I've used this supplier a few times. Have good special offers, delivery charge could be cheaper but I've never had an problems.

SS Healthfoods greatest company ever, superb unbeatable prices, next day delivery. I have been using then for over a year and they have never let me down. The courier might not deliver on time but that's not their fault as i get my automated tracking as soon as my order is accepted and dispatched. Thank you.

Facebook special offers
I added SS as a friend on Facebook a few weeks ago because all the boys down the gym buy from them. They were offering a special deal on MetRx advertised on FB. I bought some over the phone and it was delivered the next day.

Very satisfied!
I've orderen in here 4 times now. Their product are very well tasting and have nice effect! Got my products 4 days after ordering. Once they send a wrong product by mistake, but i sended a email and they exchanged without debate.
So 4/5 from here.

Shocking customer service!
You'll find their service to be fast and efficient, until there is a discrepancy with your order, or you feel they have made a mistake. The way I was spoken to in email correspondence by the people of this company was simply disgraceful. They have the worst attitude towards customer service I have ever experienced! Avoid!

knowledgeable & honest
I was looking to source a number of bearing barbells for trainees that wanted an affordable barbell for olympic movements. I received very honest and knowledgeable information from the seller. He even recommended getting a more expensive bar for somewhere else - one specially designed for olympic weightlifting- because their line of bars are more oriented towards the movements of powerlifting! Very good service.

Only one downside
The fact that delivery is always 5.99, or free if you spend 100 pounds, the 5.99 ruins any saving (sshealthfoods IS almost always cheaper than anywhere else, often decent savings) but many other supplements companies give free shipping on all orders, and no others ive used have had 5.99 as the cheapest option. If you are spending over 100 quid, unbeatable, smaller orders should be taken elsewhere

I have nothing to say except these guys are great!
All arrived as expected plus a bunch of free samples at the lowest prices I can find.

Very poor customer service
They may have cheap prices, but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are rude beyond belief and will not admit to mistakes they have clearly made. They got my order wrong, yet would not take any kind of responsibility for it.
The reviews below can not be trusted. SS Health foods sent an email to their customers asking them to leave positive feedback on here and upmystreet.com. This wouldn't be needed if they paid more attention to their customers. Avoid this company like the plague.

As good as it gets
Brilliant company - never had any problems in 3yrs of ordering from these guys. Nothing is too much trouble, delivery is fantastic and I love the special offers section on the website! Don't believe the bad feedback - if, as suspected the bad feedback is solicited by a rival company, it can only be sour grapes. It's difficult to see where SS could be bettered - they come highly recommended by myself and the vast, vast majority of other people who left reviews.

Great Customer Focus with Bargain Prices
Superb company, I have order numerous amount of times and have always received an A-CLASS service. Prices are always very competitive, especially with regular special offer deals. I would certainly recommend signing up to the news letter to keep up to date with new deals etc, it's saved me a fortune! Great list of products, fantastic services, I have no doubt in recommending SS HEALTH FOODS. thanks guys :o)

Excellent and professional service
I ordered an oylimpic bar and 80kg worth of plates. I received them 4 days later, I got free delivery with my purchase and the bar and weights are very good quality.
I have recommended sshealthfoods to a number of my friends and to any who are thinking of purchasing from this site.

THE ''BEST SUPPLEMENT STORE!!! PERIOD!!

Excellent on price and service
Bought a few bits over the years from sshealthfoods their offers are unbeatable and always deliver quickly, I have never needed to contact customer service so I can't comment on that but that speaks volumes in itself!

Cheap prices, fast delivery
I live in Germany and have placed a couple of orders with SS Healthfoods. The orders have been dispatched on the next working day and arrive in Germany 4 days later, which is the same delivery time as other UK companies. Their prices can't be beaten and I have never had any problems with my orders. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

No problems with this company in any way
No problems at all with this company, I ordered some spin locks for my weights, although they did not fit the bar thread, the product was of a very good quality, upon return the company gave me a full refund, and suggested another product for purpose, I found their Customer Services to be 100%, would deal with again for sure.

Terrible Customer Service
I tried and failed to order some protein bars from the site because the site crashed on the "verified by visa" authentication page and I was unable to complete the transaction. I telephoned the helpline and was told that I could only place the order to be sent to the billing address over the phone, or I could try again later on the website - which was not ideal for me but ok, fair enough. I then received an email which was suggesting I had done something wrong and a fair number of emails followed which were initially unhelpful and then became fairly rude. A snippet was when I commented that "..and there was I thinking that the customer was always right" to which he replied "Unfortunately you are wrong, again".
I would not recommend them :(

Worst customer service ever
I can not beleive that anyone deals with this company after the service I have seen from them. Rude, false and ill-informed including a blatant lie from one of the salespersons. I can only assume that the managers are not aware of the quality of their staff. AVOID at all costs.

SS Healthfoods you're simply the best!!
Over the years i have tried most of the supplement companies but after getting ripped off and waiting forever for delivery i have now settled with SS Healthfoods, they offer the greatest service and best prices, i am just so pleased i found them. There is a group of us who club together and make a trade order every two weeks so we are even saving more than the normal prices you see on their web site, i mean who can complain when you’re paying £29 for Optimum 5lb? Thanks ever so much SS ;)

Used these guys loads of times - never let me down
These guys are brilliant. Never had a problem and always had products delivered next working day - once ordered at 3pm and they still managed to get a delivery to me for the next day. Look out for their special offers - there's normally some bargains to be had. Good value with excellent delivery - what's not to recommend

Biggest helmet-filled company ever!
Literally the worst customer care skills in the history of the world. Do not use this company for anything, EVER.
Totally abusive, cheeky, sarcastic and offensive.
This company have obviously never heard of customer care and they dont deserve to be recognised as a supplement selling business.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
