Excellent business to deal with, extremely professional

I purchased a pair of sandals , which were dispatched promptly with free recorded delivery as an added bonus.

Unfortunately they didn't suit. The returns process was as easy as the purchase. I would definitely purchase from this business again without hesitation and I would highly recommend to other buyers.

Appalling Service - DO NOT USE

As a seller there are better ways to get rid of your stuff, they will take your stuff sell it and hold onto your money forever and then dispute what they owe you.
Do it yourself - you will have sellers remorse if you use them !!

Really professional and easy to deal with

I am more than delighted at the way Stuff U Sell treated me as a purchasing customer. I bought an espresso machine via eBay. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. Having experience with this particular machine I did notice a couple of issues - of course it is second hand so usage is expected and nothing that wasn't made clear in the advert. My issues were with the thermometer gauge. I contacted Stuff U Sell and they immediately offered to take it back. I spent some time testing the machine and decided I wanted to keep and live with the issues. Stuff U Sell gave me some compensation and we both completed our transaction with satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending this small business.

Reliable efficient Seller!

I have had several things from this company over the years and have always been very happy. It is very hard sometimes buying online - are the measurements accurate? is the description accurate? I have always found this company very good on both descriptions and sizing - I am a size 6, so it is very important to me that my clothes fit without extensive alterations.

I bought the Lastolite tri-Flector II off Stuff you sell for a very good price and was in as new condition. Best of all, the delivery speed of the item was two days from finishing the transaction.

It arrive safely this morning, welll packaged and in good order.

I would certainly agree with the "as new" condition.

Before buying, I did have a couple of questions and they responded back within the hour so their communications are also excellent.

Trustworthy and easy to deal with.

We bought an item on ebay from the seller. It had a minor issue that would have been easy to miss for a busy seller - called it up and was glad to say that the seller was immediately responsive and constructive. The issue was resolved rapidly without issue.

The true measure of any business is how they respond when things aren't quite right and Stuff U Sell stepped up to the plate without hesitation. I'd be glad to do business with them again.

The fastest, easiest returns process ever!

Stuff U Sell were absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough. Not only was postage and packaging free, they also sent my jeans the next day and emailed me to say they were on their way. Unfortunately when the jeans arrived they didn't fit. I'm always disappointed when I buy something on eBay just to find it doesn't fit. That disappointment is made worst by the fact that I'm also out of pocket and lumbered with the now unwanted item especially as I don't have much storage space. I didn't have to worry about any of those things on this occasion though. I emailed Stuff U Sell asking if I could return the item and received a super fast response telling me they were happy to accept a return and how to go about initiating it through eBay. I popped the jeans back in the post and a couple of days later received a full refund without any fuss. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Seeing people on here moaning and whinging about having their stuff sell for below what they were expecting I'm guessing they had completely misguided ideas about what their stuff was worth.

StuffuSell did a fantastic job selling our unwanted odds and ends at great prices and yes, they took a commission - but do those complaining think it costs nothing to list and sell on a site like ebay? Never mind the time and effort it takes.

We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Avoid avoid avoid

They are happy to pick and choose what they want to sell and give you a fraction of the real value of the item.

We gave them a car boot worth of unwanted items and here are the high lights: These guys are supposed to be professional’s eBay sellers but how they managed to sell a punching bag worth £250 for just £26. Antique ornate clock worth £250 for £37 Industrial drill £180 for £9! Is beyond me!

Avoid these guys at all costs!

Firstly, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service. We have worked hard to build our business up over the past 8 years and we would like all our customers to be delighted by our ability to turn their unwanted items into cash at the market value. Whilst we typically sell higher value items (we have a small-item minimum of £50) we were happy to consign your items for sale.

Our process aims to take a little longer to sell things for much higher values. We prepare professional listings with lots of high quality photos and use our pricing strategies and reputation to get you more for you items. Research shows that we can get upto double what novice sellers achieve for identical items on eBay. We store the items and do all the work so that we can do a proper job of selling whilst you get on with doing other things.

However, I know from selling my own belongings that it is always disappointing when things sell second-hand for much less then we paid for them when new. The prices you achieved on your items were very much the sort of price one would expect in the second-hand market for those items in the condition presented, and -- since we work on commission -- we charge less if the price is less so we are incentivised to get as much as possible for you.

Leather loafers purchased via e-bay

Genuinely impressed with the response time of this company, I purchased a really lovely pair of leather shoes which were simply too large for me.
I received a near instantaneous refund for them.
I really appreciated the fantastic communication, really great customer service without even speaking or seeing someone face-to-face.

I bought a leather jacket that didn't quite fit, they gave me a full refund as soon as I sent it back to them. Very good communications, best customer service I've ever had. The jacket was perfect (like new!) at a very good price. It was described extremely accurately and the only reason for the return is because I bought the wrong size. Definitely recommended.
