Exactly what was asked for
Ordered a replacement moto massager arm and after the order the part I ordered was wrong so they knew what hot tub I had and rang me up to confirm the part. Delivered the next day after the conversation.

Best aftercare team in circulation.
Since purchasing our Hot tub from Hot tub Barn 2yrs ago. The staff and aftercare team have been tremendously helpful. I wasn't quite sure about the first emptying, refilling and treating. One phonecall and it was all fully explained, with further assistance if necessary. Additional products were acquired with expert advice on their use. I cannot praise them enough. Very nice people to do business with, would, and have recommended Hot Tub barn to anyone looking to buy a Hot Tub.

Fantastic service - Great prices, ordered over the weekend and here Tuesday morning.
I was looking for a company that had a good track history and range of chemicals for Hot Tubs and after many hours searching was delighted with the range and price structure found on the web site - especially the discounts provided for large quantity orders.
Goods received in excelent condition and will be sure to use again.

Excellent srvice and support from really helpful people
I ordered a new spa pump to fit myself, however when I came to fit it I was faced with more pipes and wires than I knew what to do with. So I emailed the Hot Tub Barn in the evening to ask for any pointers they could give me. the next morning I was called by the staff and put onto a technical person who could talk me through the job. Given that I'd bought the pump to fit myself so that I didn't have to pay them to do the job, I thought it was exceptionally helpful to be given tips by someone who clearly know what I was trying to describe.

Good service and reliable, quick delivery, perhaps a bit pricey?
The staff are friendly and provide good service. The web site is easy to use. Delivery was accurate, well packaged and promptly delivered, as always. I've dealt with this company for many years and my only reservation is the price of some items of water treatment essentials, especially filters. However, I know that I am buying good quality so you get what pay for, I suppose, and I do keep going back.

Truely Amazing..
Great website. Really Really fantastic prices and delivery was second to none, I ordered Wednesday dinner time and my parcel was delivered Thursday morning. Customer care was great as we'll, one of the items I ordered was not in stock, so someone called me and asked if I wanted something else instead. I wish more company's would treat there customers this well.

Very poor service- communication is key!!
This would not be my first choice anymore and 2013 will try another company who perhaps at least has time to communicate to customers instead of just a web site. Customers want to be informed- whether good or bad news. An email would be great but a phone call would be better.
Ordered a hot tub cover and told 5 weeks- rang after 7 weeks and informed 14 weeks. You would of thought I might at least get an email to tell me? Still not arrived - lets get that crystalline ball out!
If you want to keep customers then treat them how you would like to be treated.

Fast and efficient service
Easy to use site. I used it to buy hot tub chemicals. Some are very good value but others are significantly more expensive than elsewhere. Bromine tablets for example are very expensive
Order was despatched very quickly. I placed the order over the weekend and delivery was attempted Mon morning. However they use TNT for delivery. TNT have closed most of their local depots. No-one is at home during normal hours and I had a choice of going all the way to Luton from Watford (30 min drive each way ) during office hours to collect the package, have them leave it with a neighbour, or leave it outside. They don't deliver at weekends and can't give any indication of delivery time. Having used their website to opt for the last option - and requested delivery on Wed, when someone would be in early, they tried to deliver again on Tues.
I would have given 5 stars if all the prices had been good , and if they had used a courier with a better local distribution network.

Good service but unflexible on price
Went to hot tub barn for my hot tub spares and chemicals and unfortunately had to buy most of it from a other supplier
I needed to replace my filters and the price available on the web was less than they were at hot tub barn and they would not reduce the price
The service was fast and good only issue was I had to use two suppliers to get the equipment and chemicals I was looking for but it did save me over £140 shopping about
Good service but you do pay for it and I would recommend you shop about first you never know what you will save its a big market out there
The Filters Are Genuine Filters From A Genuine Hotspring Supplier And Not Asian Copies
As I Said You Have To Shop About To Make Sure You Get The Best Deal And Not All Dealers Will Stick To The Recommended Price And Will give some Discount
The Filters Are Original Genuine Filters And The Silver Ion Cartridges Are Original Genuine Cartridges

Great service
I find the website really easy to use to search for the selection I want, from chemicals to a hot tub lid, with so many choices. Having ordered my lid, I was updated immediately by email with a confirmation and how the delivery process would work. I appreciated that the chemicals I ordered at the same time have come straightaway, rather than be held back to be delivered with the bespoke lid delivery. I find it great that Stuff 4 Hot Tubs have kept me up to date with progess so far, and so I get the impression that they will stay on my case.

Great prices but disappointed with notification of lack of stock and expected delivery date.
Purchased a large amount of chemicals and a Tri-X filter online. Chemicals were delivered promptly but the Tri-X filter was out of stock and took over another week to be delivered. Think that the website should inform you of the lack of stock when ordering or at least get an email to tell you when you can expect delivery of out of stock items. Only found out it was out of stock when delivery note for the chemicals stated the filter was 'To Follow' but had no expected delivery date and I had to phone them to find out when it would be sent. Apart from this I have had excellent service from them with past orders.
