Best price I could find and quick service.
After searching high and low for the newly released Sony BDV-N790W Surround Sound System I finally managed to come across Stone Audio. I called to confirm a few things like release date and delivery date and once I was happy I placed the order.

Great customer service.
I do not regret purchasing the camera from Stoneaudio one bit.
The camera was alot cheaper than other camera stores, and it arrived the next day (although at 5.45pm - but that is down to the carrier, and not stone audio).
I even got a call the next day to check it had arrived OK, as I was getting worried they weren't going to show up.

I was looking for a Goldring 2500 cartridge and stoneaudio's was the cheapest price I could find on the net. Not only that, the site gave me all the product info I needed and ordering and paying was easy. The cartridge was delivered within 48 hours in a well wrapped package. The cartridge was a piece of cake to fit and the sound it produces is superb. I will definitely use stoneaudio again.

Awful very poor after sales service!
I paid for fast delivery of a Sony walkman, but when it eventually arrived it was faulty. After complaing three times on the telephone to their customer services lady, she said on each occasion they would get back to me, but they never did. Once they got your payment they are not interested, I was ignored and left with a bad impression of their so called after sales department. Needless to say I shall not be making any future purchases with this Company.

I used the web-based enquiry form late one evening to ask about stock levels of an item. I received an answer early the next morning. This made me feel confident immediately about the level of customer service I was likely to receive as so often you ask a question of a retailer and never hear. I made the order and was informed it had been dispatched later that day. I continued to receive personal emails thanking me for my order so I would have to say StoneAudio is one of the better online shopping experiences that I have had. I would recommend them and use them again. Customer service is high on StoneAudio's agenda.

Poor service
I placed an order on the Stone Audio website because they had an offer on some headphones I wanted. The website bragged "order today, delivered tomorrow!" so I made sure I was in all the following day. The headphones didn't turn up, neither did they turn up on the second day. I looked into why and apparently it was sent by a cheaper first class mail, not a guaranteed next day service which they advertised on the website. Fraudulent I think. The headphones arrived after three days, quite poorly packaged in a jiffy bag, which meant the box got a little squashed, not what I was expecting from a £5.50 next day delivery charge. I won't be using them again.

Good value for next day delivery at Christmas time
I was just beginning to worry that the delivery would not happen, when the doorbell rang. 6pm - not bad at Christmas time when it's so busy.
Noticed that the email requesting feedback arrived in my inbox at lunchtime. I guess it would have been gold star service to have had a text or email to tell me whether it would be a morning or afternoon delivery.

Do not use this company
I ordered on a Sunday asking for next day despatch expecting in on the Tuesday. I phoned on the Wednesday to be told that they should have it stock by the Thursday and to expect it on Friday. Apologies were made when I explained that had I known this I would not have ordered it and I should have receeived an email which I did not. If using this company please confirm by phone they have the item in stiock. Had I known they did not have the item I would not have placed the original order with them.

They say they have stock online when they dont
I find the practice of certain online companies of saying something is in stock when it isn’t very frustrating, especially if you want something urgently.
I order a pair or headphones on monday morning, they hadn't arrived by friday so i called up. I was told they were waiting for them to come in. So i changed my order to the same model of headphones but a different colour and was assured they would go out on friday evening.
I called up on monday and they had not been shipped! Useless! So i cancelled my order, was told fine I'll cancel that for you without an apology and basically got the sense they didn’t care.
I'm not using them again and I’d advise you to avoid them.

I ordered a Sony CMU-BR100 Skype Camera & Microphone on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday. It was the lowest price I could find via Google. I don't yet have a compatible Sony TV but it worked fine when I tested it with Skype on a Windows 7 desktop and a Windows XP laptop.

Quick & Efficient Service ,Not Easy to find on Google
Great service , which I Cannot fault , how ever only found them after typing in the full reference code for the Sony Product I was after and I did struggle to get payment processed online via my I pad as it kept timing out.
How ever when I called up no problems, answerd phone quickly and took order there and then over phone and promised next day delivery ( Even on a saturday). Goods receievd next morning at 9am !!! excellent
You may be missing out on potential customer's , which is a shame as I mentioned above only found you by typing full product code. which was for a S Air wireless dongle. When I seasrched previously only using part of code , google didnt bring you up. Thanks for great service.

Web site said the device was in stock and would be sent within 24 Hrs.
When I didn't receive an email in the first 24 Hrs I contacted Stoneaudio to find out the device wasn't in stock but it was ordered and I'd receive it a week later.
As promised I received the device a week later.

At last good old fashioned customer service.....
Ordered a Sony 24" LED TV and it was delivered exactly when promised. Unfortunately I had had a very bad experience with a major UK retailer (JLP) earlier in the week regarding horrendous delivery situation (HDNL took 3 days to deliver anniversary flowers which were dead by the time they arrived) so was very nervous purchasing from a retailer with whom I had never dealt with.
The customer service was superb, kept informed of the status of my purchase and everyone of my many emails was answered promptly.
At last good old fashioned customer service where the customer is important.

Fantastic Linn sondek service
My Linn was performing badly and i thought to replace with a gyrodek. However, Alex at Stone HFi suggested a service and a couple of mods would return the deck to above the gro. How right he was!! A full service with new arm cable and base and sorting out the original arm and cartridge has seemingly given me a new deck with tremendous sound. I am so poleased I have kept the deck and followed advice. I cannot recommend Stone HiFi highly enough.
