Quick service and calendar beautifully packaged.
The ordering process was fairly simple. Only suggestion is a tickbox added so you don't have to re-enter your billing address for the delivery address. Communication excellent. I received 3 emails !
Delivery was amazingly fast.
Best of all the calendar came in a beautiful designed box wrapped in lovely tissue paper. It makes a most attractive gift!

'In Town Tonight' - is the theme music for an early evening radio programme specifically about London which was first broadcast by the BBC in the thirties!!
I listened to this theme music as a boy living in London and it was as 'catchy' then as the modern 'jingle' is today, It was enhanced by a voice like a town crier saying 'IN TOWN TONIGHT' as the music was being played.
I was absolutely delighted to receive the London Alphabet poster - very securely packaged and delivered within two days. The follow-up invoice and delivery notes were appreciated and part of the excellent service provided.
Even though I am now eighty six years old the majority of the pictures are still very familiar to me and bring back many memories of my childhood in London.

World class service for a world class artist
The art was easy to purchase and it was easy to follow the delivery process. I was a little worried about packaging but I needn't have worried. I needed dynamite to open the box it was that well packaged. I bought the art for my brother but I'm definitely going purchase a print or six for myself

Absolutely fantastic service!
Ordered two 2013 calendars, and am considering ordering more. They arrived, from across the pond, within days, with email communications promptly delivered throughout the process. They came beautifully wrapped and boxed; perfect for gift giving. Nothing was damaged, dented, or soiled in any way, and the order arrived much more quickly than I expected, especially considering the distance it had to travel. An Amazing Experience
I was introduced to Stephen Wiltshire through an e-mail from my nephew. Upon researching his work and story I was simply amazed by what I found! Being a former Special Education teacher and Principal, I was captivated by what I read.
When my husband and I visited London in 2009, I was determined not to leave before finding the Gallery, and find it we did! I met Stephen and was deeply honoured when he allowed me to take pictures with him. I purchased two of his prints, which I will always treasure.
After returning home, I ordered the 2010 Calendar online. I was impressed by its timely arrival, and its impeccable packaging. I took it to school and shared it with my students and other staff members. Recently, we visited London again, and went to the Gallery. I ordered the 2013 Calendar online and it came in exactly the same way as the 2010 Calendar. As before, I took it to school and shared it with staff members, of whom one said, "Can I have it?" Another said, "It's wrapped like a Christmas gift." So it looks like I will have to order two more to give as gifts!
I brag about Stephen, his work, and his Gallery everywhere I go!

Stunning Artwork and 1st class service
I love the Stephen Wiltshire site and have bought some wonderful prints. It is worth buying the frames from the gallery (you can see on the website how it will look) as they are excellent quality. The service is wonderful and great care is taken with every detail.
I only wish they would restock more of the smaller gift items such as mugs and keyring's as they make fantastic presents and I am always being asked how you get them !

I love Stephens work and buy the calendar every year. I now have a few of his prints and would love an original, my son is also autistic and loves his work, it shows there are no boundaries for people with autism and you can aspire to be the best you can be in something you are so passionate about

Fantastic
I think Stephen Wiltshire is an amazing artist and I wanted to purchase a print for my partner who has written a song about "London Bus" which incorporates the Big Ben chimes. The print I selected was Whitehall - I wasnt sure which frame or mount would suit and I received timely suggestion from the gallery. I absolutely love the print and the service was outstanding. I received the item within 4 working days from UK to Australia.
I would highly recommend everyone getting behind Stephen Wiltshire.

Super Stephen
I visited the gallery in London last year and was amazed at the range of prints, the young lady was very helpful and when I asked about the possibility of Stephen signing my copy of his book even though he wasn't supposed to be meeting the public that day she asked him and he did! I felt very privileged to meet such a talented and unassuming young man. The web site is user friendly and there is a good range of products and are dispatched very quickly.

Brilliant,fast service.
I visited the gallery during the olympics in London. I was impressed with the gallery and the chap that worked there, nothing was too much trouble for him. I ordered 3 prints, and paid by card and requested that they be dispatched direct to my home- to save me carrying them around london with me. I was in the shop about midday, and recieved an email confirming my transaction, and just after 1pm another email confirming dispatch of the prints! They arrived first thing the next day- superb. I will surely buy more prints from this awesome artist and have no doubts that the service will be to the same standard.
