Easy to order, efficient delivery
Easy to navigate website. Delivery was quick. I thought styrofoam packaging was bad for the environment? A little messy packaging, could be cleaned up.

Quick and Simple
What more could you ask for competitively priced goods delivered to the door the very next day. It certainly beats going out shopping and having wait in line to pay then carry it all home. You know what its like , you keep on meaning to replenish you chemicals for your hot tub , but never get around to it , but then when you do -you need it urgently!
Easy ordering process , no fuss , and speedy delivery straight to your door , opened and in the water!
I also had to ask for advice on a problem prior to ordering a part and again expert diagnosis and solution delivered.

if your considering buying anything for your hottub like chemicals, accessories or just looking for a product that your not sure of, then the Stuff 4 Hottubs is the place to look in.I got really good information the last time I placed my order. I was looking for something that would keep my vinyl cover clean I didnt even know if there was a product made for that particular job.plus there are often special discounts on different kinds of items.

We placed our order on line for chemicals,having spent in excess of £80 delivery was free. We expected the package to arrive in 2 to 3 days but it arrived 24 Hours from placement of the order.

Excellent customer experience
Web site easy to navigate for the products required, shopping cart easy to add to, payment transaction easy - goods arrived next day and well packaged. When speaking to people, or sending an email - always responsive and helpful - a good customer friendly business - 5 stars to you all.
Few minor suggestions for web site: after adding product to shopping cart and opting to continue shopping, it would be good if taken back to the full list rather than the previously chosen product page; it would be good if all chemicals were in the same section - I had to hunt for spa lid cleaner elsewhere on the site under maintenance (I think); also to remember people with very old tubs you may no longer sell, but bought from you, who may be looking at what may be available - ie replacement spa lid for my tub that I'm contemplating...I know you can and will get it for me as I've spoken to you about it, but would be nice to see it featured on the site along with any other extra's add-ons that may be available. If perhaps you provided a full list of products available now and in the past that the things you sell may work for, ie latest HotSpot mechanical opener works for Model xxx.

It's always worth checking your spam/junk inbox, as some email providers can block the email with their over enthusiastic spam filters. Adding the email no-reply@stuff4hottubs.co.uk to your address book will usually stop any spam filtering too.

Speedy suppliers

1st Class Service
Fast and efficient service, ordered on line and parts were delivered within three days. Cheaper than my “local” hot tub supplier and they had everything in stock. Would recommend using them for any hot tub chemicals and accessories.
