This is probably the most user friendly website for designing shirts that I have ever used. I needed shirts for my nursing class and I was able to design exactly what I wanted and customize it as much as I wanted. The shirts are great and I plan on ordering again!
I must say I was impressed with how fast my order was processed and shipped to me and I live in Jamaica! I ordered 2 t-shirts for my son to wear at his football games and I was pleased with how well the logo was neatly designed and firmly printed at the front and back of the shirts! Even after the first 8 washes, the logo was not washed out not even one bit! Streetshirts is the best t-shirt printing company I have used. I used other companies like Spreadshirt.com and their logo design, neatness and durable of the logo was not half as good as Streetshirts! I will be ordering more t-shirts from Streetshirts for my son and also myself!!! :))
This was my first experience with Streetshirts. I loved their site which makes designing easy. There are lot of options for designing what you desire. I designed a t shirt myself. They delivered quickly. Price was reasonable. The product was fit well for me. I satisfied with their service.
I'm having such a frustrating time with this Streetshirts. I placed 3 orders on the 24th and 27th August. Since then the following has happened:
Order #1 took 3 days to dispatch. Not 1 day as advertised. No sign of order 10 days after this. I contact SS via email. After no reply 3 days later, I chase it up and eventually get a reply. Advised that it is not lost until 14 days has expired. As it is day 10 I will wait another 4 days if necessary.
Order #2 Ordered 27th August, dispatched 3rd Sept. Why did it take a week to dispatch? Arrives 4th Sept. 2 x t-shirts in the order. There are splodges on one of the design and they have been printed smaller than I designed it, the edges around the circles are wobbly, cutting into some of the lettering and one of them is slightly off centre. So much for "we don't alter your image at all" policy.
Why did you not print the image at the right size? What is the point of putting the measurements on the design if these are not the ones you print at?
They are a birthday present so the are no good. Can not find the returns request button as described in their returns policy. WHY, where is the button???? Sent email on 4th Sept. No reply 4 days on. This is for a birthday so time is of the essence! The request is still 'awaiting assignment to a support agent'. It is now Sunday, Birthday is on Wednesday. I gave it over 2 weeks. Thought that would be enough time.
Order #3 Ordered 27th August, dispatched 3rd Sept. Again why did it take a week to dispatch? Arrives 5th Sept, along with order #1 with the same dates stamp as orders #2 & 3. So was lied to about the dispatch date of order #1. Looks like another was sent out after I enquired about it. Why not just say you are sending out another? Apart from the late arrival, this t-shirt is ok.
Order #3 is the wrong colour t-shirt. I don't want this colour. Again there is no 'returns request' button available on the order history, so I open up yet another request but still awaiting a response 3 days on. Again the request is still 'awaiting assignment to a support agent'.
These problems are not being dealt with if no-one has been assigned to them are they?
Out of desperation, today I have even sent a message via twitter. No replies at all to any of my attempts to communicate.
I have followed up both my requests with a threat to do a PayPal charge-back if no-one responds. I will follow up on this threat on Tuesday if I hear nothing.
Will I use them again? Well I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt in case they are suffering from staffing problems, so this depends on how they deal with the return and reprint of my orders. So far, I find their printing shoddy and their customer service quite frankly non-existent.
Come on Street Shirts please prove me wrong, I want to use you for all my Christmas presents but I don't think my nerves can take it!
UPDATE OCTOBER 7TH:
Finally got a reply! Was supplied with returns address. Returned the items. Had confirmation of their receipt, but still no refund. Contacted them AGAIN. After being asked to supply proof of delivery to confirm the cost of the return postage, I have heard nothing after emailing this 12 days ago.
So I have lost all patience and followed through with my threat of a PayPal dispute with them as I do not trust Streetshirts AT ALL to refund. Have dropped my rating to 1 star now.
Oh how I wished I'd found these reviews before ordering from streetshirts. I chose them for their quick turnaround promises as my team needed shirts within 2 weeks, ample time I thought given their next day promise.
7 Shirts ordered on the 25th August for £78.91 and according to my account posted on the 28th. But we are now 4th September and no shirts have arrived, our event is on Saturday 7th so I need them by Friday at the very latest, it's not looking good. I emailed yesterday to find out what was king on, no response to that either.
Quite honestly I think these guys are cowboys, full of shiny helpful promises but once they've got your money they fail to deliver. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
I am out of pocket by nearly £80 that I can ill afford with nothing to show for it.
Updated 5th Sept.
T-shirts arrived today in the nick of time which was a huge relief. I did receive a response to my email shortly after I placed my original review saying that they would reprint and upgrade me to express delivery if the shirts weren't received which I was definitely greatful for. I think if you've got plenty of time before an item is needed then Streetshirts can deliver, I think the expectation created by the same day dispatch is causing a lot of the issues they are having. I chose them because we were tight for time and ended up pretty stressed as day after day they didn't arrive. If I'd of known they'd be this long I wouldn't of panicked.
However they are here now, I have a happy team and we look forward to wearing our shirts on Saturday.
I ordered 10 T-Shirts at a cost of £83.36 for a charity event that was taking place on the 24th August. I ordered on the 5th August and was given an estimated dispatch date of 8th August. A week or so after that date I chased the company who said there was a delay due to increased work following a promotion. After more chasing they told me that the shirts were finally dispatched on 20th August.
The charity event took place and we had no shirts. We then had to spend another £35 buying some plain t-shirts on the day in the high-street.
The T-Shirts finally arrived on the 29th August with a postmark of 27th August, so they have siomply lied about having posted on the 20th!
I no longer have any need for the printed T-Shirts and have wasted £83 as well as the extra £35. Their customer sevice department is totally unhelpful, simply repeatedly stating that the matter is resolved as the t-Shirt were posted on the 20th. Absolutely infuriating. They clearly don't care about customer experience. As soon as they have your money they have no interest in whether you recieve your order in any reasonable time, or are in any way satisfied.
The also told me that due to the delay there would be a voucher in the package, no voucher...another lie. However, I would not give this company another penny so I wouldn't want the voucher anyway. They later followed this up with an emailed voucher, but no way will I be using that.
Now the t-shirts have arrived they are a little bit shoddy anyway, the printing is a little squint. This would have been acceptable had they arrived in time for the event!
In summary, a very bad experience. Unreliable, terrible production times, dishonest and not interested in customer experience once you've paid. Avoid at all costs. I should have read the online reviews before ordering, had I don so I would have gone elsewhere. They keep responding to poor reviews by saying staffing is now better, yet another lie clearly!
Placed the order 26/08, as I needed the T-Shirts on Saturday 31/08. Fine I thought, they will be delivered on Thursday, as it says on their website. Order went through with no problems, but has since been stuck in "Order in Production" since the 28/08. I have called at least half a dozen times, left four voicemails, and have sent four emails. As yet, I am yet to hear ANYTHING from this company. My last email sent Monday 02/09 is requesting cancellation as they have missed the important deadline, and I need to take my business elsewhere. Again, no response.
So what do I do now? I have paid for T-shirts which I do not have, I want to cancel the order, but short of driving up to Leeds and speaking to an actual person I have no way of getting through to these Jokers. They have 48 hours to respond, or I will be contacting my Credit Card company for a chargeback.
After the initial glitches with a website that kept freezing and over printing, i was ready to give up, logged out.......and then couldn't find a better deal or guaranteed quick turnaround on any other site, so I gave it another shot.
This time I designed and completed my order without hitches and sat back to await delivery confirmation. I needed a 72hr turnaround and was therefore horrified to receive an email the following day advising that I hadn't paid for my order - but I had, I'd used PayPal !
I tried to ring Streetshirts, both on the number quoted on the website AND the number given in the email. Both were attached to annoyingly automated services, both of which left me hanging on for several minutes before cutting me off dead.
I thought I was doomed. These was no chance an email response, their response etc was going to get my order through in time....or was there?
The following morning I was greeted by a friendly email from Nicoal in Customer Services, who explained that two identical orders had been placed, one of which hadn't been paid for (my abortive first attempt??) and the second was currently being processed and packed for dispatch!
Hooray!!! My beautiful team t-shirts turned up with a day to spare, looking sharp and smart and wrapped in tissue paper tied with a ribbon!! I was VERY impressed with the outcome and will be adding this company to my 'Favourites'.

Streetshirts.co.uk has no customer service strategy in place at all - no replies to our repeated calls and emails; they never answer the telephone number advertised on their website or the number given in online directories; no attempt whatsoever has been made to explain or apologise. We made an order on 10 August, our money was swiftly taken but the contract has still not been fulfilled (27 August). So much for guaranteed next day dispatch! We are now concerned our experience is being repeated time and again with other innocent customers and we are being advised accordingly. As things stand we strongly urge potential customers not to deal with this company.
I have been using streetshirts.co.uk for a couple of years now and I love the site and also their site features that enables you to import images and apply some excellent effects before committing to a final design.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews here until after I had placed the order.
Despite having claimed to have shipped the shirts (admittedly a day late) there is no sign of them and no reply from Streetshirts themselves (apart from an automated reply from their automated email appeasement system).
A waste of time and money; I am glad I paid by credit card so I can reclaim from them.
Didn't find out had bad Streetshirts was until it was too late... We took their promise on dispatch date to be accurate, however when the item didn't turn up we checked on the order and they have yet to produce it, let alone dispatch it.
It's now too late for our brand launch to make alternative arrangements and rather than having a brand T-Shirt on our upper body's we'll have egg on our face.
Streetshirts are a disgrace and they know it, Twitter is full of complaints, they blocked people from reading the complaints on Facebook, and found plenty of website with story's of other failed orders.
They didn't even have the decency to let us know they would fail to honour their promises, however they did manage to send us an email with a promotion for more T-Shirts... - I don't think so!
I ordered a Tshirt on the 16/07/2013 and was finally dispatched on the 29/07/2013. Been waiting ever since for it to come to my door. I wanna take it on holiday with me which is on the 31/08/2013. thats why I ordered it in July. Royal Mail normally isnt this slow at delivering on First class but I don't want to complain too much. All my other orders in the past have come on time and I love this site. I would...recommend this site to anyone but careful...some orders may take....longer...
I don't want to reprint this design just yet, I'm going to wait slightly longer for it to come to my door. My other tshirt didn't arrive until 2 weeks later... I was happy with that tshirt.
I do hope it comes before 30/08/2013 so I can pack it for holiday.
EDIT: Its now 19/08/2013 and still no tshirt...
Order for 14 t-shirts made on 13/06/13 for £238.07. Original estimated dispatch date for the order was 01/07/13. Now two months later still no delivery and T-shirts are yet to be printed.
Customer service department are friendly enough when you get through on the phone, but they have not been able to make any meaningful difference to the progress of this order.
Cannot recommend streetshirts to anyone as they have failed miserably.
Edit (29/08/2013): 77 days after ordering the t-shirts - 12 have turned up, 2 short of the 14 I ordered. This took quite a lot of effort on my behalf chasing Streetshirts up including using their executive complaints procedure. I have chosen not to chase up the remaining 2 t-shirts as I cannot be bothered with any further hassle over this.
Edit (09/09/2013): I was on this website checking out another company following my experience with Streetshirts and noticed something worth commenting on. Streetshirt reviews from the UK recently are mainly negative and Streetshirts reviews from outside the UK are mainly positive.....
Following this realisation, I did a little check; to sign up in the UK using truspilot.co.uk you can only do so via Facebook meaning that your identity is verified against another source. If you sign up using trustpilot.com you can give any name and address as you please without being verified against another source. I hope no one is using this to give a false impression of Streetshirts....
When they deliver, they deliver with quality. But from the orders I have made, that's about a 50% success rate. Half the time things turn up weeks late or, in one case, not at all. God help you if you then need to sort that out, you can never get through on the phone and in spite of professing "aim to respond within 24 hours" it takes days to get a response by email from the helpdesk. And then it's an offer of a reprint... which may take another month to arrive.
Despite the flashy website, they are clearly amateurs well out of their depth.
The website is very intuitive in that it was very easy and simple to select the type of design I want. The t-shirt I received was exactly the matching design of what I requested on the website. Overall, great service and support from the Street Shirts Team.
Ordered 2 T shirts with my own logo came on reasonable time but !
Printing out of align sent them back , but due to lack of communication & with no one answering the phone I don't know what the hell is going on.
I have made several phone calls different times of the day & all you get is a answer machine.i have sent several emails no reply its a complete joke.
This was going to be a large order ?
I ordered several hoodies off Streetshirts on 2nd July for a performance with a dance company. I used them in the past and had no issues. The product was dispatched a week after the due dispatch date. When I received the product it was mis-printed. When I eventually managed to get hold of someone on the telephone the agent was nice and friendly and promised me a replacement would be dispatched the next day. Two days later I received a dispatch email, which was a day late. I also haven't yet received my product. When I finally got hold of someone at Streetshirts requesting my refund they said they could not refund bespoke items. I have been chasing them ever since to say that I have still not received my items and their phone system also says they have no one to take the call, I leave voicemails and no one ever gets back to me. I have tried emailing them several times, and no one gets back to me. I was on a time limit with this product which has now passed and I am extremely disappointed. I have still not had anyone get back to me, or my product. It's funny that after looking at some of the other reviews they seem to blame Royal Mail a lot!
I created a design on streetshirts and said delivery would be next day so thought brilliant as was a joke shirt for a leaving present. This was ordered on the Monday morning. His last day was the Friday so good it will be here by the latest on Weds. Was just a little below vistaprint who were slightly more expensive due to the shipping costs.
Weds came and still no sign of the tshirt. Thursday arrived and was now getting desperate as still no sign of the shirt. I emailed and said could I pay the extra for express delivery if the item would be dispatched today so would arrive in time tomorrow. They were very quick to take th extra money. This joke t shirt was now costing £30.
Friday comes and no sign of the t shirt and it hasnt even been dispatched. The joke present was now a waste and wont be used at all as they have now left the country.
Eventually the item was received on the Weds. So I ended up paying for an express delivery service of £8.99 extra on top of what I had already paid and it took 4 days to arrive when its an express next day delivery. Shocking!!!
I emailed them and they said it would be passed onto their accounts dept for a refund. Two weeks on and I have still not received a refund. Emailed again a few days ago but still no response.
I've had no problem either of the times I've ordered with Streetshirts. Ordering online was simple and relatively easy (mainly my lack of creativity that stopped me from doing things easily) probably a little longer on delivery than I would have liked but I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't an issue. The t-shirt was really good quality that I received and I'm really chuffed with it.
Well I ordered these two t-shirts and not only did I get an amazing £5 off due to buying 2 tops, but I also got 50% off my second top due to a promotional offer! I have continued to use this site, as its quick and easy! Despite this, my order was dispatched a week after expected and turned up the following week but I personally didn't need it in a hurry so I was more than happy to wait! The wait was worth it and the quality if the tshirts were perfect! Thankyou for an easy and simple custom tshirt!
Despite a lot of the recent horror stories, I’m quite happy to say that I’ve had a rather good experience with StreetShirts; not quite perfect sadly, but still pretty good.
My T-shirt was printed and despatched on the same day as I ordered, and it arrived within 48 hours. However, I was a little disappointed to see that the colour of the fabric looked a good shade or two lighter in real life than it had looked on-screen. I know that obviously, screen settings can play a part in this, but I’ve not adjusted any colour settings on my screen since the day I bought it.
Secondly, I had a small yet deliberate white border around my image to make it stand out a little more against the blue T-shirt; this had sadly been removed from the image in the production process, I assume due to it being misinterpreted as unwanted white space at the edge.
I contacted the support team about this; they were pretty helpful and response times were generally quite fast. They said they’d be happy for me to return the shirt for either a reprint, refund or vouchers of equal value. Since I decided I wanted to make the image a little bigger as well as change the colour of the shirt, I opted to take vouchers so I could reorder.
They gave me a prepaid return label and I sent the shirt back. I was a little worried when they were showing no records of receiving the shirt back after almost a week, as it was sent back first class. Chalking it up to having got lost in the post, they kindly gave me vouchers anyway and I proceeded to reorder. Having discussed with them quite clearly that I wanted the white border to remain intact this time, they told me to email these instructions across after placing my new order. I did this, and received a reply saying that my instructions had been received, acknowledged and understood.
Again, my second shirt was sent out the same day and arrived within 48 hours. I’d chosen a darker colour this time, so got exactly the colour I wanted. However, frustratingly despite everything I’d discussed with them, the white border had been removed yet again; I know much of the process is automated and they clearly work at a pretty hectic pace, but after being told they’d got my instructions and would follow through on them, it’s a little disappointing. I didn’t think it was worth sending it back and asking for a reprint yet again, as it would be a waste of an otherwise perfectly good shirt. I did inform them of this, however, and they gave me a £5 voucher as an apology. The print quality on both shirts came out well and the shirt material seems to be of fairly good quality as well.
One other issue I had earlier on was that of trying to log in to my account; after placing my initial order, I found that I simply couldn’t log in to the site. I checked over and over to make sure I was entering my email address and password correctly, but it still wasn’t working. Support didn’t seem to have a solution for this either, until I randomly tried entering my login email entirely in lower case, which then worked. It was a little frustrating that I basically had to work out the login solution myself.
Overall, other than a couple of minor niggles, I’ve had a largely good experience with StreetShirts and would be happy to use them again in future. However, I should also mention that, after my first order, I recommended them to a friend who sadly hasn’t had quite as much luck with them, with quite a lot of delays with his order. I don’t know if I’m simply one of the lucky ones, if he’s one of the unlucky ones, or if mine was made a lot faster because I had a simpler design; I can’t know for sure if my experience with them is indicative of the majority, but personally things went relatively smoothly with them.
My main advice is to order shirts a shade darker than you actually want in order to get the right colour. If there's a white border around your image, they'll probably remove it whether you want it removed or not.
I orderered 3 t shirts on the 21st and 25th june 2013.
The two shirts from the 21st have arrived and are absolutely fine.
They took between 4 to 5 weeks to arrive due to using supersaver delivery and vouchers but the one ordered june 25th which should have arrived july 11th has still not arrived due to excessive orders I was told by email.
I like all others are frustrated by the long waits they subject us to but I think they are so competitive on price and have so many offers that they get overwhelmed at times.
I would order again but having in mind if I want it cheap then ill have to wait !
I ordered 28 Tshirts on 3/7/13 and they gave me an estimated despatch date of 5/7. Excellent, I thought, that's really fast. I didn't really need the Tshirts until 25/7 anyway. Nothing happened on the 5th, but I got a message on 10/7 saying your order has been despatched. A bit delayed, but nothing too bad, should be with me in a few days I thought. A few days went, and a few more, and a few more. No delivery. Eventually I emailed them to ask where it was. "We sent it on 10/7, should be with you." Asked them what happens if its lost in the post. "We can't re-make them til 14 days after the despatch date, there's no tracing on these orders so we can't see where they are." I thought hopefully they're a bit delayed, they'll show up in time. They didn't so I got back to them with a few days left til I needed them. "We can remake them now, but if you want them for 25/7 you'll have to pay £40 for guaranteed delivery." Emailed them a few more times, informing them that obviously, this was silly, but they didn't budge and said it was royal mail's fault not theirs. £40 or no shirts. Called them up, they said there was no chance the order would be done in time, said I want my money back, they said wait a minute, we'll check our stock levels and call you back. Didn't hear from them. Cancelled my payment with my credit card company.
The thing that really gets me, is when they said £40 for guaranteed delivery, their policy states if a guaranteed delivery doesn't come in time they'll give a £10 voucher. But when I called, they said there was no chance the order would be with me in time. So why were they trying to get me to pay £40 for a delivery date they knew I definitely wouldn't get.
Absolute joke of a company. Use someone else.
I'm not sure if you're aware but, after I thought more about the original negative review I wrote about Streetshirt on the Trustpilot website, I removed my comments. Why? I felt that in my fury with this experience with all this I began paraphrasing, drawing up accusations and opinions when that really wasn't the purpose of the review service.
Ultimately, yes I had a bad experience. But you know what, shit happens. Sometimes. I am sure you guys were trying your best but from my perspective it didn't look or feel like it at all. And after reading the negative reviews on Trustpilot, it fed my fury further.
This all started with my order at Streetshirt being delayed, which I paid extra for to ensure a "guaranteed delivery date" on Saturday. I was upset when I didn't get my order on time as I had planned to showcase the design at an event that very same day, which would have also in turn been good return business not to mention future potential business to those whom I was showcasing.
Needless to say, I lost out on coverage and was very unhappy about this. So, I tweeted about it. They replied, and asked me to e-mail them. I did so, as well as communicate with one of their "live chat" agents. As my complaint unveiled, they left the conversation. Now, from my perspective as a customer that was just what provoked me to take this up a notch.
It is not my intention to get anyone of your staff in trouble, even if my original review was damaging to your PR. Perhaps this is an important lesson to be learnt on your part as a B2C service.
My advice - sort out your customer support platform and customer relations management. Do not use twitter (or any social media) as a means to communicate with your customers' complaint on - this can be very dangerous for your PR because everyone can see it, as we have seen in my case.
Lastly, I must have emailed firstname.lastname@example.org half a dozen times and yet you said all you could see was the original "Twitter" message which flagged the ZenDesk ticket. I cannot speculate what the problem was, only that there quite evidently was one.
I could leave it at that but my concern is that you've obviously got major problems on your end. Whatever they are, they seem to be on going according to that review site and you don't seem to be taking the necessary steps to fix these issues. Brand value & PR is important, equally is customer loyalty, conversion, and return sale.
I'm sure you all don't need to be lectured by a customer and many of you know this but there is a different between knowing and acting upon it. They say, "the customer is always right" but I'm not just any customer. I have worked in online marketing for twelve years, so I know what I am talking about. Further more, I used your selected your good-value services to conduct my own business - which didn't work out for me.
I suppose companies will always be at the mercy of their customers, but I believe that it is how a company truly values and manages their expectations that count the most toward brand confidence and loyalty.
Even though I removed my original comments, I still stand by them. I removed them because it wasn't entirely fair on Streetshirt but very personal on my part.
Thank you for your feedback. And I hope you all take something positive away from this.
Best of luck!
PS. Sorry If I seem to repeat myself but repetition promotes the acquisition of knowledge.
Well, I have been lied to constantly by streetshirt. They have cancelled 3 of my orders after waiting over 30 days for them. They have had my money for 40 days now and I now have to wait another 14 days for a refund to be processed, On-top of that I did not ask for the orders to be cancelled, they just decided that "oh its too complicated we cant be bothered" so cancelled all 3 orders after 30 days of waiting around on my todd. I was lied to repeatedly in email being told that the design was too complex and they couldn't print it, rubbish! - i already have a the same t-shirt from streetshirt that I ordered earlier in the year... another lie. I have had lies after lies being told to me which makes streetshirt look like a knock-off back of the lorry job. It is the worst customer service I have EVER had and I promise to anyone out there who is thinking of using them - they will screw you over in a blink of a eye. I am a business man and I will most certainly NOT use streetshirt ever again for this type of service.

I tried calling, live chat, email, and calling some more but nobody seems to answer or get back to me.
Have i done something wrong? I'm still waiting for my t-shirts to be delivered would just like to know where they are? The pricing seemed to good to be true and its causing me concern that their is non-existent support and non-existent product at my door!
Order dispatched 6 days ago, first class royal mail isnt this slow..
I've been waiting for over two months for my items which, browsing down some of the other reviews here, actually turns out to be not that long at all... Great!
At this stage though it's not the late (non) delivery that really irritates me but the fact that each time I get in touch about this, I'm lied to by a different member of the customer service team who tells me the item will be dispatched either that day or the next. If you're going to screw me over then at least have the decency to be honest about it.
The sad thing is I remember ordering some things with them previously about a year ago, and the service was great; the items were sent on time and even came with a little package of sweets - a bit gimicky maybe, but a nice touch, and one that just goes to show how far downhill things have gone. Now all I get is no items and lied to.
All in all - very frustrating and disappointing. I will defintely never use these guys again.
I ordered a T-Shirt for a birthday present. It came late and they used the wrong fabric for the design ( I had selected cream denim they used gold glitter) also the T-shirt should have been dark green and came out a light green colour. As this was my first time trying this and customer service response initially seemed good and I had left nearly a month to get the present I ordered a new T-Shirt trusting that this time they would prioritise getting the order right and sent the other T-shirt back for a refund last Saturday.
Currently my new order which said it would be dispatched next day before I ordered it is saying it won't be dispatched until 22 July ( I ordered it on the 4 July 2013) and when I contacted customer services, who had confirmed that they had checked my order after making it and it was all fine on the day I placed the second order, they couldn't find my order at all and asked me to provide them with the order reference again.
I within an hour copied the whole thing and sent it to them, have tried calling them (just cut's off or says leave a message) and sent numerous emails. I had thought with all the previous problems they would have made sure that I got good service this time round. Now I am wondering if the whole thing is a scam and hoping that they will at least have the decency to respond so I know whether I need to run around looking for a new replacement present at the last minute (not to mention having to do this while currently doubly out of pocket with nothing to show for it). Possibly the problem is that I am just one small order of many but surely they can do better than this?????
In any case I think I will skip the stress in future and shop else where. Here's hoping they actually give me the refund on the first shirt and by some miracle they get their act together and send me the new one as I ordered it by next week!!!
EDIT 1: Still no refund but I have been advised that funds should be received back on my card shortly, I will let you know.
Apparently my second ordered T-Shirt will be dispatched today and they have upgraded me to special delivery so it should arrive on Tuesday. Obviously will wait to see what transpires and update accordingly.
EDIT 2: I have dropped the rating now as although the T-Shirt came this morning (wednesday a day later than promised) they messed up the order again this time it was worse as the message is completely wrong and must have been mixed up with another order (I wonder if some poor person has ended up with my message) and again they have have used gold glitter instead of cream denim although apparently this time their customer service person had personally double checked the order to make sure it was right. I give up can't see any refunds on my account and I have now wasted nearly £60 with pretty much nothing to show for it and had to run out at lunch time and get a substitute present which considering I ordered this one over a month ago isn't even close to as good as this would have been had they got it right. I have dropped my rating to one star and my advice would be as I have changed my opinion to - don't touch them with a barge pole!
I ordered some shirts on Friday, which are needed for a stag do this coming Friday. I thought that would give plenty of time for them to arrive, but I have no idea as to whether this will happen. The expected time of delivery was Monday/tuesday. I am happy for them to come tomorrow, but no one responds to calls, emails, help desk.
If you're constantly too busy to fulfil your orders, then maybe you should take on more staff, and at the very least, don't make promises you can't keep.
If I had researched this company before placing my order, I wouldn't have gone near them.
I'm going to have to shell out to reorder them locally if they are not here tomorrow, AND CANCEL MY ORDER but I can't speak to anyone to go through this with.
Worst customer service I have ever had. Clearly cutting too many corners to get their prices down, at the cost of being anywhere near decent.

If you're ever at the crossroads between Streetshirts and Vistaprint, go for the latter.
I've placed an order for 4 mugs on the 9th of June, it was a few £ pounds cheaper than Vistaprint so decided to go with Streetshirts, big mistake!
Thinking I have 1 month until the birthday I thought I'll go for the Super Saver delivery, otherwise the price would have been higher than Vista, or Tesco, etc
Today still not received the order, contacted them by email and got a reply that the mugs were dispatched. Not sure what to think, I work with Royal Mail on a daily basis and in high volumes and so far never had a complain about items not being received, again not sure what to think. Anyway, I was assured that the items will be reprinted and resent.
Birthday has now passed, feel disappointed and a bit ashamed to have been the one with the awkward excuse "Your gift is in the post". As it stands the items will be dispatched on the 15th of July and I'm bracing for the unknown :(
I have placed another order for a t-shirt that was suppose to be dispatched on the 2nd of July. It hasn't even gone to production.
Very bad service and unfortunately at the time of my order I've recommended them to someone else who will probably go through the same ordeal.
EDIT 1: Got several replies from streetshirts after posting this, they're redelivering. Let's see when the goods arrive and their quality.
EDIT 2: After complaining yesterday I received the mugs today, special delivery. The quality of the products is BAD! One mug is somewhat good, the rest have the colours faded, almost like they run out of ink when producing them. Again, a mistake on my behalf to use their services, it takes forever to receive stuff, you have to complain to receive stuff, and when you do they are of bad quality. Not sure why this is happening, maybe they're struggling with too many orders but that's no excuse. I would advise people to look at Trustpilot's top companies in the Print&Signs category when choosing. I'm angry with myself for not doing this first.
On the 2nd June I placed an order for several customised hoodies for two charity events, one at the end of June, the other this weekend, although I selected their discounted slower service, (to be dispatched within 14 days), I felt this was plenty of time for them to arrive. Unfortunately nothing has arrived, and I feel like I have been lead on a wild goose chase. Here is a timeline of events:
2nd June - Place Order, told estimated dispatch date is 18th June.
18th June - No action taken on order yet.
19th June - Production started
23rd June - I contact customer services to find out what is happening.
24th June - Order apparently dispatched.
28th June - First event passes, making part of the order irrelevant.
1st July - Contact customer services to chase up.
2nd July - Receive reply asking for me to wait.
4th July - Still no hoodies, chase up again stating I need them for the 12th. Informed that they are reprinting them for me and that they will be dispatched on the 8th. I offer to pay more to get express delivery.
8th July - Told express service will be £49.99, and that items will be dispatched the next day.
9th July - Say I will pay if it guarantees the dispatch date. Told they are upgrading me free of charge.
10th July - No hoodies. Tried calling 50 times, no answer. Slow response to email asking for dispatch confirmation. Reply states that they will be dispatched for arrival on Friday as that's when I need them.
I have absolutely no faith that these items will arrive then. I already have several disappointed girls and irate parents as they have had to pay upfront for the items. We are a charity so cannot afford to take hits like this.
It is almost impossible to get hold of customer services. And whilst it is good that they are quick to order a reprint to replace items, I am concerned by how quickly they agreed bearing in mind the loss they will be making from producing this large order for a second time. (I work in online sales and know that things do not go missing in the post as regularly as seems to be reported on here).
I am hoping they do arrive in time, and will update this review when I know more.
Edit: I have had a very friendly email from a customer service agent, so fingers crossed.
The hoodies arrived today, and are very good quality. So my experience has been more positive. The woman who has been dealing with my messages has been very helpful, however overall a lot of work is needed for their communication and timescales.
I ordered three shirts about four weeks ago, after two weeks they didn't show up so I phoned Streetshirts up on a Tuesday. They said it was going to be reprinted and would be delivered to be by the Saturday. I waited, Saturday came and went, then by Monday afternoon I was annoyed. I phoned up, they said 'Just wait till tomorrow afternoon to phone us again.' So I did, Tuesday came (yesterday) I phoned four times, to reply, I emailed, no reply. I phoned twice today, no reply. Then there was a knock at the door. My shirt! I was so happy, till I opened then packet. Two shirts, instead of three, one shirt is not one I ordered, half of the logos are missing, and the rest that is there is peeling off. I am so shocked I feel like crying, So now I am going to attempt to get a refund, and if the other reviews are anything to go by it will be as difficult as getting the shirts in the first place.
I ordered two tshirts 3 weeks in advance of when I needed them, 2 days before the event one turned up. So i emailed them and they said they had been out of stock, they never told me this so I requested for the 2nd tshirt to be sent out that day so I would have it by the event date. They emailed me, complete lies, saying it had been sent 1st class. It is now the following tuesday and I STILL DONT HAVE IT!!!! they are liars and I will never ever ever shop with them again. If you want my opinion, you should NEVER shop with these people. disgusting customer service as they have not replied to my emails since last week because they lied & I am now taking this higher up! lies & crap customer service = stay as far away as possible from these people!
