Very good over all.
I ordered a reconditioned iPod touch... It was a decent priced, arrived quickly and works perfectly. One thing I will say - it was described as being in B+ condition meaning that it may have light marks on th screen and back. I obviously wasn't concerned by this so ordered it. When it actually arrived it had had a completely new screen and back (without apple logo) put on it meaning that it was in "perfect" condition. I was happy enough with this but think they should accurately describe this as a possibility as others may not be happy with that.

Fantastic service and price!
Extremely happy. I got an amazing price for my new laptop, it arrived when they said.. i even got a text telling me which hour it would come and the name of the driver which i wasn't expecting. After so many nightmares and disasters with other online retailers this was such a relief, I would happily use Studentcomputers again and have already recommended them to others. =)

Excellent Service
I think you can tell alot about a company by the way it deals with problems. I bought a reconditioned iPod Touch 4th Gen a few months ago. It arrived well packaged and on time and initially appeared ok.
I hit issues though when trying to doc the iPod with speakers. I contacted Student Computers who came back to me really quickly (and on a Sunday). I was provided an address to return the item to.
The item was returned and I was kept informed via email & telephone as to what was happening (investigation etc) and they exchanged the item for another and returned it to me within a few days without any fuss.
Again the item arrived well packaged and looked like new and it is still going strong.

Very Very HAPPY. My daughter has not stopped using her laptop. Delivery was great, "I was a bit worried" but after speaking to the staff I was happy and would order again and again without delay. Thank you for such a good service.

BRILLIANT service and excellent to deal with.
I bought an iPad 1 and it worked great. It developed a fault that was tricky to resolve. Studentcomputers.co.uk bent over backwards to help me. Communication and support was fast and clear at all times. Such nice people to deal with, too.
I needed my iPad fixing fast as I use it for work. It was bank holiday so I thought it would be at least a few days but no - they fixed it the same day! They even stayed late to allow me to collect it after they had closed for the bank holiday. How's that for customer service? Pretty brilliant, I think. It meant that I could carry on working which I really appreciated.
Things will go wrong when you buy electronics. It's simply a fact of life. What matters is how good the company is at putting things right - and you cannot ask for better service than from StudentComputers.co.uk
I will be going back to them and so will everyone else that I know because I'll be recommending them. Buy in complete confidence.

Bad product, good customer service
When i bought the product, I thought it was amazing I could get it at such a cheap price. But when I got the product, it had dents in it, the computer would turn off whenever it wanted, it would randomly start making noises, would not connect to the keyboard, it wouldn't type when I wanted it to and would refuse to download things. But I told the company and they immediately asked for the product back and made sure I would get my money back. I sent it off 6 days ago and am waiting for my refund but he company have been very nice to me. It's a shame I had such a bad product.

brilliant service. Another excellent product received
This company have supplied me with three IPODS and a LAPTOP so far. (for my children) .I would highly reccommend the service, prompt delivery advice and excellent products.

great value fast delivery
I bought an Asus tablet from this company - it was super value and the delivery was fast. I could not find any company who could come close to the price so thought "too good to be true" but tablet arrived and is the love of my life!

A mixed experience - but a happy ending
The original equipment (an Acer netbook) was delivered very promptly. However, the backlight on the screen didn't work at all - this seems rather a strange thing to slip through the checking of equipment. The link in the email to make a return was broken, so I just used the contact form. I had a reply the next day (despite it being the weekend of the 22-23 December) and a name to talk to. Living close to the warehouse, I took the machine in on the following Monday morning (24th), met the person named who was extremely helpful - he offered us a substitute (slightly better) machine and after testing it out, we went home. So a bit sloppy originally, but very helpful when there were problems.

Ipod Classic - pretty much good as new. I got the feeling that everything is aimed at giving good customer satisfaction - sold me what I needed not what was in stock that day. I have also bought laptop from these people. Nice company to do business with - would definitely use again.

Superb Service, Excellent Experience
If you want value for money, speedy delivery and a product that does all that it promises you should consider using these guys. I have now bought four laptops, anti virus software and a couple of external hard dive enclosures. They couldn't be more helpful.

Super cheap, super product, super fast, super, smashing, great!
Great reduction on price of product due to slightly damaged box (so what about the box the product was perfect!) Way cheaper than next best price. Checkout was a doddle and delivery was swift and hassle free. They even texted me with 3 delivery slots, the date and time and name of the driver delivering the product. They even texted me to say which neighbour the item had been left with. Sweet! Best online retailer I've dealt with this year. Brilliant!

Incredible service to go with the unbeaten price.
Student Computers.co.uk are a real life-saver. I've used them several times with great experiences and a recent but minor issue with an order was sorted, returned and replaced in less than 2 days with incredible grace and ease.
Can't recommend them highly enough - friendly, great prices, great computers and fantastic support! Panic over when your laptop dies - student computers are the answer.

Fantastic customer service
Item despatched very quickly and when Royal Mail failed to deliver and returned to Student Computers, the company sent an alternative immediately by courier to ensure the item reached us the next day in time for a birthday.
Quality of goods also very good so far.
Would recommend.

Top quality service and great value refurbished gizmos
Bought an iPod Nano 6th Gen at a very competitive price. Item in excellent condition though battery life a little down. All in all a great company to deal with, though wish I'd never put my 5th Gen thro the washing machine.

Good company good product - though busy phones made it diff to contact
The laptop is first rate - no probs. Delivery was a bit of a problem as I had to change the delivery address. Once I'd figured out that the delivery people were a different company and I had to contact Student Computers to change it, they were really helpful and the change was made. Busy telephones lines in the morning were a bit of a pain but that's usual these days for most contact numbers.

The most difficult part was getting the login details sorted for the uni systems so we could get the license key !!!

Great value netbook, no complaints
Apart from one slight blip when my netbook was dispatched without a power cable, the transaction went perfectly. This error was swiftly corrected (cable dispatched for free the next day) and the netbook works perfectly well. Given the enormous savings to be made, I would recommend checking studentcomputers out.

Escellent service, great value for money
Can't fault this company. After extensive research online for the best laptop for my daughter ( uni student) at an affordable price, I found the one I was looking for and discovered it was over £30 cheaper on studentcomputers.co.uk than on any other site I had looked at. It was delivered the day after I placed my order and I was impressed with the e-mail communication and package tracking that made it all so straightforward. Would definitely recommend this site to others,

I just bought A grade ipod touch
I found the whole experience excellent,value for money second to none and would recomend studentcomputers to everyone,infact i already have lol,honestly i was delighted with my ipod touch and the only reason i knew it was a refurbished item was i bought it otherwise i would have thought it was brand new,this will be the first web site i check for any other items i want to buy thats for sure.

Outstanding!
My first purchase from Student Computers was for my first ever ipod. I am really happy with the product and the service. My ipod was delivered quicker than the estimated time, I was kept up to date by email and text so I knew exactly when it would arrived and it arrived exactly on time. The price was great and although the ipod was graded B- I cannot see any marks on it. It works like a dream. I've already recommended this company to 2 friends and I'll definitely be buying from them again. All in all, I'm a very happy customer!

Great item and fast delivery
I ordered a refurbished ipod touch 3rd gen for my young daughter and didn't want to buy a brand new one as I can't guarantee it will be treated with kid gloves! I wasn't sure what the B rating would mean but when it arrived it was in near perfect condition, with the software up to date too. I'm delighted with it and with the service and would definitely go back to this company for a similar item. Highly recommended.

Fantastic ten out of ten !!!!!!!
Excellent service does exactly what it says on the tin. Brought my son a 4 th generation i pod touch for his birthday they explained it had a few scratches on it and stated where and it was a lot smaller than expected. on the side too so you couldn't notice. It came in original packaging with new charge lead and earphone buds restored to factory settings my son to this day never new it was pre owned. saved my self 50 quid on a new one so well happy !!! OH and i ordered Tuesday night arrived Thursday morning and lots of text messages to tell me when it would arrive !!!
