Ordered on 26/07/2013, they kept saying there was a delay in their printing?
We had made 4 orders after this where there was no delay! (strange huh)
After countless e-mail of being fobbed off again and again, they went and cancelled the order with out notifying us.
When I ordered from StreetShirts I did look here at the reviews at first, but I also found that these issues had been resolved by the end of October and placed my order. I got my paypal receipt straight away but no order confirmation. I thought I would leave it a couple of days to see if the tshirts would turn up regardless before contacting them through their helpdesk and Today which was the proposed day at midday they hadn't come so being safe I contacted support. 10 minutes later the tshirts arrived and 2 hours later I received a support ticket from David:
David (T-Shirt Foundry)

I have looked into your order for you: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and can see that you were given an estimated dispatch date of 04/11/13. I can inform you that your order was indeed dispatched on they date via Royal Mail First Class, and should be with you shortly.
5/5 Amazing support, quality and design process :D

Can't contact them, reordered same t-shift as previous order and they arrived and they are different and rubbish
Reply below IS A LIE, the latest order is NOT a better quality, the t-shirts are flimsy and see-through and lightweight, you guys WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS
Do not use this company. I ordered my shirt on Sunday still have not received it despite next day guarantee. I never received a confirmation number but they were quite happy to take my money. The phone number does not work and their email response was generic and unhelpful. Do not use this company!

They delayed the original dispatch date, and after assuring me on the phone of a new guaranteed delivery date I received a text message and an email confirming the items had been dispatched.
When the item had not arrived I rang them to get the tracking number to find out THE ORDER HAD NOT BEEN DISPATACHED.
The order now did not arrive on time so was of no use.
They have agreed to refund half the cost as I gave the t shirts away to the people who had paid for them so could not return them.
2 months later and I still haven't received the refund.
This company is genuinely the worst company I have dealt with, so I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs!!

E Consulting UK Ltd is now in liquidation which is the 2nd time they have gone bust. Started up under a new name to give bad service to everyone and go bust again.
Still waiting for a refund.
On Google Ads it says it's shipped the same day. On the website in some places its shipped next day and some places it's shipped the same day.
I ordered last Friday. It's now Thursday and still nothing.
Emailed them twice and heard nothing.
2nd time of using them and first time was just as bad. Wont ever be using again. Find a company who knows what they are doing.
When I went to the website last Friday it said in the basket....
When will you dispatch my order?
When will my order be delivered?
Typically next day
It's now Thursday and it's not arrived. What did I misunderstood ?
You wouldn't have so many emails and phone calls from annoyed customers and wouldn't be getting so many bad reviews if you did what your website says.
Had this happen so many times with them, Ordered a bag, wrong bag sent AND the design was rubber not flock like I asked for. NO PHONE NUMBER on their site which makes you worry, yet all returns must be telephoned in....hmm how to do that.
This is like the 5th time it's been wrong item, delayed, or as happened with my last bag the insides all ripped. Just really don't bother.
I used to be a very satisfied StreetShirts customer, now I neither trust them nor want to even hear of them again.
I've been battling for the last 2 months to get a refund, which they keep promising to process and then it never happens. I've outlined my timeline of issues with dates and the problem.
I have almost given up getting a refund from StreetShirts and want everyone else to know that this could also happen to them. In my opinion, no-one should ever use this company.
The timeline of issues:
22/23 July - I received the a set of tshirts, i had ordered the week before.
I spent the week trying to call StreetShirts, but only getting the answerphone message. No one got back to me at all.
1 August - I send 4 emails trying to get some communication from Streetshirts, with pictures showing the errors.
5 August - I get an email from Daniel Poveda-Sharman, with a return form.
I sent back the garments, filled in the form and requested a refund.
6 August - I received 2 emails from Nicola Ford, with a return form.
7 August - I received an email from Rach telling me to call 0113 263 9722, as it would actually be answered by someone.
23 August - I received a new set of tshirts - even though I had asked for a refund. These were very low quality printing and an embarrassment to their company. I called on the 9722 number and explained the issues and again asked for a refund. I was told to email in the evidence. So I sent an email with the evidence in it. I sent back the garments and again filled in the form asking for a refund.
26 August - I received 2 emails stating that my order has an estimated dispatch date for 30th August. I had no order and had not requested a reprint. I then get an email from StreetShirts stating that 'I have read and understand the faults of your order, I have requested a reprint for you, this is due to leave us at the end of the week.I have also noted your account in regards to the faults in the design, I can understand your frustration and I am so sorry about that.'
I email back asking why I would want another reprint.
28 August - I receive another email from Nicola Ford saying that I can send back the order and I send it back again asking for a refund.
5 September - I have heard nothing from Streetshirts, so I called the new number. I was told to email in proof of postage as they had not received my parcel yet, so I did.
6 September - I received an email from saying that the reprint would be issued and processed within 14 working days. I immediately call and ask why I have not had a refund. They confirm this was an administrative error and send me a second email confirming that their have issued a refund.
During this process, I am continually bombarded with feedback request and I increasingly become frustrated with saying the same thing every time. All i wanted was for the right thing to be done.
Following my negative feedback, I am called to justify my feedback, so I can finally discuss the issues. I outlay my concerns of StreetShirts processes and the time difference between the real world and StreetShirts. I point out how little StreetShirts seems to care about it's customers and how useless the Streetshirts procedures are. They agree to expedite my refund and state that it will be dealt with on Monday 8th Sept, they state that they will email me when it has been processed and issue a £25 voucher to show how StreetShirts does value my custom.
23 September - Having had no communication from StreetShirts and allowed an extra week for the refund. I email and ask where the refund is. They reply and say it 'should be done by the end of the week'
It is now 70 days since I contacted StreetShirts to ask for a refund and the issue is still not solved. This is laughable at best. They have admitted the error and offered a refund, but have failed to provide it.

For a website bragging about quick turnaround (48hr) and constantly having promotions you'd expect a good product. Not here, I thought the website design was great and set up my own shop to push my designs to other members of my kart club. Not only did all this last approximately a month before all the designs dissapeared and not have access to it - also having a new web address which I now have to push... there was no warning of this,or that they were changing servers.
I contacted when the delivery was late, got one response asking for my order number which I had already provided, then no reply.
I now dont trust these and their fluctuating prices - which seem to change with every promotion. why offer constant promotion if you cant fulfil basic promises.
I now dont know what to do with my shop - I invested a lot of time into it, and brought these people business. Im guessing my £3 commission will be lost as you have to reach £50 for a payout! do i really want my friends to use them after this?
As I couldnt do caps on here I used Zazzle to do some and they have been brilliant, no hassle, constant updates and the prices were reasonable.
As Ive found out the hard way - you pay for quality, so if you dont want well made custom products use ss - if you want good stuff go elsewhere

PLEASE LOOK AT MY PROFILE PICTURE THIS IS [Name] OR [Name] COMPANY DIRECTOR FOR STREET SHIRTS
first ordered with street shirts on the 20/08/2013 and waited over two weeks for them to arrive but nothing. tried to contact but nothing after finally getting through to them i was told there was some sort of delay, from this i made a further 7 phone calls some answered and it has been excuse after excuse never the same story the latest story was they had ran out of the paper that i needed in my colours yellow and purple, it is now 28/09/2013 and still no shirts. considering I needed them for an event as i told them that has now passed i think they really don't care about there customer service and if it was my company i would be rather shocked and embarrassed and would offer a refund as well as sending the shirts streetshirts what a joke.
Shirts ordered for an exhibition - paid for overnight delivery. Shirts never came (the exhibition lasted a week too). Contacting these people is impossible, the new help desk doesn't even allow you to log into your account. Just about the worst customer service I have encountered for a long time.
No communication, systems don't appear to work, completely unreliable. I'll need a great deal of persuading to use these people again. This is a company that just does not care. And despite the fact that they cant meet demand - they still keep banging out promo e-mails. Not good at all.
I have been using Streetshirts for a very long time now, and it's very rare that I am ever disappointed with the results, recently however, the performance has dropped significantly. With mine and some of my friends orders, they no longer meet their dispatch guarantee when a few years ago they would, every single time!
This time around, I was unable to log into my account on the website for reasons unknown (I think it's something to do with email addresses being case sensitive, which should be looked into also), so I had to make an order as a guest, which I don't like doing since I can't review my order on the website, but I needed the shirt for a set date (which by the way, passed over a week ago now, so the shirt is no longer necessary...) so I had to make do.
The order was dispatched several days later than their usual guarantee, and I can appreciate that if they're very busy and struggle to meet demands, but this was just ridiculous. On top of that, the shirt simply never arrived. This order was made over a month ago, and I have emailed multiple times which were ignored, until I get redirected to the help-desk site, to which a man named Daniel simply said to contact them again if the shirt hasn't arrived, which I already stated... Daniel's reply was 12 days ago. I replied TWICE, once 11 days ago and again 6 days ago, to which I have had no response.
This has been the worst experience I've had with Streetshirts and has put me off ordering from them again. I can appreciate that it is hard to meet demands sometimes, but ignoring your customers, particularly regular customers like me whom have spent hundreds of pounds on products in the past, is not an acceptable way to behave. The help-desk feature is supposed to HELP sort of issues, but it's just another way to get ignored it seems.
I do not appreciate paying money for something that I never received, and I hate being ignored for weeks on end even more. I will re-write this review when my problem is finally resolved, if it ever gets resolved, which looks pretty doubtful to me.
Edit: In response to the reply from StreetShirts. Thank you, I am grateful for the reprint, but as already stated, the shirt was needed for a set date which has since passed. I can appreciate that it's not your fault if something gets lost in the post, but at the same time, leaving paying customers waiting for such a long time to get any kind of response just isn't good.
I am unaware of anybody else contacting me about the problem, I have received no emails or responses to the helpdesk website.
I usually am not one to take time to write reviews, but on this occasion I make an exemption.
I was genuinely very impressed; start to finish. Creating the online design was very simple, the design function (of getting rid of the excess background/cropping) was fantastic. It was my first self design, so this was very much a prototype my end, and with the help of a voucher code the cost was very cheap.
The shirt arrived very quickly, professionally packaged. The t-shirt was heavy made, quiet a generous size fitting, and the printing spot-on.
I was kept up to date with despatch info.
Being very happy with the service, I will most definitely be using Streetshirt again soon.
What a shambles! After I placed my order and paid in full for my new staff uniform (with three weeks to spare before our grand opening) I was given a dispatch date which was three days later. They advertise next day delivery but I wasn't going to be picky, so I waited patiently for my parcel to arrive. I made a very polite phone call a week later, enquiring into the whereabouts of my shirts and I was told there was a bit of a back log. I gently pointed out that I did need my staff uniform for our open day the following week and I was assured that they would arrive in time. Needless to say, they didn't and I made several frantic phone calls up until that date but I was being told there was a problem with the suppliers. Anyway, our open day went ahead without any smart uniforms, I was not happy. The shirts finally arrived the following week, and imagine my dismay at discovering they had missed out half of my company logo (the text bit that actually tells people what the name of my shop is) on all of the batch. The logo on the back was also placed very low down the shirt which looked ridiculous. I telephoned again and was sent a returns label so that I could get the shirts back for reprinting, To cut an endless story short, They received the shirts, I heard nothing, I emailed asking what was happening, they emailed saying a full refund would be made. I still heard nothing (weeks and weeks have now passed) except automated reply emails saying how fabulous the new Helpdesk is! I email twice more, getting more and more irate at the way I have been treated, still nothing. Thanks a lot Streetshirts. You had my money for a more than a month, and I was forced to go to my credit card to claim it back.
ADDED: I have just read some of the other reviews and agree totally with the other customers who have queried the dodgy looking 5 star feedbacks. One after the other are from all parts of the US, what is that about? Don't they have any t-shirts printers in America? It seems very suspicious that so many Americans would order from a British website.
This company isn't just any ordinary tshirt printing company you would find online or in store. There isn't a restriction unlike other stores on where to put the design you want on your shirt. Plus, their 3 for 2 deal is outstanding and hard to beat!
Here's Streetshirts solution to the previous negative reviews:
1. Cease trading as one ltd company.
2. Sell the assets to a new ltd company under the control of the same directors.
3. Close your Twitter account and Facebook page.
4. Hey presto the slate's wiped clean.
No more negative feedback cos they all refer to a completely different company.
I'm sorry, but I just can't stand by and watch all the obviously fake positive reviews appear about how wonderful a company Streetshirts is. Especially when they suddenly appear in one big chunk, sound generic and lack the real detail and tone of voice you'd expect from genuine customers.
While I ultimately received my order - albeit over a week after it was tagged as dispatched yet postmarked only the day before - Streetshirts' work is nothing special: my logo was too small and some letters were ripped yet passed so-called quality control. I subsequently took my remaining t-shirt order elsewhere and had a proper printer do the work.
For real insight into Streetshirts do a quick search on Twitter to see customer after customer complain about shoddy work, late orders and orders that never arrive, while Streetshirts continually make excuses.
There are plenty of other t-shirt printers out there. You can start by using some of those highlighted on the right-hand side of this page. But don't bother with Streetshirts, they're cowboys.
See what I mean? What are the odds of five first-time posters all from Sri Lanka posting positive reviews within minutes of each other?

When I first visited street shirts, the design
of the website really stood out and wrapped me
in. It was easy to read and they have a lot of
great features. You can make your own custom
tee shirts and even hoodies, plus they dont
restrict where you can place a design. The
shirt is your canvass, express your creativity
to the fullest anywhere on the shirt.
Very rarely is the experience so perfect from an online store, from the website experience through to customer service, speed of delivery and quality of the product. Street Shirts far exceeded all of my expectations - the shirts were amazing and the service was unbeatable! I would recommend this service for everyone, whether they were looking for something similar or not!
Shirt colours were vibrant and looked great. I needed the shirts quickly as i was only visiting for a wedding. Hen party ladies looked hilarious in their matching tees ;)...will definitely use again, good price and great results.
Unfortunately there is not an option to give no stars, if there was streetshirts would be getting no stars.
Shirts ordered 8 weeks ago! Nothing... No shirts and no refund
I have today reported Street Shirts to Trading standards....I urge others to do the same!

I logged onto street shirts and i was so surprised to see this site it was absolutely brilliant the colors were popping out and the UI was eye catching. This site was really an amazement to me not just because the UI was good but also the designs that could be put on the shirts.
Needed a few promo tshirts for an event I was participating in. I've used some other online tshirt printing companies before and googled to find something different. (Didn't care for the prices of the other companies). I was honestly shocked that I ended up designing a shirt with a company out of the country. However, the tshirts came in 2 days earlier than expected. My only concern was that it did take about 2 days for customer service to respond to my inquiries but other than that, but they were very helpful when they did respond. Everything was pretty good. The color of the tshirts and the image have actually retained after 2 washes.

Thank you so much for my recent purchase. Your shirt made me look so unique at the latest art festival I went to in town. The prices were low enough for me to afford on my limited budget, and the quality will last me many more outings! Thank you again, I will spread the word to my friends!
Custom shirts are perfect as a gift!
I purchased some for me and my friends ,and also for some birthday and anniversary parties and they looked so good .
They let me design the T-shirt exactly how I wanted and easily. Also , the delivery was quick. Planning to get more. Great experience.!
There is no doubt in my mind that streetshirts.co.uk is the best t-shirt company on the web not only through their products but also in their unbeatable customer service. I needed some shirts for my company retreat and streetshirts delivered on time, outstanding quality, and of coarse amazing customer support even from a company on the other side of the Atlantic! I hands down would recommend using street shirts for any of your t-shirt and accessory needs over any other company on the web, even in the world!

Went to Streetshirts website in hopes to design my own t-shirt, and got to do just that! The website is very easy to use and the designing process was fun and easy. They printed my shirts quick and shipped them quick. Good quality shirts, good pricing. Awesome!
