Great products, but a couple of items arrived damaged and they did very little to help
The items arrived really quickly after having placed the order and I was initially very impressed. Unfortunately, after unpacking I noticed two of the several plastic bead boxes I'd purchased were damaged. Customer Services said that I had to make a claim via the post office, even though the parcel packaging wasn't damaged. Offered for me to return the damaged items at my expense. By the time I've bought packaging and posted them back, it will cost the same as the items!
Not impressed by the customer service and am unlikely to purchase again.
