Although the product that I bought was not quite what I wanted they were brilliant and gave me a very quick refund and kept in touch with me to make sure I knew that it was all in process. A great and trustworthy company to do business with.
Stuff U Sell is one of the eBay companies I've bought from and what stands out in collaborating with them is: accurate and detailed descriptions of the items for sale, multiple pictures and a friendly attitude when I contacted them. I highly recommend this eBay shop and I hope I'll do again business with them.
Placed a bid on a flightcase, bid was accepted and before I knew it I had the flightcase in my possession in Sweden! Item is completely as described. Very easy and troublefree transaction, am very happy with item. I would certainly recommend this company to prospective buyers.
I wanted a replacement screen for my laptop.
I found this company on Ebay.
I browsed a few of their offers and settled on the one they supplied.
Both the photo and description were accurate (even down to a bit of dust on the base pic....... lol).
I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of supply and the very thorough packaging. I placed the order on the Sunday afternoon and received it on the following Tuesday morning.
By lunchtime I had plugged the monitor into my laptop and was up and running again.
Doing it this way I saved over £100 instead of having the damn thing repaired. OK so it is not mobile any more but I can still use it....
First sorry for any mistakes - my english is not the best.
I bought a lp: motörhead "rock n roll" - label earmark - on ebay.
My question was answerd very fast. The seller give my a sending back waranty, if i don't
like the lp. The lp is in great condition, looks and play perfect. The shipping was real fast. The seller is friedly and attentive.
Was a great buisness. Thanks
I recently submitted about 100 articles of motorcycle clothing to this company to sell. The only reason was that I don't have the time to take all the photos and write all the descriptions myself. I have been selling on eBay now for 10+ years, but this seemed like a time-saving alternative to doing it all myself. I fell for their byline:
"Our unique service is designed to get you higher prices for your stuff.... We get paid more only when you do."
About ONE YEAR and many reminder letters later, I finally get a cheque for the second batch (about 50 items): Bottom line? £68.43 !
How come? Well, their fee for this batch was £443.90, 2 items didn't sell, and many of the others went for absolute peanuts. Much of my stuff was good-quality, used leather clothing, but when SUS only manages to get less than £10 for a pair of quality leather jeans or motorcycle jacket, and they take the best part of a year to do so (and I had to pay £100+ to have the whole lot collected by van), I wish I'd given everything away to a decent cause instead.
Someone is quids in, but it certainly AIN'T me !
NEVER AGAIN !!!
I bought a projector from here and had no problems with them, the goods were well packaged and as such arrived in great condition. it also arrived well on time. I would recommend Stuff U Sell to anyone out there who is thinking of buying from them. Good clean experience. A1 sellers.
I sold two items through them. From their website I got the impression that they take 1/3 of the sale price, I was very wrong.
This is what I got for selling my chairs:
Habitat garden chairs listed and sold for £49.99 - £6.7 (13.4% Ebay/PayPal fees) then - £29.99 (shipping/handling) and lastly, 1/3 for their commission £13.30 = £0 in my pocket.
It was the owner in person that took the items from me and did the assessment for how much they would sell for. He forgot to mention that I wouldn't get a penny from them. I am most disappointed that I delivered the items to them, they sold them and I received nothing.
I must add this was the first attempt to sell my item - the listing was for seven days and the chairs sold within that time. So they didn't even try to get a better price that would have left me with some profit.
The minimum value of the items they sell it's £50 pounds. They listed my four chairs at £49.99, why?
The second item - habitat dining table sold after few weeks for £129.99 and after deduction of the fees (as above) they say I will get £55.
Their website states:
"For example, we sold a valuable 19th Century Rudall and Rose flute for £2,053. Our commission was 33% for the first £1,000, i.e. £333, then 10% on the remaining £1053, i.e. £105, so our total commission was 21% i.e. £438 and the seller received £1615"
There is no ebay/paypal fee mentioned, nor the shipping/handling costs.
I feel sad and disappointed - I am yet another unhappy seller, I couldn't find any good reviews from sellers. It is a shame I didn't read the reviews before getting involved with this company.
Still unpaid. Strange how a Prada bag priced on "buy it now" for 95 pounds seems to show me an unpaid return of 1.04 ponds. Half my goods still unsold. Probably 5 months now. My question is why do trading standards allow them to stay in business? My advice remains never ever ever use this company to sell your goods.
This company has totally ripped me off. I spent 360 pounds for them to collect a number of items. A beautiful 6 seater leather sofa that I spent 2000 pounds to buy. They sold it for 143 pounds. I gave them 2 beds and each was only sold for less that 50 pounds or so. Stunning oak funiture. I am VERY angry. I cannot believe people can do this to people. All in all it cost me more for the pick up of the furniture than they are offering to give me back. I lost a beautiful 2000 sofa to this horrible company. When I complain by phone all I got was "Please may I take you details and someone will ring you back." I asked them how much I would get for the sofa and the woman said they sell for around 900 pounds. This to me was already a low low price, but I knew it was second hand now so was not expecting the full amount. BUT a 143 pounds for a 2000 pound sofa is simply a rip off. Very very angry.
Just to add: I spent 360 pounds on collection. And they wish to send me 247.
Stuff you sell rapidly accepted my offer (considerably lower than the asking price) and delivered a product that was exactly as described in the advert, all the minor, asthetic blemishes were accounted for but the product worked perfectly.
Goods were well packaged (but not overpackaged) and arrived quickly.
I am very pleased to recommend this company to anyone with a performance like that.
I left my stuff with them July 2012, before going travelling in November, by which time not everything had been sold. Frankly, I forgot about it. When I remembered in June 2013 and chased them up they said "We were just about to send you a cheque." Really?
Anyway, they raised a total of nearly £150 from the 10 or so objects, which was rather disappointing - but not as disappointing as the fact that I ended up with £27.90 after they took their commission etc! I might as well have sold the one really good item - a baby car seat - myself and landfilled the rest, although of course they did quite well out of it... I won't be using them again.
Just read the other reviews and realised that all the "excellents" are from buyers and all the "crap" ones from sellers - that tells you something. right?

I purchased a pair of sandals , which were dispatched promptly with free recorded delivery as an added bonus.
Unfortunately they didn't suit. The returns process was as easy as the purchase. I would definitely purchase from this business again without hesitation and I would highly recommend to other buyers.
I brought a pair of jeans without reading the length of them properly!! Which is my own fault but stuffusell communicated with me really well and gave me a full refund!! Absolutely recommend them to anyone, definitely need more people like this!!
Many thanks Sandy xx
As a seller there are better ways to get rid of your stuff, they will take your stuff sell it and hold onto your money forever and then dispute what they owe you.
Do it yourself - you will have sellers remorse if you use them !!

I am more than delighted at the way Stuff U Sell treated me as a purchasing customer. I bought an espresso machine via eBay. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. Having experience with this particular machine I did notice a couple of issues - of course it is second hand so usage is expected and nothing that wasn't made clear in the advert. My issues were with the thermometer gauge. I contacted Stuff U Sell and they immediately offered to take it back. I spent some time testing the machine and decided I wanted to keep and live with the issues. Stuff U Sell gave me some compensation and we both completed our transaction with satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending this small business.
I found an excellent deal on an ISAIA coat in Stuff U Sell and the whole shipping process was excellent. Highly recommended.
