My order was placed lunchtime and my order was received the next day.

Cheap items, quick delivery

They were the cheapest online for the item I wanted, and it turned up within 48 hours!

Quickly dispatched and delivered,

I was very pleased with the speed of handling my order and my goods being dispatched. The size of the finished product was not given in the description,so I just had to hope it would be okay, which it is. Some of the colours are slightly different to that which I was expecting, but otherwise I have been very happy with my experience.

I recently purchased 3 Christmas cross stitch kits from Stitcher. They arrived within 2 days of me ordering them on line. They are all beautiful, well packaged with easily understandable intructions. I have started one of them today, don't know which Christman I'll have them done by!!! I'm sure at least one of them will be on my living room wall with this year's Christmas decorations.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

you had what I needed at a reasonable price and supplied it promptly.

I couldn't get tapestry canvas - 22 to the inch - locally - and not many online companies had much choice and seemed more expensive anyway. I was very happy to find what I needed - I was beginning to think that I was tha only person left on the planet that wanted to make miniature carpets for a dolls house, I can still get Appletons Crewel Wool locally but not the canvas - how crazy is that!

Best customer service I've ever came across

This company have been fantastic. REALLY quick delivery and they have been fantastic at contacting me. A couple of threads were missing from my dmc cross stitch kit (not stitchers fault of course) and I messaged stitcher and they contacted dmc and I received my threads today :) This was all within a week.
I will certainly be buying from this company again and will certainly recommend stitchers.co.uk to my friends and family.
I didn't think good customer service existed anymore but at stitcher.co.uk it certainly does. Great :)

I got the item by post the day after I placed the order and it was exactly as described. What more can one want?

Polite, quick, personal service

I found this service very personal, being emailed back explaining that the colouer of my perchace was slightly different than the one that I had ordered.When replying to the email and excepting the difference and also requesting for my order to,be delivered by a certain date ,as it was for my daughters birthday.
There came another email explaining that my perchace would be delivered in time.
