Surfed the net for a reasonable laptop.I am not IT wise in most areas but I know a good deal when I see one.I'm not a student (I'm 65) but I can see the benefit of a good dealership when the student population are struggling to make ends meet.I am extremely pleased with my Acer 5332 notebook. Widescreen is definitely the way to go.Your rep. on the helpline was very polite and very helpful,nothing was too much trouble.Well Done! Student Computer's team,keep up the good work.I will most certainly pass on your site to my friends and family.

Escellent service, great value for money

Can't fault this company. After extensive research online for the best laptop for my daughter ( uni student) at an affordable price, I found the one I was looking for and discovered it was over £30 cheaper on studentcomputers.co.uk than on any other site I had looked at. It was delivered the day after I placed my order and I was impressed with the e-mail communication and package tracking that made it all so straightforward. Would definitely recommend this site to others,

dell monitor

excellent communications on both parties between delivering and ordering,could not fault this .

only issue i had was the dvi cable was faulty but hey not a major issue.

overall great product and will do buisness again with them.

Fabulous

I just bought A grade ipod touch
I found the whole experience excellent,value for money second to none and would recomend studentcomputers to everyone,infact i already have lol,honestly i was delighted with my ipod touch and the only reason i knew it was a refurbished item was i bought it otherwise i would have thought it was brand new,this will be the first web site i check for any other items i want to buy thats for sure.

BRILLIANT SERVICE

Bought a Grade B+ IPOD Touch and it arrived really quickly and when promised - the couriers even gave an estimated delivery time within an hour slot. Spoke to the staff and they were really helpful. The product is fab. My son is already saving to get his own IPOD touch from Student Computers. FAB FAB FAB

never used one before had a problem to start with sorted that out everything working this is for my daughter we downloaded some songs, videos games and even books she loves it would buy another one from student computers and i am thinking of buying 2 laptops as well.Rachael.

Outstanding!

My first purchase from Student Computers was for my first ever ipod. I am really happy with the product and the service. My ipod was delivered quicker than the estimated time, I was kept up to date by email and text so I knew exactly when it would arrived and it arrived exactly on time. The price was great and although the ipod was graded B- I cannot see any marks on it. It works like a dream. I've already recommended this company to 2 friends and I'll definitely be buying from them again. All in all, I'm a very happy customer!

Great item and fast delivery

I ordered a refurbished ipod touch 3rd gen for my young daughter and didn't want to buy a brand new one as I can't guarantee it will be treated with kid gloves! I wasn't sure what the B rating would mean but when it arrived it was in near perfect condition, with the software up to date too. I'm delighted with it and with the service and would definitely go back to this company for a similar item. Highly recommended.

Fantastic ten out of ten !!!!!!!

Excellent service does exactly what it says on the tin. Brought my son a 4 th generation i pod touch for his birthday they explained it had a few scratches on it and stated where and it was a lot smaller than expected. on the side too so you couldn't notice. It came in original packaging with new charge lead and earphone buds restored to factory settings my son to this day never new it was pre owned. saved my self 50 quid on a new one so well happy !!! OH and i ordered Tuesday night arrived Thursday morning and lots of text messages to tell me when it would arrive !!!

ipod touch 3rd gen grade b-

This is the first time i have used this company. I was looking for a cheap ipod touch for my young daughter and didn't want to buy a brand new one.Item arrived on time as promised and within hour slot, was also very well packaged. I was expecting it to have a few scratches and scuffs being a grade B- but the thing was in almost perfect condition, just a few very minor scratches on the back, whoever refurbishes these does a fantastic job. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to a few of my friends

Great Company To Deal With.

This is the second Ipod I have bought from them and both have been in better condition than expected. The prices have been great, communication is excellent and the timed delivery is superb. I wish every firm could be like this. Highly recommended.

Excellent Product , Excellent Service

Good site

Easy site to use. Ipod touch arrived in excellant condition. Thank you. The battery life on the ipod is not very good but I presume that is to do with the the ipod itself.

Very fast delivery but an annoying security check for my Visa Card

Only one minus, my order was stopped to a security check because I payed it with a foreign Visa card. I had to call them and wait on the line for like 15 minutes until the security stop from the order was cleared. I think this was kind of a waste of time as Visa is an universal credit card and it works everywhere else just fine...

Great Company. Speedy delivery. Products better than expected.

Ordered 3x Ipad compatible USB Uk chargers. £15 including devlivery. Arrived very promptly (next day I think). Worked perfectly.

Unexpectedly included IPod -> Usb cables.

found this place on google and had a look around. Placed my order in at 12.30pm and it came the same time the day after. i ordered a ipod touch 8G A- refurb it was like new in the box. i would defo use these guys again. Well Done

Stupidly brilliant

This was a long shot that went horribly right, I have never heard of these guys before and found them on google shopping link.
My order was made about 14:00 one day and it was here 13:00 the following day crazy quick delivery and customer service is the best you can ask for they get it right first time so no need to contact great work guys

Great product.

I ordered a refurbished ipod touch 4th gen - graded A- for my son. It had one tiny scratch on screen (can hardly notice) and a few wear and tear scratches on back (son wants a case for it so no problem). It appears to be working fine - only had a couple of days but so far so good. My 10 year old bought it with his birthday money - he couldnt afford a new one - but there was no need to spend extra money. Great buy - would recommend to all my friends (in fact a friend wants one for her son too). Great place, will be back to buy again.

Swift delivery and excellent price

Provided a replacement mains power lead and transformer for my MacBook Pro. The price was £30 less than OEM from Apple and appears to be better quality - Apples own brand cables wear through too easily.

Good service, product OK

Very easy to use ordering process and prompt delivery of an IPOD Touch 8gb B+ grade re-furb.
The condition of the item in regards to scratches was as described - although I was optimistically hoping for better, but too impatient to wait for an A grade to come up and not enough pennies for a new one.
I was however disappointed that the item had not appeared to have been cleaned and the case/box was also dirty. A couple of minutes with a cleaning cloth would have made a positive difference. This is a gift for someone so I haven't tested fully so let’s hope the re-furb process is complete.
Would recommend Student Computers to friends, and already have done. I am confident any issues would be sorted as they are actively encouraging people to put good or bad feedback on this site.

Excellent Customer Services

Ordered an ipod touch for my son - grade stated was B+ so was expecting some cosmetic scratches etc. First one received had a hardware problem - but customer helpline sorted it quickly and efficiently. the replacement was in excellent condition and true value for money. Will definitely use Student Computers again in the future. Thanks

Free delivery arrived next day!

The product was very cheap for the services it provides and when I called Student Computers, instead of flogging off their more expensive items, they directed me towards this cheaper version which actually was better in performance. The delivery was extremely quick, seeing as I paid nothing for it. All in all I think this company and product was a brilliant find.

Poor data protection

Product and delivery were good, but I suddenly started receiving texts and phone calls on my mobile - cold calls and junk texts. I never give my number out, and having had this number for 3 years, have never received any junk calls. Their forms require a phone number to complete the order, however, and although I was reluctant to provide it, I did so. They appear to have sold on or passed on my number.

First Class Service and Blu-ray Player

I bought a Samsung Blu-ray player on ebay mainly due to the price. When it arrived the next day I unpacked it and found everything in the box that should be there and the player was in prestine condition. Plugged it in (2 mins) put a Disc in and within 3 minutes total I was watching a movie in fantastic 1080p HDMI WoW!! At double this price I would have been amazed at the quality but at under £50 what a great buy. I will be watching for more bargains from this top seller.
