Quick, as ordered and bang on time!

I ordered a tee from this company and had my fingers crossed it would arrive in time for an event that I was attending - one where I wanted to advertise my services by emblazoning them accross my chest!

Thankfully, Streetshirts wasn't just quick, it was super-quick. The quality was excellent and the lovely way in which my shirt was packaged just rounded off what was a very pleasant buying experience. You needn't have any hesitation in using Streetshirts, they are absolutely spot on.

Good quality, will use Streetshirts again

I ordered a t-shirt for my housemate for his birthday. The website was easy to use and gave an accurate image of the design before clicking order. I liked that you can do a 360 view, including sleeves to add additional designs.

Hi all, just received my customized T-shirt from Street Shirts. I was not expecting it today. I just placed my order yesterday evening, and I already have the T-shirt in my hand. This is amazing. Today is Tuesday, and I can’t wait for Saturday to show it off to my friends.

What a surprise!!!!!!!!

You should see the t shirt I bought for my sister's 60th birthday.It was truly FANTASTIC .We are quite old and quite sentimental, and I know she will cry when she sees it , and probably wear it for the next week or even month.
We were so pleased with it we straight away ordered another for my husband's brother 's 70th. The service is so quick and I will definetly be back for more .Thank you all so much.

Excellent service and website. The process of design on line is so simple and even if you get it wrong the staff that check and suggest alternatives are excellent. Turnaround could be quicker but sometimes the best is worth waiting for.

I have been quite a fan of personalized shirts and stuff. Of late, I ma finding it hard to have my shirts printed in a timely manner. of course, I also need the prints to be precisely done based on my instructions. Streetshirts has not failed me on those areas. I was particularly impressed by the ease by which I was able to place my order. Needless to say, I would be making use of their services once more as soon as I have a good design in mind.

Hi guys i am here to give my opinion on Street Shirts Co UK. Well, what can i say they are just awesome company to work with and they bring results i mean WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get). The tshirts are very well organized the picture is very optimized of brightness, colours and contrast...just i don't have more words. Buy from them and you won't regret for sure! :)

Super fast

Streetshirts was super easy to navigate and shipped very quickly. Their customer service answer all my questions in a friendly, fast manner. I would used them again in a heart beat!

Horrific

Don't even bother with them, seriously.

A while ago I had a hoodie printed. Long story short, they sent me a hoodie every few weeks with incorrect, terrible quality printing, wrong colour and even wrong brand of hoodie. On the SIXTH attempt, they finally got the printing just about right to the point I could wear it. It took 2 months from ordering to getting this product.

A month ago I was in desperate need for printing, and sadly the *only* place offering to print on an item I wanted was Streetshirts. Hoping I'd be proved wrong that the first time was a fluke, I reluctantly ordered and waited.

Well I didn't expect much and they certainly didn't surprise me. Poor printing on the wrong item of clothing turned up, AGAIN!

I posted it back, with firm instructions as to what I wanted printing and that I needed it for a certain date.

Well, that date is tomorrow. Despite being promised over the phone it WILL be there for the day before, no matter what they will sort it for me as they realise their service was crap, once again, they've been a let down. Whenever the item does turn up, I would actually put money on it being poorly printed once again.

I got more sense from my dog with the customer service, and whoever does the printing needs firing. Honestly how hard can it be to not "approve" horrifically bad quality printing, wonky, poorly cut, wrong colour, wrong size images and text?

I'M ADDICTED TO GRAPHIC TEES

This website is the greatest place for birthday shopping. I have made so many shirts for people and they always make them exactly how i want them. They have good fabric too. I hate companies that will short you with crummy shirts but streetshirts is great. The other thing I really like is the shipping. I hate paying shipping and I hate minimums on orders because I end up wasting so much money just to get the free shipping on other sites. I can't wait to get into vectoring some stuff so I can make some more shirts :D :D :D

5 Star All The Way

I was looking for a way to have a couple of shirts printed for an upcoming company activity that would take place in about 4 days. Because I only had a few days to have everything worked out, I found it hard to really have someone who can do the designs that I want at the most affordable prices and at the soonest possible time. Fortunately, I came across Streetshirts. In as little as 10 minutes, I was able to put the designs that I want. I did not have any problem choosing the short style and even the color as Streetshirts provided a lot of choices that I could go for. I also could not believe my luck when I found out that Streetshirts accepts PayPal payments.

I got the shirt in no time and I was satisfied with the quality. Next time that I need to have printed shirts, I would definitely head to Streetshirts.

Streetshirts made up for a mistake I made (oops!)

My shirts got lost in the post - I assume because of my own mistake (I didn't include my house number in the address :c)

I waited after being told they'd be returned to the sender by my post office, but they didn't arrive back at streetshirts. As soon as I emailed suggesting they'd gotten lost, streetshirts printed them again and shipped them out, at no extra cost to myself. They also arrived the day after they were dispatched the second time around. :)

I just wanted some white text on an orange T-Shirt!

The website just doesn't work, created an eps file which didn't work so then tried a png with out a background, the site did not have to do any work to these files and yet I was unable to select or drag the images onto the t-shirt. Wasted an hour of my life on this, now going elsewhere. Thoroughly annoyed.

Excellent after sales support

The t-shirt got lost in transit (perhaps somewhere there is a postman with my snazzy t-shirt on) and the after sales team were extremely responsive and helpful. They sent a replacement which arrived promptly and was exactly as I had asked for.

Quality control - lacking at this firm

Recently placed an order for two 'self-designed' shirts, for a competition, being held in France. One large and one XXL. On receiving them - the large shirt was 95% correct but the XXL was completely botched. It had the wrong name on it and incorrect printing on both sleeves. I returned both, with an accompanying form AND letter and duly received the shirts back, five days later. The large shirt was now 100% correct but the XXL still had the wrong name on it. I get the impression, that this company can be very good but surely, why would you print the same person's name, on shirts that are TWO sizes apart. Didn't anyone bother to read the information I enclosed? One of us, will NOW not be wearing a shirt at the competition, as not enough time to return and re-correct the shirt. (for a 2nd time) ) - Sigh! Doesn't quality control exist at this company?

PS - on trying to contact this company by phone. You invariably get 4 mins of "thanks for calling Streetshirts - please hold and we'll be with you shortly" - this ends, when yet another voice says - "there is no-one available to answer your call - please leave a message after the tone." Why don't they tell you there's no-one to answer your call, 4 minutes earlier? Are they in league with the phone companies? Sigh!

Perfect :)

My twin and I found this site on Google because we were looking to design our own T-shirts for an event, and they were amazing!!!! So much better than we thought they were going to be (we're always nervous about buying online from a site we don't know)!! The items came super quick and they looked really nice and not cheap at all, which was really good for the price we paid. I would definitely recommend them to anyone :)

items late. wonky designs. two months to get a refund.

What can I say, this company is awful. It stated on their site that they have same day printing so I chose royal mail 1st class delivery for the option,this took a week. When the items arrived the designs looked a mess. Asked politely for a refund and by about the 8th time I emailed them (2 months later) and said I was going to go to trading standards if I did not hear about a refund and there was a full refund in my account within 5 minutes! Unbelievable. Can't see why it was so difficult in the first place. would never use this company again and would certainly not recommend any other students such as myself to use it to create items for your degree projects.

I was told that the reason I hasn't received a refund sooner is because they couldn't locate the items. after two months I'm not surprised.

Had to badger them so much to get my money back. Very unprofessional service. Really unhappy with the treatment I've had.Can't believe its taken.so long, as a student, £25 is a lot of money to wait around for this late on in the term.

hope no one else has this experience.

I ordered a shirt on the 21st and got it in the mail on the 24th of the SAME month. OMG I love this website and will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended if u want great service

Brilliant, even at dealing with problems.

I bought a t-shirt from Streetshirts which was absolutely no problem. My order wasn't dispached on the day they said it would be, and therefore I received the £10 gift voucher as promised.
The next time I ordered something, it did not run so smoothly. I encountered a problem with the website - a few technical glitches - and as a result, I ran out of time to use the gift voucher. However, after emailing Streetshirts.co.uk, I not only received an email apologising, but I was told that my account was unlocked (one of the problems), and I was given another voucher code to use for my trouble. Fantastic company, I thoroughly recommend it!

Brilliant!

I have to say, this company is probably the best and most helpful I have ever had the pleasure to purchase from. I required a t-shirt for my games development company which is currently being established.

Intially my product was late, however after emailing the company they responded quickly and even gave me a £10 voucher to compensate for the late dispatch!

The quality of the shirt when it arrived was brilliant and looks as good as the actually computer rendered image, it is a job well done and I will definitely be purchasing from these guys in the future.. probably some company boxer shorts.. who knows :)

Found street shirts on google - was doing charity 10k and wanted to design t-shirt with charity logo. Whole process very simple and user friendly - t-shirts arrived promptly, quality excellent. The end result was so much more than impressive than end I expected - and I have high standards (some would call fussy!) fantastic - would use again and again and again !

I found this site on Google's search engine, and thought I'd try it out for cheap customization. I was so surprised to find, that even though there's VAT added to your cost and only depending on what you add to your item and/or what colours and sizes you choose as well, your item price goes up but there's free postal+package. Which i found a big help and quite fair. Also a few of the symbol categories for customization could be of more selection but other than that, I'd recommend this site to anyone who wants fairly good priced, free P+P customized clothing whether it be for their own clothing ideas or for gifts, friends and family included for recommendation. I've never used this site or heard of it, until the other day. I order a customized Zombie's eat brains, large males t-shirt and it was a day late in dispatching but came two days later, in time for my partners birthday, we were both very happy with my order and i was even more pleased that StreetShirts care about giving the best quality and p+p delivery to all their customers, and because they felt sorry to notify me that t would be slightly late, we received a £10 gift voucher.I think that was a lovely gesture. I'd happily used this site again. Best cheap customization site, I've ever come across. Fast, fair and top quality service in my opinion. :')

Excellent customer service.

This was my first order with this company. The web site was well set out and easy to navigate. I ordered on T-shirt and awaited delivery. Sadly the first t-shirt that arrived was not wearable the logo was all wrong. The quality was brilliant sadly not wearable due to the logo. However this was picked up before it was sent and I had an email telling me that a replacement would be sent. This duly arrived and again the quality of the T-shirt was brilliant. It was a good quality t shirt not some thin cheap t-shirt. The lettering was correct this time and looks really good. The customer service of this company is second to none. They kept me informed what was happening and responded swiftly to emails. Also got a voucher for money off my next order. I will use them again and would recommend them without reservation. a brilliant company with excellent customer service highly recommended.

Fast, reasonable and quality

The materials used in creating my shirt exceeded my expectations. Nice thick cotton, not that stretchy crap you sometimes get. The print came out really well, I was expecting a faded screen print as I had chosen a black shirt but my one colour design came in a sharp impression that looks like it will stand the test of time.

The design process was super easy, the turn around was quick and the cost was very reasonable. The support they offered me was also great, I emailed them a question and they came straight back to me.

Ive already started another design and will be submitting it to be printed in the next couple of days!
