Nad 1130 Pre-amp
I found this company on EBay, bought a NAD 1130 pre-amplifier, works extremely well, had excellenct communications and gave me tracking number for order that a lot of sellers do not do.

boss linen/cotton trousers-used
I bought a pair of cotton/linen Boss trousers-used ones as could not afford for a new ones. What I received was in perfect condition, like new so I am more than satisfied. All I can say about the company is that I am very satisfied with this transaction.

Misleading claims
I believe the company makes unsubstantiated claims on their website. They accepted £175 from us to collect goods included a nearly-new IKEA sofa but two days after collection, claimed that none of our items would reach their £30 net minimum and we could either pick them up within a week or leave them with SUS to dispose of. We chose to take our items back (another £45 spent to hire a van), advertised the sofa on the [link removed] website - and sold it for £200 within 2 days. I believe that SUS accept goods from customers under false pretences and will be reporting them to the ASA.

The first step in our sales process is to run an appraisal with the item in front of us so we can properly assess it and its condition. We have historical sales data for similar items going back a year to help us get a guide on the eBay market value. I have personally redone this analysis to check that it was correctly performed by our Senior Lister.
There are thousands of sofas listed on eBay each week, with most of them fetching less than £10. Over the past 90 days, used IKEA Kivik Sofas (such as yours) fetched an average net sales value of £26.26
We sell and value based on the eBay marketplace. In your instance you were fortunate to find a buyer in a different place who offered to pay far above the market price. It would, however, be irresponsible for us to claim we could always find such a buyer, so we have to go based on our best estimates.
We're delighted to perform these sorts of appraisals for clients free of charge, and while we are unable sell items below £30, we offer a free service to recycle, re-use or donate to charity any unwanted items to ensure they find a good home.

Good Company
I bought a Zildzian Cymbal from these people and can only say that i recieved a perfect service from them, the cymbal was as described, i put an offer in which was accepted and it arrived exceptionally well packaged within 3 days. Cymbal is in great condition and sounds great, what more could i ask for i will use them again no problem.

Just masking tape
I only ordered a roll of masking tape, but to be able to do this for less than the DIY stores sell it, and to have it arrive within a couple of days, is excellent. No petrol costs, no parking, no hassle, no time spent except a few seconds online. PERFECT.

ABYSMAL SERVICE DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS
I sent 22 items to this company, who decided they would list 10 of my items. I told them I would pick up the items not listed but got no reply and then 2 days later received an automated email telling me that the 12 items I had told them I would pick up has been 'disposed' of ???? no doubt they have kept the items or even gone on to sell them without my permission. i have asked numerous times and guess what i am ignored!
i immediate contacted the company to tell them I had requested the items back and that they should either retrieve the items or compensate me for the £600+ worth if items they have allegedly given away. They have ignored all my calls and emails and quite frankly have given ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.
As a final resort I have complained and tried to resolve this with the Director David Bracken who quite frankly has done nothing whatsoever. I ask myself what is this company doing other than ripping us all off and taking out goods without permission and obviously breaking the contract which we as customers have to sign with them.

correspondence with her, investigating the substance of her complaint and checking the facts. We have always acted in good faith, maintaining a steady stream of communication with her (only reducing contact when her emails and calls became rude) and have not ignored her as she claims.
"p" dropped in a batch of items to us and the very next day, after careful
research, we advised her that 10 were unsaleable, e.g. things like a Cherry
Chau hairband (average net sale value £4.36 over past 90 days) and a pair of
used Lee jeans (average net sale value £10.23 over past 90 days). We have a £30 minimum sale value and we explained to her that we were happy to hold on to those items for a week should she want to take them back, and at the end of that week if she hadn't collected them they would be disposed of. After a week, she had not collected them, so they were donated to charity. We did not sell them and did not profit from her items in any way.
We were happy to sell the remaining items and listed them on eBay. However, as "p" started being rude to our staff on the phone and email we decided it would be best to close her account and we returned the remaining items to her by courier.
We made no charge for any of the work or costs incurred in processing her batch.
She has attached a value of £600 to pre-owned items that could never have
achieved anything like that amount in the eBay marketplace, and demanded that we pay that to her or face damage to our reputation in the media. We can
demonstrate from extensive pricing research of comparable sales that the
combined value of her items would have been a fraction of that amount and
would have resulted in little or no proceeds if we had tried to sell them for her.
We have thousands of delighted clients who value our advice on pricing and appreciate our service to donate unsaleable items to charity, reuse, scrap, recycle or licensed waste disposal. I am extremely sympathetic to clients who are disappointed when they realise their items have little or no resale value on the second-hand market - after all we have all been there - but that doesn't excuse "p"'s bullying tactics.

Hardtop for my car

Excellent service every time
I have now purchased at least three items from Stuff U Sell, each time the service was great- very well packed items delivered very fast and sold at the reasonable prices. Everything went well
Shipping was very fast, boots were as described except they omitted that the soles were completely worn. I'll need to have new ones put in, which adds up to the overall cost. On a lighter note, my offer was accepted so I got them for a low price.

BLOODY GREAT SELLERS!!!
Bought loads from these guys on my eBay name sparesgmx and other eBay name 4812claireuk, they've never let me down! Rarely happens but if I had a problem, sent them message, they reply within few hours no later than end of the day, all sorted.
All parcels sent and even given a delivery time usually delivered within 1 hour in stated window.

perfect transaction
purchased a brand new high quality italian racing bike for an incredible price, I could not find a price to compare with this anywhere, it almost felt too good to be true. futon
purchased this futon at a very reasonable price and when you get good deals you are apprehensive until it arrives which it did today
the condition is excellent -the description of sellustuff was accurate and the bed folds and operates as it would if new.

the firm that delivered it was good at communication telephoning a given day of delivery then the day before delivery confirmed a time with a 2hr delivery frame -today the driver phoned informing the approx delivery time which turned out to be accurate
the futon was brought in by two well mannered gentlemen when they got to the door there was a problem as the futon was too big so they unwrapped the futon and putting it into the bed position was able to carefully manouvre it to the room it was intended for and they made sure that they carefully avoided all obstacles

Professional, reliable, quality
I have bought a new George Smith sofa and two Andrew Martin tables from Stuffusell. These are high end designer items but they were competitively priced at Stuffusell.
The photographs and description on the listing were very detailed and accurate, without excessive superlatives but providing precise useful information.
The company was flexible and agreed to keep the items for a month after the purchase as I was moving house. My only niggle was the £50 additional delivery charge for the two small tables (they were listed as collection only but I asked if they could be delivered together with the sofa expecting a discount for combined postage or no charge at all).
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchases and regularly check stuffusell for new items.

I purchased a baby back carrier. I put in an offer based on the pictures and description on the lisiting and the offer was accepted. 48 hours later the item arrived and may I say very well packed indeed.
On opening the item I found that one of the straps was broken and the support leg on the carrier did not lock into place (These faults did not affect the overall use of item but would of put in a lower offer had I known)
I contacted stuffyousell and they promptly replied and could not have been more helpful. They offered a discount on the item or to send the item back for a full refund, no quibbles at all.
I opted to keep the carrier so I'd just like to finish off by saying I would definately buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.

excellent seller sensible packing
Bought an early and very useful Sony MFM 17 inch LCD monitor for a good price, they accepted my offer. Item came in three days and was extremely well packed. This is a totally professional company, I work in sales in defence, I know about packing, and I buy fragile home electronics stuff a lot on ebay, So many times home sellers failed to understand the physical forces exerted on packing - this company does and I can be assured they won't pack my items badly or in thrice used soap boxes, "bubble-only" wrap and a million other bad ways, ready for "parcelforceitthroughtheletterbox" to ruin it - I will use them again and again, many thanks dudes A+.
