Customer always right?
Ordered a pair of US shoes and despite making it clear that I required a pair of UK 10 I was sent a pair of US 10 which were obviously too small. I was then fobbed off saying that these particular shoes were now marked with the UK size and that they do come up a little small and this is explained on their site. After several emails they finally agreed to refund my return postage costs but strangely it never arrived. I have since ordered the same shoes from a different online retailer who got it right and also confirmed that these shoes have never been marked with UK sizes! Such a shame as this site does stock some really nice gear but have now lost me as a customer
