easy to use web site fast response and great product

Excellent service and support. Software a little flaky
I ordered a camera, receiver and dongle to run it on a Mac and was highly impressed by the minute to minute information which was coming from the delivery people. Setting it up proved tricky and until I was sent a link to some more software it just would not work. A secondary programme bundled with it called Video Impression also does not work so there seems little point in including it.
Very friendly support over the phone. Hacked off to find prices had dropped substantially the day after I placed the order.

the one and only
i have found that they are the best i have had up to now,
at first the night vision was like looking through a fog, some how a bit of moister
had got inside, i did as you advised and unscrewed the lens and wiped it with a duster,
it is still a bit blurred at the moment, but a lot better than it was, the day vision is spot on,

The equipment sold does what it says it does, what more could you ask for?
This company is quick to help when there is a problem. I would add that there has never been a problem with the two different pices of equipment I have purchased rather it was my lack of any technical knowledge, which was hardly the fault of the company! The help I received over the phone soon cleared that up. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again and would recommend Spycamera to anyone.

Without doubt Spy CameraCCTV is a world class company
I have no hestitation in recommending this company. Before I placed my order, I should have talked to the technical team reference my order needs. Failing to do this resulted in getting the wrong lens for my camera. I rang the Spy Camera CCTV and immediately they realised the problem and sent the correct lens within 1day. Fantastic service and support
I received excellent support and service in resolving a problem with my order. I had ordered a cable for my spy camera and choose the wrong part. I telephoned customer services and who provided me with the right part number and organised the reordering. They sent out instructions for sending back part and followed this with an email.
When the new package arrived over Easter they had even included a box of chocolate eggs. Very much enjoyed!!!! Thank you

Not quite as plain sailing as video suggests.
Would probably been easier to buy a new bird box already fitted with a cam but anyway, after getting electricity (we didn't want batteries to run out mid season) to the cam in the box via the loft and electricity in situ where we wanted the wireless unit in the lounge, setting up the rest of it was amazingly easy and worked first time.
A bit more written instruction would have been useful to overcome every eventuality but we were lucky that one of us is slightly technically minded.
I get the feeling that everybody selling high tech stuff whether a mobile phone, web cam or a lap top thinks that knowing in detail how it all works should be instinct to all. It is not.
All in all the bird cam was a good purchase. Just want some warm weather now so the birdies actually know what time of year it actually is.

Brilliant little camera
This camera is ideal for a bird box, its clear and perfect picture makes you want to encourage the birds to nest in it, but you can also watch the birds roost in the box, great gift.

Excellent Service
The power lead for our existing wireless CCTV camera was condemed when PAT tested. I tried lots of places and searched on the web for an 8volt power supply lead but could not get one. I was then given the 'go-ahead' to get a complete new system and when searching on the web I found the SpyCamera website. I soon became aware that they seemed to do an 8volt power lead. I spoke to their customer services to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and they assured me it was. It was delivered exactly on time, with e-mails from the courier company advising when it would be delivered, including the time slot, then after I received it I received another to say it had been delivered, even giving the name of the driver. A great service and it saved us a lot of money.

OK but. !!!
Service from the company could not have been better. Order arrived without installation c/d. Spy camera immediately sent another next day. Installation is a breeze but should point out my experience found it would not work with a USB with slow speed. Needs to be a usb 2 at least. Nevertheless connected it to large screen t/v with ease with supplied connections. My only issue with this product is that I have found it difficult ( could just be me) to
focus the camera when sited in bird box. Have tried with small bird size objects but still can't get a really sharp picture, but it is still just about ok. A great tip I got from customer service was this. I wrongly assumed the LED lights were not working as they did not seem to come on when put in a dark area. I was advised that they are not visible to the naked eye. If you have a mobile phone put it to camera mode facing the LEDs and you then see them shining on you phone. All in all a decent product that is super easy to install with excellent customer back up. I would definitely recommend both product and company for their excellent friendly service. Also to get technology like this for less than 70 uk pounds is a definite steal. Years ago this type of kit would have cost a fortune.

Outstandintg
Very fast delivery even though I live in the USA. Product is easy to use. If in USA, you will need to order a EU to USA pwr adapter. These are on E-bay for about $2.50. Very satisfied.

Wireless birdbox camera
Had a few problems setting up the camera tried the battery option but unable to get a satisfactory picture.. Ordered an extension lead for mains power to the camera this has improved the quality but I will have to move the wireless receiver nearer to the camera to get a suitable picture.overall a good bit of kit just requires a bit of patience to set up.
