Gone down the pan

Paid a lot for two shirts that arrived a week late and VERY poor quality.
They said they would replace/reprint but after three weeks I've filed a paypal claim for a full refund.
A farce of a company, if I don't get a refund then a chargeback is going to be issued.

I have got the shirts from Time to Run, they sorted it quick and delivered within 48hrs.

Severely Disappointed

I recently bought a "Zoodie" for a friend a week ago. I paid £42 for it and Special Delivery postage. They wouldn't answer a single email or phone call and believe me I phoned a lot. They also refused to give me any delivery tracking, so I have to sit around all day and wait for my order. I'm still waiting a week later. Used them last year for a shirt and they were fine, this year they have appalled me. Don't use them. At one point I even heard them pick up the phone and slam it to hang up several times. Ruined my week.

Showed up with the wrong design

I ordered one shirt with a voucher code, and 3 weeks later my shirt arrived with a word missing from it (it was just text on the front), which made the design pointless. They also sent a Queen t-shirt that I didn't order or want. I've emailed them requesting a refund, but haven't heard back yet. I'm not particularly impressed, especially since the stage progress says that it was quality checked at one point. I find that hard to believe.

Keep well away!

Not a single number connects, e-mail is automated. They just take your money and run. You have more chance getting hold of Father Christmas. NatWest told me to inform the police...that's how serious they thought it was.

Great product, slightly slow delivery.

I ordered a custom t-shirt from Streetshirts and the product was fantastic, everything I hoped it would be. The only negative is the delivery took a while, but this was in a very busy period, so may usually be better. Would recommend.

Excellent site, very helpful

I liked how easy it was to use, how helpful and friendly the whole site was. I've used other customisation site before, and this one is the best by far.

Terrible company!!!!

Terrible customer service. Was told my shirt would be here about a week ago and it has still not turned up. Customer service were no help at all and lied just to get you off the phone. Would not use this company again!!

Quick and Quality Prints

Recently ordered 3 shirts to be printed, all for a very reasonable price and quick dispatch time. Could keep a eye on their progress through the development stage under account which was very useful as gave me an idea of when to expect them to my door. When they came quality through was perfect.

Fast, friendly, accurate - just what I wanted in a T-shirt printer

I'd been given a T-shirt made by Streetshirt for my birthday so I when needed a polo shirt with my company logo on it I went to them as the quality of the T-shirt and the printing was good. I'd left it late as usual, so was pleased when it was easy to set up the print, get an email to check with someone else for overall look, then order. Delivery would only have been faster if I'd not ordered it late on a Friday, but still came in plenty of time and I love it. Going to get more from them

Brilliant quality and a total bargain!

I had a promo code, so was dubious about what to expect in terms of quality, but I was delighted with the outcome.

The design service was very easy to use and I was able to upload a PNG file that had transparency and it worked perfectly. The colours were an exact match on the T-Shirt when it arrived and it matched what I had seen in the preview.

Also delivery was pretty fast, it was packaged well too with some extra nice little surprises

I would strongly recommend this great company!

Great Quality and Fast

I have used this company a few times now and they are consistently excellent.

Perfect and exactly what I wanted, LOVE THEM!

I'm usually pretty worried about ordering custom tees online but decided to go with Streetshirts as they seemed reputable and had good reviews overall. When my shirt arrived it was nicely presented and wrapped and looked fantastic!! The printing was bold and cut out precisely no blurring or lopsidedness which was great and I loved their review system so you can see exactly who made your shirt and rate exactly how well you think it turned out!! With their great customer service and speedy printing and delivery I would definitely recommend Streetshirts and will use them again if I need anything to be customised

No going back.

After using this company numerous amounts of times. I'm really happy with the quality of the Tshirt and the print, even after washing the image doesn't fade like other companies I have used in the past. If you're wanting a personal design by yourself or one you can quickly create. I would advise you to use this printing company! 5* all the way.

Perfect service every time

I have ordered from Streetshirts 3 times now (using the create your own design function). The site is simple to use, the quality is excellent, prices are cheap (plenty of special offers as well) and the processing and delivery times are very reasonable. I'll definitely be using them again

Arrogant and non-helpful customer service

Customer service are unable to tell you what type of colour their t-shirts are, which they state in a arrogant way. Avoid.

Another Great T-Shirt!!!!

Got a tee from Streetshirts the web page was well laid out order was simple to do the order arrived a few days later in its own bag wrapped in tissue with a red ribbon.since I am a competitive Body Builder need tees to make me stand out at Comps next year

My order was delivered very fast. The Thsirts were in perfect conditions, wrapped in paper and also some sweets and a few vouchers came with my order. I will definitelz use streetshirts again ... for private as well as for my business.

GREAT ALL ROUND EXPERIENCE - A PLEASURE TO USE

This company delivers in style. My order was on time, in perfect condition, prettily wrapped with ribbon and included a little tube of love heart sweets. As my T shirt was for my amazing boyfriend, it made us both smile. Would definitely use Streetshirts again, I've just got to think of another person to design a gift for!

Fantastic service, great quality item, and a nice little extra in the package!

One of our items were giftwrapped with a ribbon (no extra charge!) and the other came with a small packet of love-hearts. I love this company and will continue to use them for custom items.

Fantastic service, excellent quality

I wanted to do something different for my brother in laws 70th Birthday and thought about a T personalised T shirt. I looked at many sites on the web but Streetshirts was the only one I found that would do everything I wanted, from printing on the front and sleeves to a photo of him 50 years ago on the back. I received the T shirt within 3 days, and the quality of the printing is fantastic as is the quality of the T shirt. Would recommend to everyone to give them a go.

I've never come across a website that allows you to design your own t-shirt online, manipulate it, preview it and order it. With a few minor trips along the way, I soon got the hang of the software and produced a satisfactory design that was actually better than I'd envisaged and surprisingly inexpensive. The whole process of producing and dispatching the item was complete in under 3 days and I had received it by the end of the week. The garment itself was perfect and exactly as it looked in the on-line preview. It was a birthday present for a friend, the design representing a line from one of her own songs; she absolutely loved it and it fitted her perfectly. Every aspect of the gift was a total success and a joy to create, receive and give. I will certainly recommend your service to anyone I know who wants to do something similar. unique!

Wanted to get a personalised t shirt for newest grandchild reflecting her Welsh, Scottish & American ancestry! Streetshirts allowed me to design one - It was quite easy even for PICNIC* type grandma! and the end result was just perfect ! there were some problems with stock and availability but the personal contact ( phone and email) was prompt and efficient and there was in the end minimal delay. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - FANTASIC COMPANY

I ordered a sweatshirt for my 2 year old that I had trouble ordering online and so had a "virtual conversation" to get sorted. I could not sort the layout problem out but the virtual agent took over and made sure that the design was exactly as I wanted it. The garment arrived early and was perfect in every way - What a GREAT company! Would definitely use again and again and recommend to anyone!

another excellent shirt delivered

I've just received my 3rd t-shirt from Streetshirts and every one of them has been easy to design and order. The print quality and the t-shirt quality is very good and the delivery time was always excellent. I'm planning to design and order t-shirts for friends for Christmas so I shall be using Streetshirts.
