Excellent serivce
After placing the order I was contacted by phone due to an apparent mismatch between my card and billing address, but it was resolved and my tent was delivered the next day. Good service and good prices. Would use again.

Wrong order no apology!
I ordered a carpet for my new Montana 6 (mocca) and received one for the new montana 6p (green). My son took the parcel and I only noticed it was wrong when I got home. Phoned to say that the wrong one had been delivered and after receiving no apology or asking if any inconvenience had been caused (we were due to go away that weekend) I was informed a new one would be dispatched. As it was a Friday the right one was delivered on the Monday. The only good thing was that the correct one was delivered as soon as they could.

Excellent!
We were looking for a 2012 sage green outwell windbreak and finally found one on this website. At first we were abit dubious to make the perchase as everywhere else had sold out. When we bought it it gave us lots of delivery options which made it perfect for making sure someone was at home and then it came on time (the one it told us) and have us lots of chances to change the date before it was delivered. The product was fine and the service was excellent! Recomended to anyone!

Received free next day delivery on my item. The price with Springfield camping was the cheapest price I'd found on the web. Item arrived with warning of a 1 hour timeslot for delivery. Great, thank you!

Excellent service
The tent I ordered arrived promptly, within the time frame and delivery slot promised and was well packaged. Incidentally, the tent itself (Vango, Spectre 300) had it's first outing this weekend and I can highly recommend it too - a great, lightweight, compact, well designed tent.

Really happy with items but only bought gloves - £5.99 postage expensive and signed for delivery seemed unnecessary as item could be posted. Otherwise v happy and would use again/ recommend.

Great product, price and and the fastest most efficient delivery of any company, ever.
I have never had this kind of service ever from any company. Brasher walking boots worked out £10 cheaper than all other Internet retailers even after paying the delivery charge. The delivery was faultless and I didn't even need to track my order as they sent text messages updating me. Item delivered on time. They stated between 11 and 12 midday and it arrived at 11.45. In addition to this it was bank holiday and this did not delay my delivery. Exceptional service. 'Springfield Camping the place where customers really do count'. Thank you.

I ordered over the Easter weekend, I first asked for a comparison price check as I had seen the same jacket at Ellis Bingham & North Face for £131.99. Several hours later i revisited the site & realised they only had 1 left so I purchased it thinking they would still do the price check, but i didn't receive any response. They then text & emailed me with delivery on Tuesday. i waited in all day, & then got a second message saying it would be delivered Wednesday morning at 9pm and it was.
I am very pleased with the jacket & it seems a very good,quick service & maybe the problems were caused by the Easter weekend

Was quick and efficient with the price match confirmation request on Thursday 28th march
Called and ordered over the phone quoting the price match email order confirmation received by email and a text to confirm delivery by courier Tuesday 2 April and text to advise delivery slot received goods received when expected.

I find Springfield to offer a great service with a wife range of products at a price that is reasonable and often not beaten and would recommend them to anybody looking for Camping equipment which will be delivered on time as promised.

The customer service I received was excellent,I was kept well informed about my order and when I entered some details wrong the staff ember who called me was very helpful, I also ordered a tent that turned out to be out of stock so I was given a more expensive tent at no extra cost, very happy! I will use Springfield camping again.

Rang for advice on sleeping bag for Nepal trek and chap i spoke to was very helpul and offered sensible advice, bought on their recomendation and bag was overnighted to me. Delighted with end result - Vango Ultralite 600 - at a very good price too.
