Do not go near this company. My daughter placed an order with them and paid extra for express delivery. Goods arrived over three weeks later and they have so far either refused or been unable to refund the payment for express delivery. I have had various promises of payment but nothing forthcoming. Complaints procedure looks good but then responses to emails disappear and looks initially like my email address has been blocked. Unbelievably poor service, I have given them the opportunity to rectify the situation but I've now lost patience with them.
Quality was good but I ordered using next day delivery and this didn't happen. Arrived over 3 days late.
They also took my special delivery fee twice in error.
I am still trying to get my money off them six weeks on!
I found the site through a google search and just went for it. Was a bit worried when I saw a load of bad recent reviews shortly afterwards. I now suspect this may be malicious because the T shirt I got was great quality as were the printed photos and text I'd chosen for it. In fact if I'd read the reviews first, as I usually do then I probably would'nt have used streetshirts. From the bad reviews I was expecting a late delivered smudged poor quality T shirt. But no - it turned up in a day or two and was really nice quality. It's a shame for those put off by some unfair reviews and for streetshirt themselves. I will definitely use them again. Great online design tool as well. Almost unlimited in what you can do. 10/10
ive had two orders from them now, both were 'lost in post' and missed the recipeients birthdays. they issued replacements reasonable easily but the irthdays had already passed. the second replacement only contained half the order and in the wrong size.
i wont be using them again.
Constant lies from the so called "support" about items being dispatched when the items hasn't been created yet.
Refunds given in vouchers but lost money on each voucher as they are cash amount and paying for a Tshirt costing 12.99 with a voucher for £20 loses me £7 (had that THREE TIMES due to the appalling support!!!)

Ordered two items at the end of April. Contrary to their promise of next day dispatch, I received a phone call 5 days after making the order that there had been a (disconcertingly non-specific) error with production.
In chasing this up, I received assurances they would be delivered for the date that I required them.
On that day, one of them arrived with a receipt for both.
Since that time, I have been gradually losing patience as to the whereabouts of the other item, and it has been literally weeks of continued attempted e-mail and phone correspondence with no answer. When I finally spoke to someone, the re-production and dispatch was sorted there and then, and upon arrival came with a (standard issue but immensely redundant) note on how soon this had been dispatched before expected time, not taking into account the extra month I'd spent chasing it up.
Will not be using again, and it would be remiss of me not to share this experience with other prospective customers.
1st May - Ordered 3 Shirts for a race on the 12th..... Expected next day or 2 day delivery...
3rd May - Received an email saying they'd be late due to unforseen demand on a special ofer.
8th May - Worried not seen any shirts yet so called to check. Promised they'd be sent the same day.
10th May - No Shirts - called again - upgraded to guaranteed next day delivery for free...
11th May - No delivery
12th May - Race without team shirts - 3 very disappointed runners :(
13th May - Called - promised refund in full
27th May - Still no refund, but shirts arrived with a £10 discount voucher for missing the deadline ! Yippeee! NOT!
28th May - Called - promised refund again.
29th May - Refund received.
Something went wrong, many times on the same order. Will not be using Street Shirts again.
Oh my days. Just. Don't. Do it.
This is my second lot of streetshirts - and more fool me for thinking that the first bollocks up was a one-off error (should have read some reviews). Those shirts arrived 2 weeks late, and were completely the wrong colour (black, not blue). So I sent them back and this time they were the right colour ... but wrong size. So third time lucky they were OK, though very small fitting and now VERY late. Amusingly I got a new £10 voucher with every stuff-up but couldn't use them as they expired before the final product arrived!
The next time, I ordered some shirts needed for a sports tournament. I didn't want to use them, but they had no minimum order! Knowing that the promised next day delivery was complete rubbish, I gave 2 weeks but no naturally they didn't arrive in time, despite 3 phone-calls and 2 emails where they explicitly promised to deliver the following day. In fact they didn't arrive in over a month, long past the time they were any use to me.
Awful service, copious lies and forgotten promises.
Please save yourself the stress and avoid these guys.
Two months ago I decided to buy some customised t-shirts. Streetshirts where the cheapest site I could find that also would print wicking 'outdoor' T-shirts.
The website seemed quite a nice design, however after a little use it was soon shown to have gaping flaws:
1 - To access your account you must log out, then log back in, destroying any design you are currently doing, and a bleeding annoyance
2 - Their design software is laggy, often crashes, and sometimes plain doesn't work.
Even so, after I spent hours designing my T-shirts i felt I had to order them, or I would have wasted all that time.
The delivery was surprisingly fast, within about 5 days, and came with a £10 to apologise for being late.
HOWEVER, the t-shirts were incorrectly printed: there was no sign of the frontal design. I decided to return them. Unfortunately you are notified that you cannot start the returns process until 2 weeks after dispatch, so I waited, only to find that you cannot start the returns process once 2 weeks has passed. What?
I called streetshirts, and the whole palaver seemed to be a website error. The person on the phone was very nice, and quickly sorted out a freepost return for me to return the shirts. Which I did, Though a few of weeks on no sign on any money in my account.
I had now missed the date for which I wanted my shirts, due to their incompetence, but decided to (a couple of weeks later) to try for another order, using that nice £10 discount. Oh wait, it runs out after 14 days...
I went ahead and ordered the t-shirts anyway. 3 weeks ago. this fiasco followed:
'Same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm' became '10 day dispatch' with no warning or explanation
'1st class delivery' became 'we never sent them - over a week after their 10 additional 'same day dispatch' there was no sign of my parcel, So i emailed them, and eventually they printed a new order for me, after about 3/4 days.
Again i doubt the validity of their dispatch date, since it has taken 5 days for the parcel to arrive, which, by comparison to other mail I have recieved, is not Royal Mails fault.
Anyhoo, I have finally received my T-shirts, 2+ months after I ordered them, and inside, a cheeky little note informing me that they had dispatched them '274 hours ahead of schedule' .
Still waiting on that refund.
TL;DR - Stay away, stay far far away, no barge pole is worth touching this.
First of all, I would like to say, don't count on that if you buy one of their T-shirts with customized logo/design/wording, that it will be a high quality T-shirt. The one you are going to get is the Fruit of the Loom T-shirt, currently costs £2.60 on Amazon. These are the cheapest of the cheapest you can get, and yet, they will charge you £30 if you want customized logo on this.
This and the fact that the T-shirt they sent us was far too small, and did not match the size they mention on the Size Charts on their websites, influenced my decision to return it and use their guarantee to get the money back if you are not fully satisfied. It was 3 weeks ago when we called them numerous times asking for a refund. No money was returned and when we called them back again, they told us we need to wait FURTHER 3 DAYS!
STAY AWAY from these incompetent people, they will send you the cheapest product that is available on the market and if you are not happy, you will wait weeks and weeks for them to fulfill their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We have not got our money back after 3 weeks and I don't know if we ever will.

Ordered 3 t-shirts for our Open Day (May 26th -plenty of time!)
Placed the order on the 13th May.
On 21st May I received an email apologising for the delay (undercurrents that they had sacked half their workforce in the email!!) and offering the chance to cancel the order.
As there was no way the order was likely to be processed and dispatched on time, I tried phoning to cancel the order.......went straight to a message service.
Left repeated messages asking for order to be cancelled AND emailed to this effect.
Two days later I got a phone call saying they noticed I had phoned and what did I need to speak to them about?!!!
AGAIN, I told them I wanted my order cancelled.
My cancelled order arrived on June 2nd!!! A full 19 days AFTER my original order and 10 days AFTER I cancelled the order!
The tee-shirts are good quality but the printing is APPALLING!
The transfer material is already peeling off and the design has been so amateurishly cut it looks awful.
I am so glad I smelled a rat and cancelled the order - our local printer did a MUCH better job at a much lower price.
I tried to fill in the "how did we do" link but the links are broken.
I have had various correspondences ref this but they don't read the emails properly.

Similar to many of Streetshirts customers I have ordered the Tshirts over 10 days ago and still not seeing sign of the order. It has been originally marked as estimated dispatch for 14th of May after not hearing from them I phoned up and got offered an upgrade for faster delivery with dispatch today 21st of May. Phoned up to confirm and the customer service informed me, they experience delays..... who knows when they going to arrive or if ever, with no specific dates and delivery given I might wait for another month....
Absolutely terrible worst ever experience with this company. Their website looks good but will NEVER EVER use them again!!!!!
I placed an order on the 4th, with an estimated dispatch date of the 7th.
2 weeks later and no sign of my t-shirts, or any emails to explain the delay.
The following, taken from their website, turned out to be more than just a slight exaggeration:
"Our dispatch times are the best on the web.
If you order a stock item before 2pm Mon-Fri, we aim to dispatch it the same day. If you order a non-stock item before 2pm Mon-Thurs, we aim to dispatch it the following day.
Stock item orders over the weekend are generally dispatched on Monday, and non-stock items ordered over the weekend on Tuesday."
So I emailed them to cancel my order, since I needed the shirts the next day (they obviously were not going to be printed and dispatched to me in that time) and getting them after that would be a waste since I'd then have no use for them.
I have now received an email informing me that the shirts will be printed and sent out to me soon.
Did they even bother to read the email? The shirts are no longer of any use to me! A waste of almost £40!
I ordered 2 t-shirts from the website on the 28th of April, these were shown as dispatched on the 30th April.
After not receiving anything I contacted them through the website, I was asked to check with my sorting office and contact them back. I did this, no t-shirts.
I was then told to wait 14 days? I was not happy with this response, as I wanted the t-shirts for the 15th of May. It does not take royal mail 14 days to deliver 1st class items.
I phoned them on Monday the 13th May to query my order, I was told they would be printed again and sent out.
After nearly 3 weeks I still have no t-shirts, if they arrive I have no use for them as the event I wanted them for was on the 15th of May.
I have not been offered a refund or compensation for the poor service I have received.
Over the past few months I have ordered shirts from them. My first ever order (and biggest yet, 4 shirts) went by smoothly. It didn't get done til a little after the estimated date, got vouchers in with the shirts and that was that. Print quality was fine, not amazing print material but it was adequate.
Then I placed an order at the end of March for just two shirts, and holy mother of god, it has been a disaster. One of the shirt designs they were "unable to access" and so I was asked to send the original image file by email for them to "get it done". Over the course of almost 2 months I have had to resend the image 3 TIMES! Repeatedly I have been lied to about my shirt "being done today" followed by automated and frankly meaningless apologies. Twice, apparently, the shirt was sent out to me but I never received it with the other shirt in this order, which does not make sense as they do bundle more than 1 shirt together in one package.
The other shirt was a huge hassle as well, it arrived with printing errors, sloppy blobs and stains from the ink used, I arranged a reprint, which took over 2 weeks to even do, again being given meaningless apologies and excuses of "waiting on print material/shirt stock". Eventually when this re-print made its way to me, it too turned up with printing errors, blobs and smears, their "quality control" clearly is not good enough or maybe it just doesn't exist, which wouldn't surprise me at all.
I was not happy. I went and had my money back and sent the shirt back, I was not going to wait until they felt like doing another reprint. Many emails going back and forth between me and, apparently, the same one person, having to explain the situation and problems over and over again made for poor customer service and communication, not to mention the repeated lies and false promises of "I'll get it done and sent out for you today/tomorrow". After almost having to badger them about what was going on with it, the shirt was produced and sent out yesterday, I am still awaiting the arrival of the shirt that had the "image file" problem and I am almost certain it is going to turn up here with some sort of print size or location issue, since they couldn't get all the details from their own website and had to "tell" them about it.
Lastly, I have two other orders for shirts for friends, which seem to be just sitting in limbo waiting to even be started (yes, they too have both well exceeded their guaranteed despatch date), again it's like they will only do an order "when they feel like it". There surely can't be that much of a delay or backlog, can there?
Overall, you can expect your order to not get done by their guaranteed date, meaning you MIGHT get a voucher, sometimes you don't, which is going against their own policy. With the way they are working, they must be haemorrhaging money in vouchers because of their own policy that they can't follow.
Print quality is about 6/10. The transfer material they use is a little papery and can have some noticeable edges to them, but it's adequate and colours show up fairly well. Their direct print to clothing inks leaves much to be desired. A white t-shirt with just black design on it had faded by what you could call "a couple of years worth" after 1 COLD WASH! Not to mention the issues I had with ink spots/globs and smears/streaks.
Customer service is very bare and inhuman. Email responses will often be handled in a very scripted, robotic manner, so if you have a unique problem in any way, you're in for some hassle. You might get some vouchers thrown your way as an apology, but depending on your experiences, you might not want to spend any more money or time with them on any future orders.
Whatever is going on at Streetshirts HQ these days, it must not be good. They need to get themselves together or the manager/owner needs to reassess the status and quality of his/her business. Otherwise, just give it up. Better to shut down a failing business than to let it bleed out.
I have used Streetshirts on several occasions and have always found the service to be first class. The turnaround is excellent and the one time my order was delayed I received an email explaining the delay and also when the order arrived it came with an apology and a gift voucher as compensation. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and associates alike and will continue to use them for all my printing needs.

BUT, voucher only valid for 2 weeks...Im not going to need another t-shirt in a week am I. Voucher needs to last for a year at least!

I decided to get two new samples printed for band t-shirts using a graphic that was not quite full-size. I can't believe just how amazing the quality is! Not to mention the t-shirt material itself is lovely; not like the garbage I've gotten from some other companies.
The only teeny issue was that they took 9 days to arrive from despatch. That doesn't bother me too much but the fact I got sent a gift code as they already knew themselves it had taken long than usual simply blew me away!

Time had passed, and I didn't require it any longer. All I wanted was a piece of communication that acknowledged I exist.
I wrote a third time, a month after I submitted my order, asking for a response.
I wrote to them a final time, 1.5 months after I submitted my order, and still nothing. I do not exist to them. My order is insignificant to them.
Suffice to say, I won't make this mistake twice. Not trustworthy enough. Their system is not capable to generate a certain amount of orders. I will use another supplier that has the decency to communicate, and deliver on what they promise.
Okay so this is the reason I chose Streetshirts, when I'd never used them before... You see I had used other custom t-shirt printers in the past and so I was used to the concept, but those others had been extremely expensive and taken a good age to get the product. This time I wanted the t-shirts in a hurry and I wasn't willing to sell an organ to get them. You see I'd been planning a family holiday for my parents in the UK, I live in Norway, we were going to surprise them with a family holiday and so to reveal the secret I wanted to send them t-shirts for the whole gang. It was really easy to make the t-shirts how I wanted them and the prices were excellent, even cheaper than some of the companies in Spain where my sister in law was looking online. We got the t-shirts on wednesday, that's about three or four days after I'd ordered them and the quality is excellent. We're going away in a week and we're planning to wear the t-shirts on the first day of our holiday. I will use Streetshirts again, thanks to them my parents heard about their surprise holiday just in time to pack and make the necessary plans. I would REALLY recommend them!!
I've used this website for T-shirts a few times now, and I love how there are no limitations to what I wanted to design. Not only does the print come out perfectly, you pay an extremely competitive price, and the delivery is swift. I would recommend Street Shirts to anyone.
One if the first tshirt printing companies that has option to vectorise the image which means get rid of the square around the image, great for printing your artwork. I have used lots of times and would recommend a lot. Garments are soft and great quality. If problems do occur the company is good at communicating any issues and often gives voucher perks and insentives
My design was a picture I had designed myself. It had lots of different colours and detailed images. The result was excellent. I can't complain about the quality of the product. I was also a bogof offer which is brilliant.
I would only suggest that if you order make sure you give enough delivery time. My tshirts were in a queue so it ws delivered a week later than expected. Fortunately I had ordered it well in advance because it was a birthday gift.
I have used this company a few times now, mostly i have received what i ordered, and any mistakes were rectified soon with a replacement item. Seems most of the bad reviews are regarding refunds, something i have not had to do so far.
My image is a pretty complex logo and 7 out of 8 times it has been printed correctly, again the mistake was rectified with a replacement item.
Sometimes the delivery is a bit late but then they include a £10 voucher with the late item so again - problem is rectified
Overall i will definately continue to use this service, will be bulk ordering also, it definately is the best t shirt printing service i have found, and allows many many design options, far more than any other service.
It took a while to find a t-shirt printing service that was a little more than a rectangle on a shirt. I was able to supply an image with both a white colour and transparency included and obtain the results that I expected.
I had reservations at first because their help pages seemed to say that transparency would be printed as white while the designer showed the results I was looking for. A quick email to support cleared my worries and I now have in my hands the perfect gift for a retiring workmate.
This should get no stars.
I swear I will never use Streetshirts again and have already tweeted my followers and Facebooked my friends to never use them either.
Bunch of money-grabbing incompetents with SHOCKING customer service.
1) Oct: They print 3 tshirts I carefully designed for my hubby and 2 boys (Christmas presents) woefully badly: wrong scale, wrong logo positioning (on the belly, not the chest?!?!) and badly misregistered colours. A monkey throwing ink at a cloth could have done these better.
2) Nov/Dec: I leave 3 phone messages, speak to one girl twice and send 2 emails asking for a reprint (Nov), and having had no response, another email asking for a refund (Dec).
3) End Dec: Finally after the THIRD conversation (I had to call again) I get emailed a returns form. 10 working days to refund and "We will contact you when we receive the tshirts"
4) 31 Jan I call up AGAIN. "Where's my refund?" The guy finds my return slip. "Why hasn't it been processed?" "We have a backlog, but I'll do it now and you'll get your money in 3 days"
10 Feb: STILL NO REFUND.
I'm beyond expecting an apology for this shocking treatment. Words fail me. I am beyond apoplectic with rage. Streetshirts are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life.
Don't believe the good reviews - most are from the US and the other from Leeds - home of Streetshirts (and she's probably an employee). Also 99% of these positive reviews are from people who have not written ANY other reviews on any other companies. Friends of Streetshirts I would guess, with made-up accounts 'in the US'.

From the start the website was easy to use and understand, allowing me to design the t-shirt I wished. Ordering it on the Tuesday night, I was expective delivery on the Thursday or Friday, however this did not happen. Not until Monday did I get an email saying my shirt had been dispatched, despite the 'next day delivery if ordered before 2pm' promise. Luckily I didn't need the shirt until the next Friday. My shirt arrives Tuesday in fantastic quality and I am very pleased. With the shirt came a £10 gift voucher as way of an apology for not meeting dispatch standards. I was very pleased with this as I had not at one point complained about the delay in delivery, meaning the company was aware of the error. Overall the shirt is brilliant and I am very happy and would recommend the site. I will be using them again in the future.
I ordered from Streetshirts for the first time this month and I am very impressed. The website is very easy to use and the offer they had on hoodies was fantastic so I couldn't resist. My order was delayed but this was due to the snow and I completely understand why it too a little longer than advertised. To make up for the order being late I received a voucher and I had regular email from the company explaining why there was a hold up. When my hoody arrived it was exactly what I ordered and I love it! I will be ordering my next hoody off them today.

I've ordered from Streetshirts a few times and have successfully received what I ordered (sometimes they are late posting out but the vouchers do make up for this).
Unfortunately this time the order is completely unacceptable and I am sending it back for a full refund. The order was delayed so I was keen to see it on arrival. It came in the post today. As soon as I opened the package I knew it was wrong; I could see straight away that the t shirt they had sent me was the wrong colour (I ordered 'berry' and was sent something that looks like baby pink) and the wrong shape and size. Out of curiosity I pulled out another very similar t shirt I have had printed by Streetshirts in the past and compared them; it is clear the old t shirt is the one I should have received; the sleeves and the whole shape of the 'new' t shirt were completely different.
I rang Streetshirts and spoke to an operative who informed me they had recently changed suppliers. This made sense as the t shirt I received looks completely different to the one advertised on the site. I'm not sure why they havent updated their site pictures- perhaps they changed manufacturers in the middle of orders and mistakenly tried to reproduce them on the new style t shirts which look completely different. All I know is - what I received looks nothing like what I ordered.
I was emailed their returns form and have printed it off and completed it as per the instructions. I have also included my email to them including photographs of the new and old t shirts with a tape measure in the photographs showing the new small size is a couple of inches larger underarm to underarm than the old small size; I also included a pic of the t shirt I ordered from their site which looks completely different to what they sent me. It really is a totally different t shirt and not at all what I ordered.
I plan to take the returns package to the post office and send it back recorded as I dont trust the business reply return postage you can print off - who's to say they will own up to receiving it back if they dont have to sign for it?
I am very disappointed but after reading reviews on Trustpilot it seems a lot of people are having problems with Streetshirts. I very much doubt I would use them again after this experience as it's one thing to consistently produce orders late and include money off vouchers to compensate people's wasted time; it's quite another thing for them to send you a product that looks nothing like what you ordered. I dont see the point of the t shirt design lab now - they may as well have an order form where you write an approximation of what you want and they will try to make something like it as that's about how accurate this service seems to be now.

On the website page, they state; "same day printing" it is two weeks after i placed my initial order for my business launch night (3 days away) and they have still not arrived. i asked them if they would upgrade my delivery to next day guaranteed and they said i wasn't entitled to it.
Cheap prices, but you get what you pay for... Or in my companies situation; you get nothing... AWFUL
I gave StreetShirts a second chance after believing their story of understaffing etc, with a previous order that went wrong.
How stupid can I be ? ( If I could give them 0 stars It would be too many.)
They consistently lie about everything, from dispatch dates to delivery.
Why lie that an order has despatched on a particular date when you are going to be caught out by your own franking postage stamp ???
Also when you hold your hands up that a t shirt has not been printed 'up to your usual standards' so much so that it could not be worn to the event, why then do you quibble about a refund ? . You asked for the t shirt to be sent back, then deny receiving it even when provided with proof of posting.
Then you ignore every e-mail sent to you, do you think this encourages people to use you again ?
If I do not get a reasonable response in the next day or so then my credit card company will be in touch. Also the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards are awaiting the outcome.
they took far too long to process my order so I cancelled it and asked for a refund, they said it would take up to 14 days, it's been 20 and still nothing.
They have not replied to any of my emails except for automated response.
Rang them again today and was told my refund is with accounts department but the accounts woman only works one day a week!!

I will never use these terrible people again and I've reported them to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Streetshirts have even removed their Facebook page because of all the bad reviews.

Great service, exactly what I asked for and come in a reasonable amount of time too, will definitely be using this company over and over as it is significantly better than other similar companies I have used before.
The presentation of the delivery was also excellent as it came gift wrapped with a little packet of sweets, I thought this was an excellent touch and gives the feeling that that there has been care taken with this product, I have already informed family and friends about this and they will be using this company just as much as me.
Ordered on the 10th December for an xmas present. Got an email the next day promising despatch on the 13/12. Sounded great. Nothing recivied by 20th Dec, so tried to contact them, number on the website not working, tried to call loads of times and no one picked up. Then noticed a couple of days later a notice on the front page that the telephone line is not in use until the new year. No one to contact, I tried emailing them, again nothing...
I had to call FIVE times to ask for a refund, and still waiting for it, even though I was told on the 02nd Jan that they would refund me. Totalyl unprofessional and have lost a customer for life.
DO NOT USE, RUINED MY XMAS PRESENT... Its simple, if you cannot commit to something, don't have the staff etc, don't take the order...
I designed my T-Shirt as a single image incorporating text underneath the main image.
I uploaded the single image design to streetshirt, positioned and it looked great on the mini t-shirt online.
I awaited for the estimated delivery date - it didn't turn up, I then got an email claiming it would be processed but would take a week longer, - it didn't turn up for the second estimated date.
When it eventually did turn up there was a few problems:
1. Wrong size - ordered XXL received XXXL (I could live with it, but...)
2. Image location wrong - I positioned it on the belly of the shirt but turned up on the chest 3cm under the neck line. (I could live with it, but...)
3. The IDIOTS managed to mirror the image and print it upside down.
The text was not written in Russian or any other foreign letters etc. The wording said "Coming Soon" under a baby scan picture - hence the positioning at the bottom of the shirt not the top. But even with the "Coming Soon" clear Arial font text printed so it could not be read as they flipped and mirrored the image they claim that it passed Quality Control.
So it was LATE, WRONG SIZE, WRONG LAYOUT, WRONG IMAGE - but to be fair to them they did pick the right colour T-Shirt.
Sent them an email which I got an automated response claiming they were busy but would reply eventually, a month on they still haven't bothered. Tried phoning but no answer, at the time they had a Facebook page www.facebook.com/streetshirts but this was just full of complaints about the company and I've notice they have since taken it down.
Should have read the reviews before I ordered but may have fallen for the positive reviews on this site that claim to be UK towns but the country are all "US". When you look at all the genuine reviews that are from "GB" you will see the 90%+ are all 1 or 2 star, with only a handful of positive reviews - a stopped clocked it right twice a day!
I presume while it's easy for them or a company to make up "positive" reviews here, the reason they took the facebook page down was that any reviews would have to be backed up with a real account - eg, real friends, real status updates, real photos etc. Not as simply and easy to create a profile as here.
