily discounted vibram five fingers. After reading some reviews, "I took the plunge" and boy am I glad I did.
Their site quotes 4-5 weeks for delivery, as they wait until the deal expires, and place a bulk order with Vibram to get the cheap price. Fair enough.
The very next morning, I had an e-mail confirming my order had been shipped, and my shoes arrived that lunchtime - brand new, genuine vibrams!
I was so pleased I wrote Sport Pursuit an e-mail, and was pleased when I received a very cheery and prompt response for their customer service team.
Please don't expect to get the same super fast delivery I did - I must have just "timed it lucky", but I assure you they are a genuine company, offering genuine products.

This is the second time I've ordered from this site as they have some amazing deals, and, as long as you don't want everything "next day" it's a great place to get the things you really want.
The customer service has been second to none, informing me of a supplier issue, and managing to get it rectified in a day. I couldn't ask for better service and, as a result, will use the site again and again!
It may be bargain prices, but it's top quality for customer experience.
I just wanted to say how great their customer service has been over the occasions I have purchased items from their website. In the last instance, I purchased the wrong item accidently and got in contact to see if I could get the order ammended. Their response was really fast, and the correspondance was extremely helpful. Staff went out of their way to contact the supplier after the sale had ended to see if my purchase could be changed which it now has. I'm very much looking forward to the arrival of my new slackline!
It's safe to say I'll be buying things from their website again as I know the prices and the company are consistantly great :)
The first time I ordered from Sport Pursuit I returned part of the order. It was a long time before the refunded my money and it took several emails to get the refund. After this experience I decided never to order from them again. However, stupidly, on 6th December I paid for another order, thinking that maybe I had just been unlucky last time. My order took three weeks to come and when it arrived I found that I needed to return it as everything was too big. Sport Pursuit received the goods back over a week ago and still I have not been refunded the £115 I am owed. I have now opened a case with Paypal which did prompt Sport Pursuit to send me an email saying that they have refunded my money. On checking my account I find that they have still not made a refund. I have now had to escalate the case on Paypal and hopefully they will sort it out. The customer service is appalling and is presumably the reason they don't give out a phone number so they can avoid having to handle complaints. The explanation below that communicating via email is more personal sound a little strange to me.

After 10 emails ( please see the history ) I Tired to amend an order when the sale still had 2 days to go. I had one email in the 2 days saying I need to cancel all my order & start a new order!! By that time my sizes had been sold so I couldn't when I explained this I was told 3 days later nothing we can do. Now many emails on top trying to return the item I originally wanted to change but nothing. This wasted my time trying to resolve this issue which still inst resolved.
The worst part is I sent a one email 3 times from the 15th December & received a response on the 2nd!! This is not uncommon to have to send the same email 3 times before you receive a response. Beware

This is unacceptable customer service.
I was told about www.sportspursuit.com by my local walking club and have placed a good few orders saving £100's from the retail price. I'm a VERY happy customer, and would like to keep them a secret since the more people that know about them, the less chance I'll have at snapping up bargains! Having said that, when service and value is this good, it has to be shouted from the rooftops!
The way that they work is that your saving is at the expense of slow delivery, since they order from overseas, so don't buy if you need it urgently, but if you can wait a few weeks then the savings are amazing!
Out of about 5 transactions, I've had two issues where I had minor delivery problems. One no-show, and the other case when they sent too much!
In the case of the 'no-show', the email response was within minutes and the package arrived on the next post! In the second case, I was allowed to keep the extra product free of charge.
These prices seem to good to be true but the value offered and the ethics of the company make them a pleasure to use!
I recommend sportspursuit without hesitation!
I've used Sportpursuit many times now. I originally only wanted to buy some Vivobarefoot shoes via this website but the other great sales drew me in to buy more.
Never had any problems with them, they have always been quick to reply and my deliveries have always been on time.
I will continue to use this company and would recommend to all (but be sure to read up how it works/delivery times)
Order received on time but I need to return 1 item, iaw T & C, within 7 days. I have now sent 2 emails requesting the return address as it did not come with the order or the order returns slip that I printed or on the T & C on the website. There seems to be no other way of contacting SP other than through email. I cannot find an address or phone number. If no one contacts me today then I shall simply have to return goods via the 'if undelivered' address on the postage label. If any one else has this problem the 'if undelivered' address on the label is SportPursuit Returns, 1 Apollo Rise, Southwood, Farnborough GU14 0GT. I have ordered several time from SP and have been really pleased with the service but why, oh why, is there such secrecy about contact details. Beginning to think there is something not quite right about their set-up.

Off skiing for a month in early December and in need of new stash. I ordered a new ski jacket 1 month before I left knowing the estimated delivery date was just after I had left. Followed the easy to read tracking system on the website, sent a cheeky email to find out how it was doing and the likely hood of early arrival. Kate from sportspursuit emailed back very quickly and she kindly got back to me when she knew more. When the stock got to them she let me know straight away and fed ex'd the package as soon as she could. Arrived exactly when she said it would, in loads of time before leaving. Really kind! Fantastic customer service! I am very happy! They are clear with communication and information to there customers. Great website!
Having ordered products from 2 different sales in a single order (Dakine & Under Armour) I received a message through the help centre (with no email communication or notification other than logging in and checking the appropriate page) 6 weeks after the order and after the predicted delivery date saying the Dakine item was unavailable due to a mistake by the supplier, they would offer a refund and despatch the other items. I replied to this 4 days later when I discovered the message.
4 days after this I was refunded for the Dakine item. I was then informed that the Under Armour items were unavailable, I was told that again the supplier let Sport Pursuit down, seems an incredible coincidence. I suspect that the remainder of the order was in fact never processed which has led to the unavailability of these items.
A sever lack of honesty, no products delivered and ABSOLUTELY no idea on communicating with customers seems to sum up Sport Pursuit to a tee! I would recommend only using if you don't necessarily need the items you order.
I have ordered other stuff before and orders have been fulfilled satisfactorily. Unfortunately my last order did not go smoothly so I have had to seek to contact them to resolve matters. The problem began nearly 2 months ago when I was told my order had been shipped only to receive someone else's goods a few days later, not mine. A search online found a telephone number and I called to be told that presumably someone else had been sent my order too but not too worry, they would arrange to collect both orders, switch them then send out again to the correct addresses.
That was well over a month ago and since then I have had no contact at all from SportPursuit with an update on the situation. That would be bad enough but I now note that there is no phone number anywhere on the website to call and resolve these matters easily and promptly any more, only a web form to submit for help. I did this a week ago and still have heard nothing. The absence of a phone number always makes me believe that a supplier wants to avoid contact with customers at their convenience so they can deal with them at their own convenience, if at all, which would be bad enough even were they to resolve the issue on receipt of the web form. To have had only an automated response a week later is totally unsatisfactory.
This experience leads me to question the wisdom of ever ordering anything again because it is clear that, if something does go wrong, and mistakes do happen, then you are left in limbo for weeks or even months.
I currently have no idea when or even if I will ever see my goods!
Although they get back to you fairly quick through their Facebook page they will never give you concise or clear-cut advice. It seems like they are trying to constantly hide something from you (they didn't mention the fact they had supply issues with my order and never sent it out on time). It took over a month for my order to arrive (they said 3 weeks). My friend got his same order 3 days before mine, which I see as extremely silly.
I really didn't want to give the company a bad rating as they were very polite and I know they mean well but their foggy relationship with customers has forced my hand.
I will probably never use SP again unless they have another fantastic deal like this one, I would recommend them if you can put up with the long delivery times.
