Quick and convenient service
I ordered my kits on the Internet and they arrived the next day. My husband is a little concerned about the number of parcels that are arriving, but I guess all like minded stitchers have the same amount of ufo's as I do!!

Outstanding service
Wife bought some new patterns but out of her vast collection of threads didn't have all the colours to finish her project, ordered from stitcher which was nice and simple for a man who wouldn't know on thread from another. Slight delay in delivery but that was due to the French having the audacity of a bank holiday when I placed my order :). However when I asked where the order was stitcher responded immediately and solved the problem by having the order delivered next day. When my wife starts her next project I will be coming back here for the threads. Thank you

I was wanting some threads, and couldn't get out to the shops, so I broke my rules on not ordering threads online, due to the waiting time. Given I got my threads in under 48 hrs., I decided to use them again, and once again item arrived within 24 hrs. Stitcher.co.uk is now my official local shop for all craft gear.

Straightforward to use, goods well packed, always kept informed of progress of order - hassle free and trustworthy
I order my DMC tapestry wools from this site and, where on other sites the process is complicated and lengthy, it is very straightforward on Stitcher. The wools always arrive neatly packed in a plastic easy fastener bag and the invoice is clearly laid out. each package arrives when the company says it will. I highly recommend this company and this website.

HOUSEWORK ON THE BACK BURNER NOW!!!!!!!
Catalogue came with my cross stitcher magazine and I saw the teacups and flower design and instantly fell in love with it. Iam usually a fan of samplers but thought I would try something different. I am absolutely delighted with the kit and will hang it in my kitchen when finished. Whilst I was looking on line I found lots of kits I would like to try from the extensive range of various topics. I brought my mum one of summer cupcakes and she is delighted and can't wait to start hers too. They came within the time slot suggested and I would not hesitate to use this site again. saved my husbands ears!
Was doing a 10"x12" white tiger cross stitch, got to the last 30 rows and ran out of threads. went on stitcher.co.uk and ordered the colours I needed, and next day they were sat in my hallway. Finished cross stitch, and my husband is a very happy man because he isn't getting earache anymore! Doing a new cross stitch now, but I wont worry as I now know where to get new thread from. Also a wonderful site easy to use and loads of things I want to purchase. Just don't tell hubby, he gets faint attacks when I ask to use credit card.

Cross stitch not cross patch!!!
My experience was brilliant - the site was so easy to use. The order I placed for threads arrived almost before I had ordered it!!!! Every skein was placed next to its partner so it was so easy to unpack it and within half an hour I was stitching - so as said it was cross stitch not cross patch!!! Thanks for an amazing shopping experience.

As l am disabled l use the internet for my shopping, and when l need to order something it generally means l need it a.s.a.p.. With stitchers that happens, l order today and tomorrow l will have it. This is really important to me. So l am totally satisfied with Stitchers for my sewing needs.

Started working on it already
Excellent service, ordered on the monday and delivered by tuesday, I have started working on my cross stitch already. I do a mixture of free hand styles ideas from magazines, and tapestry work.
