I had been severely let down by another company who claimed my goods were out of stock. One click to Sports online and my purchase was sorted and arrived the next day. I would definately recommend this company to my friends.

Fab Masuri Titanium Cricket Helmet, but was dirty and stained

I purchased a Masuri Titanium Cricket Helmet for my friend’s birthday, he loved the helmet, but the Masuri Titanium Cricket Helmet was dirty. Event thought the Masuri Titanium Cricket Helmet was in new unopened packing, the helmet was stained, there was dirt marks on the helmet, it looked like it could have been a display model instead of being new, I paid £90 for the Masuri Titanium Cricket Helmet and I wasn't impressed by the condition. I also purchased a Gray Nicholls Fiber glass sheet which I love that was really good value. The shipping was free and really fast. Overall I was really happy with the fast shipping on my goods, but unhappy with the Masuri Titanium Cricket Helmet which was a present for my friend has dirt marks on.

very good!

slendid service, standard 2nd class delivery arrived 3 days later, perfect condition well packaged. one fault ordered an extension with a snooker cue, when the extension is attatched there is a rather large step between the cue and extension at the joint, not a big deal really as the extension wont get used much. overall very pleased :D.

How can i rate when goods still not here!!!!!!!

Despite ordering and paying for next day delivery on 23/02/2012, my goods have still not arrived. After spending ages trying to speak to a human gave up and had to do "live chat" where told that because of size they could not tell me when i would get item. Still no email (02/03/12) saying they have despatched.

Ordered hockey stick - arrived well within promised time. Price was equal to best I could find elsewhere, description was detailed and accurate. Would use them again

Great All Round Performance

I chose Sports Online because their web site described my purchase (a cricket bat) in more detail than any other of the sites I visited. The price was competative so I ordered it late on Sunday night and the bat arrived on Tuesday. Very pleased.

Excellent service, fast and efficient.

The OBO hockey equipment arrived as described a few days after ordering. Because of the advice given over the telephone it was a seamless operation that made my Grandaughter a very happy goalie!

Great service & comms, but disapointing product

I bought a Peradon brass bridge extension, but when I received it the two parts it is made from (an inverted 'U' for the stand, and the bridge piece to shich the 'U' is attached) were not screwed together properly. This was not a great issue as anyone can tighten a screw. However the main gripe is that the 'U' was misshapen (I would say a manufacturing fault rather than caused by poor storage or handling in transit) so that the bridge does not sit horizontally. Basically I expected a reasonable brass product, and I received what feels to me like a cheap import from China.
