the BEST place to buy tickets

StubHub is the only place I buy my tickets anymore. They always have great seats available even when events are sold out. I got fantastic seats to an SF Giants game for way below face value. Tickets were available for instant download.

Great deals and great customer service

I've been a StubHub customer for over 6 years and never had a negative experience. They provide great customer service including pick up locations near all major events as well as an abundance of electronic delivery options. People might think the prices are always over face value, but I find many times its the opposite. Without StubHub my life would be incomplete

No other way to buy tickets!

I've used StubHub on numerous occasions to see the WORLD CHAMPS Mavericks play! I totally understand their business model as just an intermediary that doesn't buy or sell tickets; just facilitates it so that crazy fans like myself have access to the tickets I want. I purchased club seats for the NBA Finals to see the Mavs 2 hours before the event for a really good price, relatively speaking. Since then, I've gone to a LOT of Mavs games thanks to StubHub. Many of those games I got the tickets for below face value since I'm a patient buyer and willing to wait for prices to drop before game time. I had one issue with them at first where I couldn't figure out how to print the tickets, but their customer service was extremely helpful, nice, and understanding and helped me very quickly. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty rewards program!

Cheaper than the box office

I went to a recent Boston Celtics game and was surprised to find out that the tickets I paid $50 for had a face value of $110. These were great seats too!!! I will check stubhub first for every game I want to attend from now on.

Fast - Cheap - Easy to use!

I purchased tickets to a Spring Training Game in Scottsdale this past weekend. After fees the tickets came to under $10 a ticket (for a weekend game!) which was still 3 times less than buying the tickets directly through the teams website. Through StubHub's partnership with MLB they were able to provide a barcode transfer off the original tickets and within minutes I was able to print out my tickets from home. I had no problem getting in and my tickets scanned no problem. This won't be the last time I use StubHub.

Fast, Expensive but Good

I ordered very hard to find Giants 49ers tickets on stubhub five days prior to the game. The price - well the price was really high. The tickets arrived a day before I left for the West Coast. They were perfectly valid, I got into the stadium no problem and enjoyed a rainy game.

I am not happy about how much I paid, but the service was exactly as described.
