Good only until you are lucky and then no response from customer service is what happens.
Feels like I was wrong in shopping worth hundreds of pounds from sports direct. Recently I purchased worth 27.33 £ and it got lost in post. The courier company however shows that I received and signed for the parcel (Which I didn't).
I complained to their customer service and wrote numerous emails but to no help. I got a reply once which said they were checking with the courier but since it has been more than a month and no reply. I guess I am fighting for a lost cause.
I needed the stuff for a urgent visit abroad and well, what I can I say more.
Will never ever shop there or suggest any friends to do so. I am lucky that my previous orders worth more than 100 £ reached safely otherwise I would be damned.
Shop at your own risk and If you think you are lucky enough to never need customer service.
