Brilliant customer service... proving honesty pays
I ordered a £300 tent from Springfield Camping and was surprised to open the parcel and discover I had been sent two £300 tents by mistake. I rang the shop straight away and, after thanking me for my honesty in alerting them to their mistake, they offered to send me a free tent footprint (worth £50) in exchange for the extra tent. I doubt many of the bigger companies would be so quick to reward the customer in those circumstances. I would definitely use Springfield again - competitive price, speedy and reliable delivery, and brilliant customer service. Stuart Martel, York
