Tried to cancel the order but wouldn't let me. Not very happy.
I tried to cancel my order within 10 minutes after placing it as I did not need it anymore. I followed the instructions as it said in the email, but when I clicked on my order number to cancel it, the next screen was an error message saying "this page is temporarily unavailable". I kept refreshing the page but it kept coming up with the same error. I wanted to cancel it before the order was processed. I phoned the number provided to cancel it, but there was no answer. I left a voicemail explaining that I wanted to cancel the order but no one got back to me. The next thing I knew the order had been processed and the item was on its way. On the plus side it arrived in good condition and it was a very quick delivery.

Hi Meera, I'm really sorry that you experienced this really frustrating problem. We've now fixed the technical problem you described, and orders can now be cancelled as they should. We've also agreed internally that any voicemails are dealt with before orders over the weekend are processed. Thank you for taking the time to highlight these issues - Peter
