Dealing with Stoneacre was great for all the following reasons:
Head office went above and beyond the call of duty to find me a finance deal to get the car I wanted on the budget I could afford.
The sales team were friendly and welcoming without being pushy with very personal service and regular phone calls updating me on what was happening. I was able to take the car out for a long test drive on motorways and A roads - no 'quick trip round the block here'
The finance manager explained all the paperwork while giving me time to read stuff through and ask all of my questions.
Communication was great, their people always called me back if I left messages and they even replied promptly to my emails - a first for a nationwide company!!
At no time did I feel rushed or pressured at all.
The whole team could not have done more for me. I have now taken our their warranty and will be seeing them for all of my car needs in future.

Went in with the aim of testing out a Ford Fiesta ST and following it up with a discussion over possible PCP deals. Organised the test drive which went very well, loved the car, and then went through my options which were explained with the clarity I'd expect of any dealer network.
I was very happy to agree to one of the deals put on the table and the salesman (Marcel @ York Road, Doncaster) was in touch with me during the week to keep up to date as to when the car would arrive.
The car arrived the following Saturday and filling out the finance forms et al went swiftly, and I was driving away in about half an hour - in a superb car as well, might I add.

Jo the saleswoman... What an ABSOLUTE star. She deserves a mention here. As a professional, I weigh-up people fairly quickly and know within a very short space of time if they're being genuine and therefore I'm prepared to extend a degree of trust. Jo is, as I understand new to selling cars but, her approach and professionalism is spot on. Very pleased to have dealt with her thus far.
Gary the manager... again top guy who in my opinion is a credit to Stoneacre as a group. Straight talker, no BS or pressure spiel to close the financial aspect of the deal.
Generally, if I can be honest, I really don't like going into car dealerships.. I've experienced too many instances where the sales teams are driven by the wrong reasons or pressured to meet targets to sell cars which, result in poor customer experiences.
I've never once felt (in the three times I've been in the Cleethorpes dealership recently) pressured about any aspect of my potential interest in any car on the forecourt. Jo and Gary have treated me exactly as I would have expected and, this is the reason why I've chosen to purchase the car today.

I'd recommend Stoneacre Mazda in Doncaster to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only do the sales people keep you informed at all times about the purchase of your car, their after sales service is brilliant too. I took my husband's car in to be fixed with my 16 month old son, and they couldn't do enough to make sure the car was fixed quickly. They even drove the car to the front of the showroom so I didn't have to walk my son across a busy car park. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this showroom to others. I'm really impressed with the service.
I was delighted with the level of customer service I received at Stoneacre Durham,where the dealings were totally transparent and all work carried out was to a much higher than satisfactory standard.
The fact a courtesy car was available and waiting for me was very impressive and the changeover was completely seamless both before and after the work and thank you so much for the courtesy wash and valet of my own car.

Disgraceful, uncaring set of people. My disabled aunt and i bought a used car off them in march which was faulty. Its been back to the garage four times and each time they have failed to repair it. Ive asked for my money back and despite been told they would refund me theyre now refusing. I'm now told the onus is on me to prove that the cars faulty. I wouldn't mind but I paid 6 grand for it could have been well on my way to a new one with that. Its only been on the road a grand total of 3 weeks since purchase and im now using public transport. The sale of goods act isnt worth the paper its written on and trading standards have been unhelpful. Will never deal with this company again and will encourage all those I know to do the same. Shame on you Stoneacre. (I know there are a lot of positive reviews on here but wouldn't you think they would want to resolve customer complaints without animosity in order to encourage repeat custom?)
After visiting lots of other garages along wheatley hall road looking around for a family car & being totally ignored by the staff at most of the branches, i decided to make a final stop at stoneacre. I was greeted with smiles from all the staff & soon approached by a very young looking sales person called david whom was very knowledgeable on the fiat 500Large & explained that a 7 seater version would be coming out in the near future which i would consider as i have 4 children! not only that, but instead of throwing a brochure at me and expecting me to make sense of it, he talked me through everything in the book & explained the technical side of things which was helpful! I will defiantly come back or recommend stoneacre to any friends or family after the brief experience i had!

Having decided it was time to purchase a new car and visiting over the past few months a number of car dealerships I finally found the customer service that made me feel valued. Valued for my thoughts and opinions, valued for my needs and wants in a vehicle, valued for my choice of vehicle specifications. I was not pressured into a payment plan I did not like or felt not appropriate for me. Overall a swift and pleasant exchange, down to finest details and extras. Staff were courteous and kept me well informed throughout the process. I will certainly be a returning customer and would recommend the Rotherham branch to family and friends.
I had great service from stoneacre at Wrexham first MOT and service £155 plus car cleaned inside and out and No how much is this going to cost me feeling.
Stoneacres invited us to the launch of the new 500L. They were there to answer all of the questions and queries in a warm, polite friendly manner. We never felt any obligation to buy and felt no pressure to do so. The whole range and different options for the 500L were carefully explained in detail whilst listening carefully to our demands of the car. Arranging a test drive and comparisons within he range was very easy.
Once we had ma up our minds the various offers and payment options were explained, again listening carefully to our needs and budget.
With our minds made up, we made the arrangements and within 24 hours we were driving the car of our dreams, knowing that it was everything that we had wanted.
After sales care was explained, including offers and easy to pay options which offered maintenance, service and insurance as a worry free set up.
After just completing our first week of ownership we know we made the right choice, right make, right model and right dealership! Stonacre offer friendly, no pressure service that is second to none, service as good as the car!
I was contacted by stoneacre re my annual service. Arrangements were made to collect my vehicle and return it later the same day. Everything worked like clockwork and everyone I spoke with both at service reception and the person(s) who collected and returned my vehicle were extremely polite, helpful and effiicent. My vehicle had in fact to be returned a second time due to a problem with the satnav, but this also was dealt with the same care and attention as previously. I was extremely pleased with the overall customer service.
I love my new ford fiesta! Its my new favourite car! I went for a basic model this time,no all singing and dancing extras, but have not been dissapointed as its a dream to drive! Fuel economy is great too! I havent had a ford for a while but will defo be purchasing again!! The staff at stoneacre thirsk were so helpful, Thanks stoneacre ford thirsk!
I bought a car from Stonacre York and had it exactly three weeks went it died - I had to pay to have it towed home as it was Easter Sunday - this cost me £674.85!!! The garage had my car two weeks I collected it and 24 hours later the car died again. The garage have now had my car just over three weeks and I haven't even had a phone call off them! I wrote to their head office on 19th April and they haven't even had the decency to reply to my letter. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone!!!

My experience at your Wigan Garage was really good .Your representative had left your company but came back to deal with me because you didn't have anyone trained up to deal with mobility and he had dealt with me last time . Im sorry to learn he has left because he was a real asset to your company .I think other staff learned a lot from him .also the young lady on the desk where you book in faults or services was a great help also .regards
Called in to Stoneacre are local Kia dealers after looking around other dealerships at other makes and models of cars .the whole transaction was very relaxed & I never felt under pressure to do the deal unlike other company's I had visited.i was met by kris the car salesman who went through the Kia range and all the spec with me I road tested the Rio and I was amazed at how much of car you get for your money as standard plus 7 years warranty & zero road tax there was no quibble about trade in price and the deal was completed the very next day I'm pleased I took the time to visit Stoneacre i was well looked after by all the staff ¬hing was rushed.When its time to trade up again I wil have no hesitation about going back to my local Stoneacre
I got my car through Lincoln Volve as Ive had a couple of credit issues in the past!......Adele sorted my application overthe phone and made me an appointment with Jed Tribe for the following day.
Id already choosen a car which was at a different Stoneacre branch, but obviously viewed cars at the Lincoln site.
But as my heart was already set on the original car id choosen it was the car I got.
Jed personally collected my car and even offered to drop it directly to my door but I was going to be in Lincoln anyway so I collected it myself.
Already recommended Stone acre to a family member who will be contacting Jed Next month.
My wife and I visited the Doncaster Showroom to look for a new small car. From the outset we were made to feel very welcome and the team, especially Jamie in Sales, took on board all our requirements and bent over backwards to help us, his tea making skills were pretty good aswell!!. When discussing the types of car we were looking for we were given a number of choices including different vehicles and different options for payment. There was no pressure selling involved which we really appreciated and when it got to making decisions about purchasing a vehicle we were given time on our to discuss things. We are now the proud owners of a nice yellow Fiat 500 which is absolutley bonkers and great fun to drive. If looking for a newer vehcile we would recommend the team at Doncaster
My car was booked in for a routine service and a problem with the turbo was found. They weren't happy for me to leave with the car in this state as they felt it was unsafe so they provided me with a car while the problem was sorted. I was kept informed throughout and my car was ready the next day. The customer service at Peterborough Stoneacre is fantastic and i would recommend them to anyone.
We were met on the forecourt by Mark who was friendly, answered all our questions, gave us lots of choice which along with a delightful personality made the experience most enjoyable. The test drive was comprehensive which all added up to a final agreement of choice of car.
We were impressed with the hospitality shown and the financial business was conducted by another Mark who was extremely professional and efficient and the finance etc. was concluded smoothly.
Since our purchase we have been impressed with the after sales attention and we have signed up with the excellent Service Agreement.
And by the way we love the car.
I was very impressed by the service offered by Stoneacre Wrexham - could not fault any aspect of the personal interactions that I had with the sales team. There was a little bit of a wait whilst paperwork was being finalised but this did not detract from the overall experience.
Recently purchased a Fiat Bravo and was instantly made comfortable. Offered to test drive without an employee which took away the pressure and allowed for a comfortable drive. Decided to buy the car and came to a mutually beneficial deal. Car then fully serviced and MOT'd for free. Couldn't be happier!
I couldn't fault the service provided by Stoneacre. My car was booked in for its first mot and a service. I used the collection and delivery option, for anyone who has not used this option, give it a try, it takes away any hassle.
Later in the day I received a phone call to tell me when my car would be delivered back to my house. The whole experience was faultless.
I cannot recommend Stoneacre Middlesbrough enough, the team are friendly not pushy and understand the needs and wants of each customer, he is fantastic alongside the sales team who gave detailed information in regards to the car, part ex and the finance options and amounts.
I didn't feel pressured or rushed, test drove the car and my comments were listened to and advice in regards to the drive, economy and extras was great

Brilliant service when changing vehicle ,always very curitious and polite. Only problem is when trying to get a small problem sorted it take too many phonecalls and they keep saying they. Will ring you back and don't .
