Brand new vango airbeam tent purchased which failed within 12 hours of it's first outing. I requested a refund but was told that I could not have one and that it had to be repaired. Went back to vango for inspection but came back without any explanation as to what repair had been carried out. Not followed up by Springfield camping. Repaired tent leaked on second outing, not impressed!
