Used them many times over the last few years. Always get a good deal, and any problems always sorted out quickly and professionally.

Consistantly Good For Me
I have bought a few mics and accessories from Studiospares. They print reviews good and bad on their website. Their own-brand stuff has so far been really good value for money. The website could be a little easier to use (small typefaces & finding stuff sometimes challenging). They really should be more consistent with price presentation sometimes including VAT but usually not. Everyone else quotes inc. VAT. Happy to buy from them when they are competitive.

Have never heard of studiospares, nor ordered from them, but they demand me to send something that i have supposedly ordered from them?
So basically, i just got home today, put the kettle on, and the doorbell rings, he says there is something to collect from a company called studiospares
bearing in mind that i have never heard or even ordered from this company, anyway, i ask the dpd man what this thing he is supposedly meant to pick up was? He doesn't know, so i said to him i will contact this sttudiospares
I contact studiospares, and they said that it may be an error on their end, and that they would ring me back by the end of the day, well they are still yet to contact me...
so not very good service...
what i am really worried about is how they got my address and details, and why they are are telling me to send back something that i have never ordered from???

Order outstanding for 3 months and no replies to email and telephone message
I placed a small order in December 2011 (it was meant to be a christmas stocking filler) the order status is backordered and still outstanding some 3 months later. I've left a couple of messages via telephone and email but had no response so feel a little disappointed with this and reluctant to place further orders.

Very Poor Service- Very Poor Communication
I have had to chase the last 4 orders I have placed with studiospares after weeks of waiting for the goods to arrive. the last time I was told that it hadn't been dispatched because it looked like a fraudulent transaction even though they had recorded history of dealing with me for years. one item took 7months to arrive even though they had the item in stock.
I complained in an email yesterday about the level of service- I have not had a reply and I am still waiting to find out if I will ever receive my order.
I will be using someone else from now on.

Very slow service, orders can take weeks / months to fulfill
Items in stock are never at the price advertised on the net.
Huge surcharge for delivery to my IV2 postcode which they classify as non British mainland??? (i think i may have noticed if i lived on an island)
Current order has taken almost three weeks and has still not arrived, no contact from them regarding delay.
Not impressed.

Best price and excellent service!
Cheapest price on the whole internet for what i bought (BR800 digital recorder), always responded to my e-mails and they also managed to get it delivered in time for Christmas despite not being in stock when i ordered it. Couldn't have asked for more!

Excellent service as usual - processed, dispatched and delivered very quickly. Nothing to fault there. And top quality goods.
The only thing that ever lets the side down is that so much of their impressively wide range of goods is apparently always out of stock. :-/

Fast delivery / Nice price !!

Consistently excellent service
As usual with Studiospares, my order was complete, exactly right, well packed and delivered on time. My order included some of Studiospares' own-brand equipment which looks like being excellent value for money and, so far, is performing superbly.

quality kit delivered on time
The table mic stand is sturdy and good value, good balanced iron base makes it very stable. after buying it, I did wish it had come with a mic holder though.The leads are quality and colour coded red/white which makes things easier.

RAT Jazz does the business!
Not the cheapest stand on the market, but early use of it is very favourable. It stands up very firmly indeed, making it easy to write on music during rehearsals. Moreover, there's not the slightest trace of stand wobble when pages are turned. Provided that it stands the test of time, I shall be pleased to use this regularly for orchestral work.

Exactly what I wanted and delivered on time
I shopped around and there were other online stores that I could have bought the same product from at a very similar price but I was swayed by the excellent reputation of Studiospares and its past reliability. Once again I wasn't let down and I will have no hesitation going back to Studiospares for my next home studio purchase.

Good but could be easier.
Good gear and prices but a shocking web page. It is very hard to find things quickly. Looking for basics such as xlr plugs requires manually scrolling through pages of 'related' items.

Good company but bad delivery service
I've had a mixed history with Studiospares. I would start by saying that the company has been going for many years, is an 'industry standard' key competitor and despite what I will write in this review I WOULD definitely use them again and again.
However, they use DPD to transport their parcels and this lets them down a lot. I've had next day deliveries not arrive next day, no apology from the delivery company. When phoning to enquire with Studiospares, they couldn't get through so gave me the number to call, which was never answered.....
Also, they have mis-advertised sizing of products that I have purchased resulting in too little area of an acoustic tiles product arriving (by a long margin!) BUT they DID resolve my complaint to my satisfaction. Just check the size before placing an order to avoid disappointment.
Overall, an excellent company to deal with but the delivery service lets them down in my opinion
