A paints a thousand words

The artwork chosen was a birthday present and had to reflect the recipients taste and her memories, the piece chosen showed a view across the South Bank to St Paul's and the City. Even though cost was not a factor in deciding I was pleasantly pleased how affordable the items were. The staff who looked after the items for over 1 week were attentive and very professional and had no idea if I was a first time visitor or regular . I would recommend this gallery to anyone wanting to buy something a little different.

Australia bound

I saw a Stephen Wiltshire picture on his website and as was looking through his pictures I saw one that I liked. So I e-mailed them to see if the posted to Australia & when got the reply saying I had a cheque made out to them. All I did then was let them know it had been sent & they told when they had sent it & gave the order number so I could track its progress. When it arrived a few days later & opened the cylinder it came in I was liked it even more. I e-mailed to say I had it & how much I liked it. It was the sights of London using the alphabet from a-z for each painting.

The most amazing customer service experience!

Last minutes I decided to get a framed print for my husband. His birthday was on Saturday and I placed my order the Wednesday morning thnking it was going to arrive a couple of days up to a week after his birthday since I live in Paris.

Right after I pressed confirmed, I got an email from the gallery making sure that my order was ok and confirming shipment the same day. I received the package, securely wrapped on the Friday afternoon so that on the Saturday monring I could surprise my husband. Picture and frame are perfect!

Absolutely amazing Artist

Stephen Wiltshire has produced some incredibly detailed amazing pictures. He is a very talented young man.

Wiltshire allows the viewer to enjoy his captivating art from every angle.

Stephen Wiltshire's art has amazing details. Can't take your eyes off of it because it reveals a new image and story each time you look at it, like an optical illusion that pulls the viewer into another dimension.

Amazing Artist, wonderful Gallery, really great staff!

Stephen is such an AMAZING Artist it's impossible to describe Him and His talent in words! His drawings are always such a treat to the eyes!
Visiting His Gallery in London or ordering from them online we always get a VIP treatment no matter what we buy, which makes us want to return over and over again!
Highly recommended to check his work out, He accomplished so much in such a young age, He is a true inspiration!

Wonderful and service that was above and beyond expectations.

My husband and I were looking for a joint present from each other, to each other. We'd be toying with the idea of getting a limited edition print and, having loved Stephen's work for many years, set off for the Gallery. With expert guidance from Annette we quickly settled on our favourite and then came the task of choosing the mount and frame. We knew what we wanted and where we wanted to the print to hang at home. Annette provided us with a whole range of mounts to choose from, patiently trying one combination and then another. We settled on the mount fairly quickly but just couldn't agree on the frame - we wanted gold but not in the widths or finish available. Not a problem for Annette; she contacted their framer who was able to provide us with a bespoke frame, meeting exactly what we needed. We couldn't have been more impressed with the care and attention paid to us. We now have the print hanging in our front room and smile whenever we look at it.

Great Gallery Website

I was looking to buy an original drawing of Stephen. I contacted the gallery by email and I got an answer straight away. The amazing part of it is that I asked if Stephen had draw anything about Hong Kong and he just did few days before my email. This was fate and I bought it immediatly. This was the best online Art shopping I have ever done.

Fantastic Service

This was the best online shopping I have ever done. I was buying for my sisters wedding, found a picture that was relevant to them both, chose a mount and then clicked buy. The picture was winging it's way to me that evening and arrived the next morning.
I had fantastic service and the picture was well packaged. Thank you very much, it will be a great wedding gift.

What can I say about such brilliant service ?!

Very clear website which was easy to get around and the ordering process was quicker than many sites. The prints were sent promptly with email trackers all along .Arrived exactly when they said they would, all carefully packed and presented.

Having bought a print before and framed it myself I decided to pay for the mount and frame this time round. It was definitely worth the extra money as it looks great.

Great service, product delivered one time and as expected

Delighted with product.

Ordering, quick and easy, delivery very speedy.......quality - not so good ;o(

I found the process of ordering my prints quite simple and was very impressed with how quickly I received them. They were packaged very well.....unfortunately, whilst I like the prints, I must admit I was a little disappointed at their quality, especially paying 25 pounds for each A4 print ....I have pictures of pencil drawings in print format and they look like the real thing. The actual pictures are not very clear and I would have preferred the pictures to have been printed on pure white paper which to my mind would have made the drawings stand out more.

Love the print I have just purchased, delivered promptly and in excellent condition thank you.
Constructive feedback on your website though - when deciding which print to purchase online it would be useful to have somewhere to hold a small selection of 'possibles', so that when making the final choice one doesn't have to keep returning to the main gallery and scrolling through everything.
And the search could be improved (I searched for Albert Hall and the first return is Albert Bridge).

excellent website, superb picture

The pictures were so easy to scroll through on the website with a good filter too. I chose the exact picture I wanted - and have earmarked a few more for future purchases. The mount and frame section showed me exactly how my picture would look and the delivered product is super. The tracking process was a helpful feature. I felt I was a personal and valued customer so very happy.

Amazing talent, great choice, brilliant service

I bought a print for myself last year and love it, you see something different in it each time. As a result friends and family this year will be getting a print for birthdays and mothers day etc. There is such a choice of cities I can pick something special to that person. The service from the website is spot on with ackowledgements, updates and delivery exceeding all expectations. Now who's birthday is it next ......

Awe inspiring artwork and natural talent. Truly amazing selection of work.

Bought an A3 print and a limited edition signed A2 print. Its a very small gallery, but well laid out with some of Stephens early artwork upstairs. No hassle to buy at all, was in there for a good hour, all my questions asked and dealt with very professionally. Delivery was arranged for a particular day, and was packaged and delivered perfectly. I have wanted some Stephen Wiltshire artwork for a long time, and i am very happy with my prints. When i am visiting London again, i will definately be visiting (and money permitting), buying more prints.

Buy Great Pictures with Confidence

My wife chose a lovely picture of St Pancras from the gallery off Pall Mall. The person in the shop was very patient and helped us choose the right frame and mount for our picture, and my wife felt it was quite a special experience. We had it shipped home as it was quite large

Unfortunately the picture arrived damaged. I emailed them to ask what they proposed to do, and they called straight back in the morning and said they were sorry, this was a rare event, and a replacement picture would be dispatched the same day: and it was and arrived promptly and undamaged. The pictures are great, the staff are helpful, and if something should go awry it's put right rapidly - therefore buy with confidence.

Fast delivery, beautiful calendar, very well presented.

Exactly as promised. Only one small snag, the posting label had the gallery name on it, which gave my husband a clue about the contents and it was intended as a surprise gift.

Stunning piece of work!

After living in London for over 10 years, I wanted to take a piece of London overseas with me, I purchased the medium size panoramic drawing of London and I have to say I'm impressed. The quality and detail is simply stunning and will create quite a talking point in my dining room, once it's built!

Delivery was quick and product well wrapped, took me three attempts to get it back in the tube!
