good and fast service
I ordered the Vango banshee 200 after reading a lot of reviews about 1 person tents.
I went for quality but also for a reasonable price. Unpacking the tent...all there.
When the tent arrived it was a rainy day and I set up my tent immediatly in my garden, pouring rain the whole afternoon and when I came home the tent was super dry....good.
I decided to sleep that same night to see for possible flaws. I live in a very moist area and in the morning there was some condensation under the main fly but nothing dripped down on the inner which is normal. Sleepingbag was dry.
I slept like a baby, enough space even for my backpack. Tonight , they say the temperatures are gona drop seriously , so... here we go again...no surprises for me when taking my banshee into the wild.
So far very happy, thanks Springfield for the correct service.

Good range of quality camping equipment at very competitive prices
We have recently taken up camping and so have embarked upon the purchase of the essential camping needs. We purchased A Vango Airbed system tent from a local retailer. We then wanted additional accessories to compliment the tent but the local retailer did not stock the items we wanted. I then sought further shopping online when I became aware of of Springfield Camping. Despite being based several hundred miles away up north of the country we contacted Springfield though their website and found that all the additional equipment was not only readily available but was also supplied at very competitive prices. The equipment arrived without a delivery charge the next working day. We are very satisfied with the Springfield service and would highly recommend them to all other campers.

Great price and service second to none!
Really pleased to find it at such a good price. Paying was easy and item arrived when promised. I was also kept up to date as to when it had been dispached and told of delivery just 20 min after delivey. Really impressed! Will definately be using this company again!

Great prices, good service, fast delivery, very helpful staff
Was looking for some ski wear and didn't want to pay too much money. Fortunately for me, these guys had the ski wear from the previous season. Like I really care that I'm getting ski trousers from the 2012 season instead of the 2013 season!!! Even though I was going for the much cheaper version, the staff were super helpful, very kind in ordering the right color for me, and then mailing it over asap. Overall, great service. Will definitely use these guys again.

Just good service; What more could you ask......
As a regular internet shopper, you pretty soon come to expect good service; You know and bookmark those companies who A. Deliver the stuff you ordered almost before you click the 'confirm order' button, and B. Avoid the companies who don't, and who certainly don't communicate if there is a problem; or let you purchase on the basis of their on-screen stock levels, and then let you know that they don't actually have the item you've just paid for.......
Happily, Springfield Camping is on my A list.

Super Service - Great Tent
I can not fault the service, the price was great and the tracked delivery was fantastic it arrived in a time slot without a hitch. The tent itself is great, however we need to have it up in bad weather to give it a good test.

Great service at discounted prices
The service provided is definitely sincere with every care taken of each of the customers. I bought an Icebreaker garment and it reached my location within a day. I also faced a problem in tracking my garment, but soon I was called up from the company to rectify the matter.

FOR OUTDOOR CLOTHING SPRINGFIELD CAMPING SPRINGS TO MIND.
Ordered a Berghaus Derwent 3 in 1 Jacket, asked a question about guarantee and was answered back immediately, told them when i would like jacket delivered with the dates i was given. I was then sent an email from Springfield Camping giving me the time jacket would be delivered e.g. 8.45-9.45am knock on door 8.49 all within 2 days of ordering .Ordered on the 10th deliverd on 12th. Hows that for service. Big thank you to Springfield Camping.
