I ordered 4 one-litre Prym trays Friday morning, and they arrived Monday morning, so delivery is very quick with this Retailer.
When I opened my parcel, I discovered one of the trays was damaged. I emailed them and attached a photo of the damaged tray to the email, and asked them about their procedure in this circumstance. They replied they would send me a replacement.
I thought this was excellent after sales service, and I am happy to recommend them.
