Absolutely brilliant service. Well informed and efficient sales team. After sales service is second to none, they bent over backwards to resolve any issues we had. The customer is definately king here.

a pleasant trip to Grantham
walked in to reception to see a smileing face whogreeted me with a good morning ,all my detailes were there ,was given a nice place to sit and read with a coffee while car was serviced , at the end was told it was completed and would i like it washed ,which was a bonus , well done Stoneacre ,your sure of my custom for always.

100% satisfied with service
Although we have not collected the car so cannot pass judgement on that, we can comment on the service received so far. From the initial enquiry through to the purchase, all staff were helpful, courteous, and and kindly towards our situation.
So special thanks go to Karen, Chris and Graham.
Most importantly in these very tight times, we were offered a deal which we felt could not be bettered, and we all need genuine value for money.
Our initial experience with this company means we shall recomend to friends and family, and it is highly likely we shall deal wjth them again.

Stoneacre have all the experience and knowledge to buying a New PEUGEOT
I have just taken delivery of a new EDITION PEUGEOT 208 5DOOR HATCHBACK the experience was less painful than a tooth removal made so easy by the extremely
knowledgable salesman.There was not one problem or question he was unable
to answer his experience of the vehicle workings and handover was a breeze.The same can be said of the finance dept,explaining all the paperwork involed also a
special for the Sales manager who sorted out a problem we had on the spot.
I cannot speak highly enough of the experience and would recommend this

this is my second purchase from stoneacre and again was very pleased.
When Idecided to replace my vehicle,I popped in to Stoneacre in Lincoln.My vehicle had just been serviced and tested.Whilst there Ilooked around the forecourt and saw two vehicles that interested me.I decided to test drive the Kia cee,d and was impressed.After talking with my wife we decided to change to the cee,d.We are very pleased with the car.Unfortunately there was only one key with the car and the operators handbook was missing.We were told not a lot could be done about the second key but the salesman James ordered me another handbook,which we await.We were treated very well as we always have been in all dealings with Stoneacre and would recommend them to alll family and friends.Many thanks to the team at Lincoln.

My brother in law advised me to visit Stoneacre Middlesbrough after visiting a peugot dealer in Stockton, I am so glad he did as I ended up with a far better deal and everything was sorted out in 24 hours thanks to Anthony the salesman.

I was looking for an upgrade and visited many car dealerships in the space of two weeks. Most dealers just want you to buy a car and leave, not making you feel welcome at all. Stone acre was my last stop for the day and I'm glad it was as I was tired of looking for the right car for me. The moment I stepped into the show room I was greeted by a smiling face. I gave the salesman a limit to what I could afford, he then directed me to a car which I instantly fell for. The service and help stone acre gave me on the day was excellent, and still they are happy to help with queries I have. I would recommend stone acre to anyone, as the service they give is phenomenal!! Well done stoneacre

Excellent model and its performance exceeds the boundaries of our expectation.
We called in Starbeck, Harrogate with the idea of looking at cars because we felt our present needs required a more suitable vehicle to the one we already had. It wasn't our intention at the time to purchase a new model but in the Showroom at Stonacre Motor Group we came across a Peugot Bipper Teepe (which we had never heard of or seen before) and were very interested in its statistics and sale price. We were offered a test drive and we were very impressed by its performance and we came to a decision that this was our ideal car and we are very happy with it. At first maybe the colour was not to our taste but it gradually grew on us and it has certainly brought attention to many of our friends who are also impressed by this model.

Customer care excellent
This is the first time I have used Stoneacre and it's been excellent, the staff at seat made a daunting task of buying a new car very simple and exciting. I would like to think the after care is as good as the initial care I have received.

Smooth and un-complicated.
No stress approach to buying a car, no over selling of anything and everything that could be attached to or that surrounds the buying of a car. The selling and information provided by a very friendly and honest salesman (Mark Talbot). The showroom was very clean and staff very welcoming with a good sense of humour made us feel relaxed and under no pressure whatsoever to buy any products which made a very pleasant change when compared to other dealers in the area. A very pleasant experience and i would recomend anyone to go to Stoneacre.

Fantastic service from people who would bend over backwards to help
I have been into stoneacre several times as I have a car on finance with them. No mater how silly my query (I once took be car in because I couldn't open the boot!) they are always more than happy to help. I never get the impression that they are purely in it for the money and when I wait for my car I feel very much at home. I would recommend to everyone, wether looking to purchase a car or just using their services :)

Buying a car from stoneacore was an absolute pleasure and a fiat pinto a no brainer

Feedback: Following a car accident and not being very knowledgable when it comes to cars, Stoneacre were fantastic in helping me to get sorted in getting back on the road. The fantastic customer service team kept in touch via phone and email constantly and I was also able to contact them whenever needed. As I could not get out of the house to shop for a car, I was sent emails and shown car's on the website to browse. All i needed to do was give the sales team a rough idea what I was looking for and they were able to help me and give suggestions. They were patient with me as choosing your next car is a pretty big decision and as It was all unexpected they gave me time and continuous help to ensure I was making the right decision. The car I chose was in a branch hours away from my location, but with the situation I was in they were very accomodating and brought the car to me! I did not have to move a muscle, apart from making a well earned brew for the guys who travelled up with the car for me! Signed, sealed and delivered all within a week of my accident and I could not be happier with the service I receieved. I absolutely love my new car and believe it to be a great choice, one which I am sure I would not have chosen without the help of Stoneacre. They made my life a lot easier and I would definitely choose to use them again (hopefully through better circumstances!)

My requirements of what I wanted in a car were what mattered.
I had specific requirements in finding a newer car :- small diesel automatic, or 'gold dust' in other words.
From the moment I walked into the building, I was looked after without being swamped by over zealous sales staff wanting to palm me off with a quick sale.
Graham from Doncaster was very friendly and chatty, taking his time to consider what was important to me in a car. It took him 2 weeks, but he found me exactly what I was looking for in age, price, condition, milage etc.
I was also impressed by the follow up phonecalls to check I was satisfied with my purchase.
'Olga' as named by my 4 year old grandson, is the perfect car for me & my family. I plan on keeping her for quite some time, so having the lifetime garentee provides great peace of mind.
I'm really happy with everything, and would highly recomend Stoneacre to anyone considering changing their car.

Fine
My wife drives the car and pays the bills although it is reg in my name. She was happy with the service but had to wait a bit when she picked it up
One thing that surprised me was a quote for 3years service almost £1000 paid over 33 months in advance this will save me a lot of money. This is quite a shock and will be taken into mind when or if we continue to have a 2nd car.
