Among the best service possible
I ordered some small items from Stone Audio, time was around midday, had a call from them (very polite and friendly) checking the address details, items arrived next morning. Perfect, if only there were more services this good.

Always good value and fast delivery
I purchased a pair of Etymotic HF3 headphones, which are great. Best thing though is that StoneAudio seem to be the cheapest around for them at the moment and the headphones were delivered the next working day as promised. I had the same great experience the first time I shopped with them. Recommended :)

Great company to buy from, fast delivery.

Excellent Service Exemplified!!
I recently bought Etymotic HF3 headsets from stoneaudio.co.uk. Not only were they available at the most competitive price around, but the speed with which they were delivered was outstanding. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, and my new pair of headsets was with me on Saturday morning! Now that's excellent customer service. As for the headphones, I now know exactly what 'documented best noise isolation' means! The sound is not bass heavy, just as I like it. And the Awareness iPhone app makes you so much confident about using these earphones and not becoming completely oblivious to what's happening around. If you are looking for great quality sound, excellent noise isolation and the best practical solution to everyday use - these are the best earphones around!

Best Customer Service for a first time customer
Before I got an email to post on this review-site I took it upon myself to send the following to the store staff:

Good Morning,
I wanted to take the time to pass on my gratitude. This being my first purchase with Stone Audio, I could not be happier with the service I have received. I will certainly be recommending you to anyone seeking advice. Start to finish you have delivered excellent customer service, particularly as I wasn't the most straightforward customer (requesting delayed payment / Saturday delivery).
The Novo is absolute quality - I'm struggling to comprehend how the higher level Graham Slee Headphone Amps could improve on this 'entry' model.
In summary, you guys are awesome | I couldn't be happier.

Failed to provide a warranty repair
I returned faulty etymotic earphones in April for replacement under warranty and 6 months later have not received a replacement. Worse though, Stone Audio have not responded to my emails chasing it up and when I call to enquire and they say they will call me back, they never have. They have provided no information when I've asked for updates, so I now have to turn to my credit card company to chargeback for a refund. I will never deal with this company again.

Excellent service shame about the mis information on stock
Ordered Sonos 3, webite indicated that there were full stock levels, unfortunately I recieved an email the next day informing me that they were out of stock.
Great service in the notification and asking if I wanted the alternate colour to be dispatched - which I did.
Goods arrived very promptly and as promised very well packed too.
Would recommend and great service just a shame about that little green light being wrong on the website.

Felt secure when I rang about mt Sony t20 3d camcorder even though it wasn,t in stock was informed of expected delivery date and informed of when it would be in stock all went as planed.It was good to read the other feed backs which gave me confindence with my purchase .If the rest of firms out there would take a leaf out of this book they would surive the slump.

Placed my order for a DAC Thursday morning, which was promptly delivered the following morning as promised. The order required some of the details confirming which was handled by the sales manager via email in a friendly and polite manner. Some of the negative reviews had made me wary of dealing with Stone Audio, but I cannot fault my experience with them and would definately deal with them again.

I was really impressed with their Customer service. When they noticed my address was fairly local to the showroom, I was called and asked if I wanted to collect in order to save on the postage costs. My item still arrived promptly the very next day.............Excellent!

Exceeded my expectations
Great company to deal with - I was looking to purchase a ‘Pro-Ject Phono Box USB V’ on a Thursday hoping for next day delivery for use on Monday morning, though unfortunately this is not a product that is not normally held in stock by anyone.
After speaking to multiple retailers - and nearly loosing hope - I came across stone audio, they were incredibly helpful and were able to get the box from Pro-Ject next day on Friday and delivered it to me on Saturday - their customer service has made them my audio hardware store of choice!

Fast and efficient
Was expecting product next day, but got an email next day saying that product had only just been dispatched. Emailed them back and got a response in minutes. Turned out I'd missed some details when ordering.
Overall price was best I could find and service was fast and efficient. Would definitely buy from them again.

Knowledgable, informative & competative
I did plenty of my own background research into the sort of system I was looking for and found little help from my local HiFi retailers. I found a Sony B-Ray 2.1 that I fancied, not yet on the market. So I rang a Sony center who didn't know when it would be released or anything about the product . . Clueless!
I saw Stoneaudio advertising the product so spoke to them, they answered all my questions and already had a release price 20% better than the Sony centre. I made a preorder and was kept informed of progress and shipped on Time as promised!
They will be my first call for next HiFi purchase.

The next day delivery service is not true if buying low value items although you still get charged for it
Purchasing some small accessories and want next day delivery as per the website and order? Go somewhere else.
My order took 3 business days to arrive. Sent first class, on the day of the other but not doing what I paid for.
Send it back they say, reject the order...what good is that?
No response to my email or calls. Buying something of larger value, I will go somewhere that cares.
Point is, value was silly, why offer something where there is no Intention of following through? Just make it clear on the website and I can make the decision. At what point does next day mean next day?

Best price I could find and quick service.
After searching high and low for the newly released Sony BDV-N790W Surround Sound System I finally managed to come across Stone Audio. I called to confirm a few things like release date and delivery date and once I was happy I placed the order.

Great customer service.
I do not regret purchasing the camera from Stoneaudio one bit.
The camera was alot cheaper than other camera stores, and it arrived the next day (although at 5.45pm - but that is down to the carrier, and not stone audio).
I even got a call the next day to check it had arrived OK, as I was getting worried they weren't going to show up.

First class customer service.
I was looking for a Goldring 2500 cartridge and stoneaudio's was the cheapest price I could find on the net. Not only that, the site gave me all the product info I needed and ordering and paying was easy. The cartridge was delivered within 48 hours in a well wrapped package. The cartridge was a piece of cake to fit and the sound it produces is superb. I will definitely use stoneaudio again.

Awful very poor after sales service!
I paid for fast delivery of a Sony walkman, but when it eventually arrived it was faulty. After complaing three times on the telephone to their customer services lady, she said on each occasion they would get back to me, but they never did. Once they got your payment they are not interested, I was ignored and left with a bad impression of their so called after sales department. Needless to say I shall not be making any future purchases with this Company.
