Wrong order no apology!

I ordered a carpet for my new Montana 6 (mocca) and received one for the new montana 6p (green). My son took the parcel and I only noticed it was wrong when I got home. Phoned to say that the wrong one had been delivered and after receiving no apology or asking if any inconvenience had been caused (we were due to go away that weekend) I was informed a new one would be dispatched. As it was a Friday the right one was delivered on the Monday. The only good thing was that the correct one was delivered as soon as they could.
