Purchased some shoes from them to pick up the same day. When I arrived I was told the shoes were not actually in stock and they would issue a refund immediately. Still waiting two weeks later. Contact is slow and pointless. The phone number doesn't actually put you through to anyone just an automated service. Will not be using again.

Ordered new badminton shoes and shuttlecocks on the Saturday and received them on the Tuesday morning. Brilliant service and I paid a good price for the shoes too in comparison to other sellers. Would definitely use them again.
Ordered a stick and arrived in Australia in no time at all, so impressed ordered some shoes as well.
Placed an order for 2 pairs of hockey socks (for my son) payment (which included for 1st class post service) was taken for the 2 pairs.
I received 1 pair after 2 days. NO explanation as to where the 2nd pair was.
Telephoned the 'enquiry' number three times & got nowhere.
Sent an 'on line chat' question - no reply !
Sent a second 'on line chat' asking if anyone actually worked there.
Finally got a response, they tried to say I 'should' have had an email to explain about the socks being out of stock & 2nd pair would follow when new stock arrived.
It is quite obvious that I would not have been trying to contact Sports Online, if I had been notified in the first place the socks were out of stock !!
I am still awaiting the 2nd pair of socks.
Found the web site by chance ordered my sons cricket outfits but found the shirts and jumpers too big . Sent the order back and was refunded almost immediately and the new order was delivered within days .Excellent company
I had tried to get a new hockey skort for my daughter on 2 other websites, but both were out of stock and on back order. Cricket-hockey.com had the skort in stock. I was uncertain of the size required (my daughter needed 28" waist). I used the "contact us" section to ask what size was needed (small, medium etc). Within an hour I had an e-mail response. I ordered the skort that day and it was delivered two days later.
Extremely pleased - this will be the first port of call in future!
Despite a phone call and an email sent to Sports Online, I have still not received my refund which is totally unacceptable. They assured me 10 days ago that they would shortly process the refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This was the first time I have used your website and found the navigation round it very easy. Price of products ordered were very reasonable. Service and delivery very good.
Unfortunately Fusion bat split after 4 training sessions. Club captain spoke with staff who were very helpful. Bat being returned with postage being re-imbursed. Await return.
The coat is not bad, but the writing on the back is totally out of kilter with the product .I expected a plain umpires coat ,which from the
photograph it seemed, but looking at the back I found" funky" written
in bold blue lettering just bellow the collar,this seemed to be a little silly,I have had to try to blank this out.
Purchased a peradon pool cue,arrived promptly,well packaged and in perfect condition just what I was hoping for and was far cheaper than anywhere else!
1. After ordering the Peradon Snooker Cue 3/4 Leather Zip case, I was told by "Tom" that it was not in stock (even now the website still says it IS in stock) and I have to have an older version that isn't made any more.
The case is not sold any more anywhere, and is not worth the price I paid.
No one has responded to my complaint. It's been over a week.
2. The company has several websites with different names and domain names. But they are all actually just one company. This is misleading to customers, especially because they all claim to be "Cricket" or "Snooker" stores, when in fact it's just one warehouse operating under different websites.
3. Online Stock does not represent the actual stock.
4. The Peradon Cue I ordered is not the current model. I called Peradon to confirm this.
Very quick dispatch of order in 1st instance. Just had to wait for Royal Mail to deliver!! A few minor dents but communication was excellent to resolve problem and offered a couple of solutions.
Overall a very good experience and would recommend anyone to use SportsOnline.
I will revisit when necessary.
Im patient in many ways, Ordered a Piri Piri bat for my nephew got the order wrong so cancelled it straight away, twice to make sure, 13 days later still no refund how long have you got to wait. a few days later ordered the right bat after a further discussion with the nephew. postage was 2-5 days. 8 days later still no bat, sorry its not good enough Disgruntled customer

Ordered the latest must have cricket bat for my son. It was received very quickly in excellent order and they offered a competitive price.
My son is very pleased as he has joined the "Cricket in Crowd" at school and constantly tells me the advantages of owning this bat.
Happy purchasers and would definitly use again.
